Eric, Nathan, Jorge, and the crew are the best. Installed a new AC for us back in April at a reasonable cost, and helped us out with a plumbing issue not related to the AC that was patched together (not so well) by the previous owners. Nathan did a great job checking the system over and making valuable recommendations on making our house more efficient. My wife and I highly recommend them!

Jorge Flores was here before the scheduled time (made sure it was okay first) and finished within an hour. He checked every aspect of our unit and made sure everything was working properly. He let us know about a maintenance program but wasn’t too pushy about it. Amazing customer service. Would recommend this company and Jorge!

He was courteous, efficient, very helpful and knowledgeable with all questions we had. We used this company because it was veteran owned, and are very happy with the service. I initially contacted Temperature Pro with some questions and concerns about our new HVACs recently installed by a different local company. Eric patiently listened and was so kind in sending out a technician the next day to begin troubleshooting. We were completely blown away by the expertise and knowledge of our tech, Nathan. Within minutes of his assessment, it was clear that he knew far more than any of the other HVAC companies we had dealt with in the past. He truly spent his time evaluating the system and offering sensible solutions - it immediately eased our anxieties. Jorge was very timely and professional. Took a look at both my a/c units, was promptly able to diagnose the problem and repair it. I was mentally preparing for it to cost an arm and a leg (as a/c repairs usually do), but was surprised and happy the bill was much lower than I expected. Would recommend!

Eric, CJ, and their team provided an excellent AC/Heater installation experience for us. Jorge and Jack were extremely professional and courteous while doing their job. Jorge Flores came to do routine maintenance in our a/c-heating system. He was on time and very polite.I showed him the thermostats and entry to the attic. He proceeded to check out the unit. After checking out the system I signed the required paperwork and he left. Jorge was such a nice and polite young man while he was here.

Once again I had an issue with the HVAC system, I called TemperaturePro and they were able to get me an appointment the next day. The tech came out within my window of time, found and repair. This time I had a clog drain. I highly recommend this company.

My ac went out unexpectedly 2 days prior to making calls to different air conditioning companies. I called 3 different companies and wow. The level of professionalism and hospitality from this company here outshined the other 2 by a long shot. I could have had my ac repaired over the weekend on a Saturday but instead opted to wait and go with TempsraturePro on Monday instead.Eric is I believe the owner and he was my first point of contact. We had a tech from the big 7 company that installed our system come out to look at our unit. They had the original service contract and installed the last system we had replaced. Low and behold, they quoted us a price for a repair using a part they said they couldnt get, plus 2 quotes for a new furnance. True reached out when I did a search for more bids, sent Nathan out in 2 hours and he figured out the problem, found the parts, & fixed the unit for 1/3 the price of a new furnance. We now have a service contract with them.

Honest assessment of the repair and upfront about cost etc.I was impressed that they actually took the time to explain what the repair issue really was. ( in layman’s terms) .Note….Days earlier, we used another AC company who failed to correct the issue properly. The other company painted a worst case scenario… mold, replace the unit and then completed a shoddy clean out of the primary and secondary drains which did not hold up . I then called Temperature Pro based on a co workers referrel.Short story, my trust was earned with this service and I will be using TemperaturePro in the future.

I needed to get my AC some TLC before the summer in Texas really hit. When I first contacted them I was impressed from how they did scheduling to how I got a picture of the tech coming to my house before he arrived ahead of schedule! I will definitely use them again!

Just moved into our home and realized HVAC issues immediately. We contacted Temperature Pro Sugar Land online and they were here immediately. They diagnosed and fixed multiple issues in one visit, documented thoroughly, explained in normal language, pictures of the problems that needed to be addressed, and fixed it all in one visit. I am of course trying to distill down what is likely a more complicated set of issues, but to be here quickly, with a smile, recognize the issue, fix it in one visit and make recommendations for routine HVAC care... amazed with great customer service in out new neighborhood. Ac not workingCaught CJ at a good time. He was 20 minutes away. On time and even left a fan for me to use. Outside unit frozen up and now thawing out. CJ will check on me again in a couple of hours. Then we’ll troubleshoot from there. A sensor is to be replaced.Just had crew back out to install furnace. Mine was 20 + years old. Team on time, professional and cleaned up.Could tell by installing new thermostat how much better ac cooling as well. They also rechecked condenser before they left.Owner Eric is son of a dear friend.

Cant give enough praise to Jorge and the team. Diligent and worked hard/smart until the job was finished. Came across multiple barriers that would have made other teams give up secondary to poor installation by renovators in the past but these guys (especially Jorge) did it :)

Nathan came out for the fall maintenance. He was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also helped with the air knight purification system and answered all the questions I could think of.

Problem occurred over the holiday, so it took a while for them to properly assess the problem, which cost us a few days. But once diagnosed the work was done quickly and courteously at a fair price.
