Walter was great! Good communication, fair price, and most of all great work. Our tenant’s window AC was not working so I called 7 AC Companies. All turned me down saying they don’t work on window AC units but Walter was down for it. On the scheduled service day he notified me that he was on his way, showed up on time, fixed the window AC unit and made sure everything was working before leaving. We have a number of rental units & recommend him to others!

We have been dealing with A/C issues on and off for 18 months. Numerous people came, checked, charged, yet the problem persisted. I am so glad our warranty company hooked us up with Walter . Hes very courteous. Constantly gave us explanations for whatever queries we had. The best part was he explained everything to us in layman terms, and not like the other guys who kept using terms and concepts we were having trouble understanding. He replaced our evaporator coil system, was very prompt in response, very flexible with the timing and was thorough in his job. I highly recommend giving him a call for any of your a/c system problems.

Very quick to respond to our warranty work order & provided updates along the way. Walter the technician was early, courteous, & very helpful. Our units use R-22 refrigerant & he was able to service both units to get them back in working order. Great service!

Walter is super helpful and friendly. Once youre on the schedule, he shows up as scheduled, which I appreciate. Hes done an inspection of our HVAC system. Most recently he helped me install 2 new thermostats and get another back online.

We had a failed compressor a few months back. They got us on the service schedule quickly and Tech brought all the correct parts first trip out. We were back up and cool again in just about 2 hours. i will recommend this company to My neighbors and Friends for sure. He didnt even charge Me extra for watching! LOL

I have had multiple issues at a property of mine. We have replaced many parts and had a lot of work done. Walter and Washington AC have answered right away, came and fixed the issues, taken phone calls, and been very helpful. They are also reasonably priced and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I called Washington AC & Heating LLC because an elderly neighbors AC window unit had gone out. Although its not anything they typically repair, after speaking with their technician she called me back and said the technician was willing to take a look. He drove 45 minutes into town to help her. My neighbor was was over-joyed when he was able to get her unit running. She told me that he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I cant say enough about this company and will be calling them next time our own AC need service.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the person who came out to the house. He was very professional and was able to troubleshoot the issues and get our A/C running again. He also monitored the situation to ensure there were no other problems before he left. First, I was referred to this company by a good friend who works in commercial HVAC. He’s been working in Houston in that field for over 20 years so he knows who is good at their job and his recommendation was to go with Washington, and for me that goes a long ways to start.Washington came out, did a system clean (fair rate) and assessed the situation I was dealing with (uneven airflow throughout my house).He drew out a map of the system explaining why I was having air flow issues and provided a few options to resolve the situation.After about a day he had me a quote which I thought was very fair and we set a date based on my schedule.He was on time, friendly and in this situation most importantly effective at resolving my situation quickly and definitely didn’t try to up sell me anything extra.Very positive experience with this company. Washington A/C and Heating was sent out by a home warranty company. As such, I wasn’t sure if we would receive reliable service. It didn’t take long for my apprehension to be washed away. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He figured out that the failure of a part was the symptom and not the cause of the system not functioning.

Walter responded to some issues I was having with a Climateright 5000 btu portable AC for a camper. These are notoriously troublesome units, but fantastic for camping when they work.Walter welded up the coil Leak, added a service valve, cleaned and recharged the unit.
