I would not hesitate to recommend Albion Heating & Cooling for all of your heating and air conditioning needs. Yesterday I contacted them regarding my control board and ignitor which went out. An hour later, Mike called to inform that he was on his way to my house, he came out, diagnosed the issue quickly, and made the necessary repairs efficiently. He took the time to inspect the furnace and made sure everything was working properly. Thanks, Albion Heating & Cooling and Mike for the wonderful work.

The technician was thorough in the annual inspection of our air conditioner, which we also purchased from and had installed by Albion Heating & Cooling years ago. The technician was very mindful of COVID protocols and wore a mask, used coverings over his shoes while inside the house and social distanced appropriately. He explained what he did and went over the specifics of what he found. In all, it was a very pleasant experience and very good service.

We recently purchased a home and, although the home was lovingly maintained, a lot of the appliances were old. The AC was not keeping up after being in the house for a week, we thought for sure we were going to have to buy a new AC. But after we informed Albion Heating & Cooling about the problem with the AC we were relieved. They showed up immediately and had honest, fair and professional services. Next time we need service, these will be the only guys we shall go to.

I had an old furnace that needed servicing. I called at Albion Heating & Cooling and Max and Mike came over two hours later. They serviced it faster than I thought and charged me less money than I had expected. I couldnt be happier and will definitely use them for any future problems on my furnace.
