When my AC stopped cooling I called Texas Comfort Experts. The technician arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue. There was no high pressure sales tactics. He explained my options in a very easy, simple, and straightforward manner. Once we came to a decision my AC was fixed same day and running better than ever. If your AC goes down you should definitely give them a call.

Had an issue in Austin, went from being an already big deal to worse with a full system replacement. Once I had a full write up estimate from a local company, I began shopping quotes for better estimates for the same size job. Called Texas Comfort Experts but didn’t realize they were based in Houston. They still came in under other local companies in Austin despite the distance/drive and had the equipment in my driveway the next morning at 8am and were wrapped up by early afternoon and done with a full system replacement from top to bottom. Blown away by efficiency, speed of service, price, and customer service. If there was an option for more than 5 stars, they’d get them all.

Wesley was very honest and professional. Showed up on time and prepared. He provided answers to any questions and offered some options. Great working with him and I will be using him in the future when needed. I will be recommending him to friends and neighbors.

Wesley went above and beyond for us. Not only was he quick to get to us, but was extremely detailed and explained everything. He even helped us pick our thermostats. He’s honest and not upselling. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

We had such an amazing experience with Texas Comfort Experts! Finding out we needed an entire system replaced was very stressful but TCE made it a smooth and easy process! Wes was so professional and knowledgeable. We were worried about being without AC but TCE had a brand new system installed the very next day!

Trying to beat the summer crowd a found ‘Texas Comfort Experts ‘ an made an appointment to give my A-C a checkup. The tech did a thorough exam and alerted me to whatever he seen that might need looking into, but good for me that everything checked out well. Thanks again.!!

We are currently selling our home, we had to do Maintance on our system for inspections purposes and only had 24 hour notice. Wesley was so fast and responsive! He was able to come check on my home the same day. He clearly explained how the system works and provided written documentation for new home buyers that everything was working properly. Appointment arrivals were on time. Wesley was very knowledgeable and efficient with my outside unit that had an electronic glitch on the circuit board. Wesley also professionally serviced and cleaned the outside unit better than I have seen anyone service and clean a unit in 30 years. I was recommended Texas Comfort Experts from a friend, and I couldnt have been more pleased. Our technician Wesley, was on time and very friendly. He wasnt a pushy salesman and gave me honest advice about my aging system. He was able to fix me up to keep me running for a little while longer. When it comes time to replace my unit I will definitely be calling Texas Comfort Experts. They will be my first can for all of my HVAC needs, definitely recommend 100%

I called Texas Comfort Experts because my furnace stopped heating this morning. They were able to send a technician the same day. Turned out to be a simple fix. Cleaning a sensor or something. Great experience and was only charged the service fee. Very pleased.

Wesley was very friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. The issue I was having was no power to the unit, and before then, the fan didnt turn off at all. He fixed both. I was so pleased by the professionalism, that I requested a quote to replace my entire furnace and a/c, because I knew that eventually it will need to be replaced. I highly recommend them and I definitely trust their service. They werent trying to be pushy and sell me anything or sell me a new unit. He just came, did his job, answered questions, smiled, friendly, and then left.

Feels nice when you can honestly trust the person in your home and feel confident that he is not taking advantage of the home owner. Everything he told me happened and was very detailed when explaining the process to me. This will be the first person I call when I need any HVAC work.
