Very professional and informative. Had a lots of questions regarding tank and tankless heaters. Eric addressed and educated me on all my concerns. He didnt try to push one over the other. Overall, very happy with the whole process of replacing 2 water heaters.

Have been using Trademark to service my air conditioners for almost 6 years. Jason in customer service is knowledgeable and great at advising what is needed. Alex is my onsite repair technician does a great job of completing repairs and fully explaining the issues to help make a decision and understand completed work. I am in a service agreement that is well worth the price. I get priority service, sometimes even the same day! They have also completed some plumbing repairs, at a discounted rate. Fully intend to renew my contract in the fall.

Trademark Home Services is truly absolute the best. For some reason Eric is always the one that shows up and he never disappoints. He is courteous and competent. I have called them for minor plumbing issues - minor to them - installation of a new hot water heater, and most recently part of my HVAC system needed replacing. They did a great job! Left everything in order and were actually quite quiet as I was working at home during the installation! I will always call them first and you should too. Great company and very honest. I initially had another company come to assess my AC unit and was quoted an unnecessary repair worth several thousand dollars. I contacted Trademark that same day and they were able to see my within 3 hours of my phone call. They determined a minor repair was needed that cost only a couple hundred dollars. They were very professional and expedient with their repairs. I will definitely start using them for other services in the future.

I am very pleased with this company in regards to helping me perform maintenance of my tankless water heater. A pipe broke past the water meter on a Saturday. Water company said it was my responsibility to fix. I called Trademark and they sent Eric. He worked way past their closing time to dig and locate the break and repair. Eric also placed the dirt back in carefully.

We had a challenging water heater replacement, and I wanted to do my best to pick a company which would do the work at a fair price. Trademark Home Services had great reviews on several different sites, and I received a fair price quote from them. I took time with Jason to verify the type of water heater included in the price, and it was a Rheem Professional Classic which was rated highly. The install went well (thanks Eric), the price was as quoted (it was the second lowest quoted, with the several other prices being $200-400 higher). So, I can recommend them.

Trademark was easy to schedule and the professional did excellent work. I am very satisfied with the American Standard toilet he brought and installed. He showed me the defect in the old toilet. I was pleased by the service of water heater installation. The guys are professional and willing to go extra miles to get the work done. I had a major leaking on water heater. They worked overtime till midnight on my same day request which was made Friday afternoon. Most companies wouldnt do that and asked me to wait until Monday. I hired Trademark to fix a new AC install on my rental property that was done incorrectly by another technician.The original installer did not put in the correct ducts (they were r6 and should have been r8) nor did he put the air handler in the right place to pass city inspection. There were several other issues with the original installation that needed to be corrected. Worst of all, he didnt pull a permit. After trying to ask the original installer to come back and fix his errors, and after giving me the runaround, he eventually just ignored my messages. It was a very frustrating experience, and after contacting multiple HVAC companies, nobody wanted to correct the issues without either charging an exorbitant amount, or just ripping out was done entirely and replacing it with all new equipment which would cost a small fortune.I finally found Trademark Home Services, and asked them if they would be willing to take on a project like this. Not only were they willing, but they also came out to the property and provided a free estimate (most HVAC companies charge for estimating). They gave a fair assessment and said they would be able to use the air handler and condenser that was originally installed. (Both units were the correct size for the home, but most other companies wanted to install new equipment anyway.)Trademark pulled the necessary permit and corrected all of the issues from the original job at a fair price. Best part of all, the city inspected the final job and it passed!Thanks to Alex, Jason and Eric and everyone else at Trademark for a job well done. They were very understanding throughout the process and considerate of my budgetary constraints.Hopefully you dont ever have this issue happen to you, but if it does, I would definitely recommend this company.

