Ive been using Tracy & Kellie for years. They have always been quick to help me out of a jam. I had an older A/C unit that they helped me keep running for years. They replaced the capacitor on it twice and topped it off with freon before the summer over the course of 4yrs until I could replace it with a new unit. Tracy was in the neighborhood a few weeks ago and stopped by to give my unit a quick once over so that Ill be ready for the summer. Top notch service!

Tracey and his team have been doing my A/C work for years. After I installed a generator at my house, I went to see who could do the maintenance on it and Tracey was on the list. I have been using Tracy AC & Heating for 4 years now. Tracy is trustworthy, professional and always on time. I have also referred him to my elderly mother who I felt had an A/C company taking advantage of her. After Tracy going out to service her A/C that was the case and it was an affordable quick fix and not what she was being told by the other company that want to replace her unit. I will always use Tracy for any of my families AC or Heating needs.

We are needed our whole HVAC system replaced, including the AC unit, duct work, air exchange, etc. We got estimates from several businesses and Tracy AC and Heating was very fair. I am so glad we chose them and they did a wonderful job! They were professional, arrived on time, were careful when moving the equipment around the house, and completed the work in a timely manner (it was about 6 hours). Not only that, but we had a lot of questions going into it and Kellie was always so helpful in answering them! She and Tracy are both knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Our a/c went out last week and the first repairman said it would take a new system. I searched Yelp and other places to find a second opinion. We decided on A/C and Heating by Tracy since it had very many highly positive reviews. Tracy came out and checked out the system and agreed it would be cheaper to replace than repair, because of the systems age.I got 3 quotes from different companies. The quote and customer service from Tracy was definitely far above the others. Kellie answered all our questions, gave us exact model numbers of the equipment they would install and had many discount options to offer. We did some further research and felt the quote from Tracy was the best and most honest. We decided to replace both of our systems, because of their age and the work was scheduled.The team came out exactly as scheduled and both systems were removed and replaced in less than 8 hours. They were very professional, very clean and very courteous. My experience with Tracy’s A/C and Heating has always been outstanding. I have had two air conditioners replaced and the condensing unit on the third one replaced. This company has always treated me fairly has always acted professionally and has always done an excellent job. After noticing my a/c wasn’t working. I contracted Tracy to come by and take a look. He was able to accommodate my schedule. He came to my home, completed an evaluation, informed me what was wrong, and provide a quote. After a brief delay on my part I was able to schedule a date for my unit replacement - all within a very reasonable time frame for me especially as this was right before Houston’s ‘spring’ and the heat of summer. I did my own research and Tracy’s prices we well within my budget and I never felt as if his prices were egregious. Kellie was absolutely willing to take all of my requests and questions as reasonable. I would highly recommend Tracy and Kellie because they did everything they said they would.

Tracy and his team are truly amazing. I cant speak highly enough of them. We have been home owners since 2015 and our AC went out in 2017. He replaced the coils for the unit which were under warranty luckily. Then yesterday our AC unit went out again. We have a 4 day old daughter so we were desperate for a repair asap. I called him at 4:30pm, and he was at my house by 5:30pm. The best thing? He repaired my unit and refused to take my money! He said consider it a girl for my newborn baby. What a saint of a man! Also, his wife Kelly, who works the call center is also equally pleasant to talk to. I can not give his company enough praise!

I received different quotes from 4 companies and Tracys price is very reasonable .Tracy came and talked to us, hes very respectful and he listen to hes customer well. He gave us some helpful tips in maintaining our a/c. Hes crew came and installed my Trane a/c on a rainy Sunday and they made sure they put a sheet on my wood floor and cleaned up after the work was done. Tracy and Kellie also came and made sure were happy with the work and answered any questions we had.

Kellie and Tracy are unbelievable. A warranty company put in a new A/C unit which fell apart just a couple months later, gave us no warranty, and caused the family living in the home to be without A/C in Houston for too long. Kellie thought about this familys well being on her own and expedited the new installation. She and Tracy got us the best brand and warranty taking care of the issue immediately. Now the family is relieved not to mention myself. Hard work, thoughtfulness towards the family members of the customer, and sincerity is hard to find and I am lucky I found these guys. Im sure anyone who has come home to a hot house in Houston knows that it has to be the worst felling ever!! Well this just happened to us, thankfully the temperature is still somewhat bearable and while we werent completely miserable the idea of not having AC was terrifying. After calling a few different places we decided that we would go with Tracy AC & Heating. Trust me when I tell you that they were not only prompt in arriving but also got my AC up and running much quicker than I ever expected. They were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and their pricing was great. We felt we were treated like family and they took care of our needs.

HIGHLY recommend hiring Tracy and Kellie for your HVAC needs. After going round and round with my home warranty company on a failing system I decided to shop around for my own HVAC company and purchase an entirely new system. Based off of their reviews, and after having two other companies give quotes, I contacted Tracy AC & Heating. I called on a Saturday afternoon and Kellie booked me for Monday morning, saying they may be able to squeeze me in at the end of the day today. Kellie was able to discuss new system options and already had me feeling good about contacting them. Not only were they able to come that Saturday afternoon, Tracy and his technician were able to get my current system working (it had been broken since Monday). He agreed I needed a new system and the fix was temporary; he wouldn’t take payment for that visit and on Monday Kellie sent me 4 quotes for new systems. Due to weather and my schedule, the new system couldn’t be installed for a couple of weeks. Kellie reached out multiple times to say if my current system stopped working they would come back out and get it running in the meantime. Day of install they got everything taken care of in about 5 hours. The new system has been working great. I cannot recommend them enough. Kellie ensured they would work around my schedule and they truly did. They made me feel like a priority. Purchasing a new HVAC system is one of the biggest purchases for your home; I appreciated the multiple quotes, and having them itemized at that. They really take the time to discuss the different options for your home, weighing pros and cons. I will use them for all future HVAC needs. When the time comes for a new water heater, know who I will be contacting.

Tracy Air is prompt, honest, and reasonable. Mr. Tracy arrived at our home yesterday from Sugarland and got soaking wet before presenting us with a reasonable bill for minor repairs. He declined to sit down in our den while we wrote our check, and he was cheerful, even though he must have been soaked and miserable. We will never use anyone else. Very trustworthy.

This is one of those reviews where they say if they could give 6 stars out of 5 they would. Tracy A/C & Heating was contracted through American Home Shield to come fix our A/C when it went out. Despite having to go through AHS, they came out in less than 24 hours. The technician was able to diagnose the problem immediately and returned the next day with the parts to fix the problem. All in our total repair took less that 48 hours which means a lot during the summer in Houston.The best part of the experience, however, was working with Kelly in the main office. She was the consummate professional. You could tell she took her work very seriously. Not only was she extremely helpful with scheduling, but she also went above and beyond in working with AHS to expedite the process since my wife was pregnant at the time. You could also tell she was technically savvy and understood A/C repair, which was helpful during our conversations.As a licensed Project Manager and engineer, I fully endorse Tracy A/C & Heating . Guaranteed I will sole source our A/C and heating work in the future with them.

Best AC company Ive ever worked with. After crawling around in the attic for 10 or 15 minutes, the tech found the problem. Something minor that was causing a major issue. He fixed it & gave me some excellent advise for preventative maintenance. All for free. Come to find out the technician was Tracy the owner. Very nice & humble person. I cant recommend him enough.

I was shopping for a new unit & duct work. Kellie & Tracy came out the same day I called. I asked for serval quotes which I was given. I went with the Trane and Im very happy with it, so quiet. The crew showed up a few minutes early and went right to work. I was told it would be an 8 hour job and they were done in that time frame. They cleaned up everything. Im enjoying how cold my house gets especially my kitchen. I dont think the duct was working in the kitchen before but it is now burrrrr. Anyway if you need a great A/C company Tracys A/c & Heating should be the one you call.

We were having ac problems with our rental home & the previous AC company was not fixing the problem. When another problem arised, Tracy AC was dispatched. Tracy AC responded right away.