I have a classic, gas fireplace that was in dire need of cleaning. I saw a Angies Deal for Trademark Home Services...I took the deal. Jason arrived the same day they contacted me for the appointment. He was prompt, professional, and respectful of my home. He inspected all the connections at the fireplace and in the attic for the chimney. Ironically, as soon as we opened the access-point into the attic we smelled gas. The water-heater my home warranty company replaced was leaking gas! He immediately turned off the gas to the water heater and advised me to contact my home warranty company to report the leak to them to get repaired. My fireplace is ~24 yrs old...without question, I will be inviting Trademark Home Service back to refresh my fireplace with new grout, rock and embers. Lovely experience! If you need fireplace cleaning or refreshing...give them a shot!

I must say, our experience started off 2 years ago great, it got rocky when we had issues and the team wasn’t able to figure it out. After all was said and done, it was determined we didn’t have enough return for the new larger unit.I installed a new return and we were in business. Even after the harsh words between myself and Jason, we moved on.Just the other day our heater wouldn’t fire up. House got cold and the kiddo couldn’t sleep well. Scheduled a service and Jason called and definitely handled it well and had Eric come out. Turns out a line was clogged from dirt. I received an email from Angies List re: a gas fireplace tune-up offer from Trademark Home Services. After reading other Trademark reviews I crossed my fingers that Jason would be the one assigned to my request. Sure enough, luck was on my side (for once). Jason was very knowledgeable but talked to me in terms I could understand...he was also very personable and professional. Gas Valve replacement and fireplace refurbishment was recommended. Service was arranged in a timely matter and at that point I was introduced to Eric G. and a new employee by the name of Rob who was riding shotgun with Jason while in training. I was extremely pleased with the service and repairs performed by all three gentlemen. I had the pleasure of speaking with Amy on a couple of different occasions re: pricing and scheduling...couldnt have been more pleased with her level of professionalism, consideration, and friendliness! I even signed up for the Trademark Home Protection program for the furnace tune-up...may add other protection options in the future.

Alex from Trademark fixed a broken condenser fan and capacitor on my AC. He came out the same day even though it was late in the afternoon. He took the time to call the manufacturer and try to claim the cost of the part under warranty as well. Shoe coverings were worn inside the house at all times. Trademark has good cost and great quality of service. I will be calling them for all future repair needs (AC, plumbing, electrical).

The gentleman from Trademark Services replace the light fixture with the new one I had bought. He was pleasant, friendly and I throughly enjoyed talking with him. Our hot water heater stopped working over the weekend, and when I called on Monday I immediately talked with someone who then got a crew to our home. When it was obvious it couldn’t be fixed, one gentleman left to get a new water heater while the other gentleman started the prep to remove the old unit. Less than four hours after my initial phone call we had hot water again! The service was great, the men were very polite and efficient, and the estimate provided was spot-on. Our A/C went out and our landlord called Trademark on Friday morning. They arrived in time frame they said they would, they diagnosed the problem and reported the cost to our landlord. Once our landlord gave them the go ahead at 2:00 pm they called Trademark to come out that evening. They showed up on time, worked in the dark all evening and got us up and running before they left. Luis and Ruben were our techs and they both showed respect for our home and informed us of the progress every step of the way and came over the next morning to top of the Freon and assured everything was running properly. Recommended to me by Mission Bend Homeowners association, I needed a new water heater. Given the circumstances in our community right now, I was impressed by their service. Climbing up into the attic, is not something I could have managed. And a 10 year warranty on this 50 gallon tank is unheard of.

The The service was more than we can ask for. We had an emergency our water shut off valve is not working can turn the water back on and I called and I got an appointment the same day the technician came out was very courteous he put booties on he took his shoes off to go upstairs on the carpet. Robert S. was my Trademark Home Services pro. He was professional in attitude and appearance. It was obvious that Robert is not some newbie off the street with a weeks training!! He definitely had a good background in the HVAC and other aspects of service for the home. He was very honest and forthright about what needed to be done in my home, and I felt absolutely NO high-pressure sales stuff! Sure: he is trying to sale THS services, and pointed out the benefits of the same. But in no way was there any So do you want to sign up today? kind of stuff. I had water coming thru the ceiling. I thought it was the bathtub plumbing. Trademark came out and discovered a clogged AC drain line. They fixed it and created a bypass if it line clogged again. The overflow will goes to the pan instead onto the ceiling.
