I am delighted, very good service, I am a stylist and it was the best decision to put in the water filters, the hair is super soft, I love it, I recommend them.🥰🥰🥰

I am sharing a review to hopefully warn some of you guys before choosing this company for your water softener system. We got this system and to get it installed into our home was great, and everything was so smooth. We were promised free soaps, which we never received. No matter how many times we have called asking about the soaps, all they say is that they will get back to us, which is whatever. The soaps is not even the big deal.. Our osmosis system has been broken for almost three months. They rescheduled our appointment to get it fixed so many times… so much for warranty!! Now, we have a leak from where they dug into our front yard.. we called Luis kind of scared about it and he hung up us and told us we were tripping.. this is completely unprofessional and hope this warns you to stay away. I wish we would have done some research before choosing this unreliable company.Update: Luis came out and addressed all of our concerns and did his best to make things right. It was greatly appreciated that he reached out to us and made things right. We understand things happen. A technician came out to our house with Luis and fixed the osmosis system on the spot.

The water Quality has had a notable difference in our everyday to day with the New RO installation. The installers were quick and did everything to peak perfection. The whole process was amazing from start to finish!

The water demonstration that was shown to us was shocking m. We didn’t realize our water was that bad. Luckily we had the superior home performance of Texas team came by showed us the water we deserve to have. Amazing customer service. 10 out of 10 would do it again!

This company is amazing. They do follow ups after the water Softener and RO system is installed just to make sure that is working properly. User, the tech, was great at explaining everything and even gave us a couple of freebies. Were very happy with the system. Our skin feels great. Especially, for my son who has eczema and hes scratching less and even his skin feels softer. Its helping him a lot. Definitely recommend them.

Uver was great I appreciate how he explained everything, and had such a great personality. He even threw in a free garage door opener when he noticed me trying to get my small children from the car in side the house while it was storming. They were here to install everything the very next day. Definitely feel the difference in the water, great service highly recommended!

Update on review below.It has been 4 years since we have installed our system. We have had a couple of issues with our system. The last issue was a leak in the wall. It did take a few calls to get someone out. When I first called Catherine scheduled it for a Sunday, I even asked are you sure Sunday, she said yes we work on Sunday, no body showed up, which does not surprise me it was Sunday after all. I rescheduled for February 26 9:00-12:00 no body showed up, the owner Luis called and apologized, and he made sure to come out with his top guy so he could apologize in person. When I explained I was not happy that they were not here at the scheduled time he showed me the service tech’s schedule and who ever wrote the schedule did put us down for 9:00-12:00. I did explain that I called Catherine several times and never got a return call, I told him that is not good customer service. The company does need to tighten up their customer service. I have a feeling after we talked today he will be getting with his team about their customer service. Thank you Luis for coming out and apologizing in person, and making sure the issue was fixed.We used superior home performance for water softener. The sales person Uber was absolutely fabulous. We called him one afternoon and he stop by that evening went over the equipment went over how the equipment would work went over the installation schedule the installation for the very next day. The insulation guys arrived when Uver said that they would be here, They were very clean they were very fast and they did a great job. While the insulation guys were here over stop by checked on the insulation made sure we didn’t have any questions. We’ve had this system for about five months and Uver stopped by about three times just checking in. I would recommend this company I would recommend their water softening system and I would ask for Uber. I do not work for the company I’m just very happy with their services and especially happy with Uber.

Loving our new system. We were shocked at how hard our water is, my MIL lives with us and has been dealing with itchy, dry skin. Since the install of the system, she has reported the biggest benefits to her skin and well being. No its not a cure all, but it has helped her greatly. I am personally loving it, cutting back on soaps and cleansers, clean water, no spotting on the shower door and tubs. Its worth the investment.

We made our purchase Jan 2024 it is now April 2024 so I can give my honest experience.. We had a guy named Uver come out and explain the process and difference the water softer would make.. he is very professional and informative explained any and every question so zero complaints there. Eddie came and installed it, zero complaints. After it was installed Luis came to assure we were satisfied with installment, very kind professional and informative. There was a couple of hiccups with Katherine, atleast I assume it was on her end (I can’t for sure assure that) but Luis did reach out and address our issues. For this I do recommend them because even though our issue was minor he took the time of his day to get it fixed. In this market a company that actually takes their time to reach out to customers is highly appreciated so that’s the reason I’m leaving this review to say thank you and to tell whoever reads this to definitely give them the opportunity for business. 5/5

Noticed a difference in my daughter’s face after we installed the water softener. Also prior to getting the system, our tap water tasted and smelled like chlorine and now it does not have that flavor.

I was in need of a quality water softener and whole house filter. I was becoming exhausted from dealing with other companies and their shady practices. Loving this reverse osmosis great quality of bottled water and the water filtration system is the best. I’ve never experienced anything as such. Getting out of the shower we can feel how soft the water is and how hydrated our skin and hair feels. This is an amazing investment 10/10 recommended. One of the best professional Services , the demo was done clearly and professionally by Anthony, he was great explaining everything we have vs how would it be after installing the water softener system. The installation only took few hours the day after. Luis was a very nice manager too, he came to check on the system after a week to make sure everything was going well. We have contacted Superior Home Performance to put a water filtration system in our home in Conroe, Texas. Not only is the product doing a great job with the hard water in this location the service is impeccable. The follow up by Chad and Katherine are above expectations. They will visit your home after installation just to check on the system and give you a chance to ask any questions you may have. They have done this twice. We had a small issue with the unit after a storm went through here and the owner called us to help us reset on a weekend. I will truly recommend this service to anyone. I have been in the customer service industry for decades and you just do not see this kind of service from companies these days. Great job Chad and Katherine.Thank you!

I had installed a water softener system, a tankless water heater, a 3.5 and 4T 20 SEER Variable AC systems and full solar system. We invited Chad H. into our home to explain the water filtration system that was right for us. He kept in contact throughout the day and rang our doorbell at the agreed time. We went Solar with Superior Home Performance! Wow! Great service and very knowledgeable. We also had a Water Treatment System installed a year ago. After several Solar companies came to our house for Solar, we decided to go with who we already trusted in Superior. They did not let us down, and very happy with the install.

We were referred to Superior by one of our family members. Wow! It was the best referral I received in a long time. John came over to our home, completed the water test and the water softner and reverse osmosis was installed the next day. John was very polite and able to explain the system and how it works. Victor and his team (installers) arrived earlier than the expected time, which was a plus for us, because we had plans that day. Luis came out to the home a few days later to check the system to ensure the system was properly installed and that everything was working properly. Katherine, customer service manager did a follow-up as well a few weeks later to ensure. We were satisfied with the system and the service. We purchased a filtration and softening system as well as an RO for our home. The system is amazing, straight up. Water is super clean and soft. No hard water spots, very gentle on your hair and skin. This also equates to your soaps/detergents lasting much longer bc you need to use less to generate an effective lather. My whites stay white bc they are being washed in clean water. Game changer. Drinking water is perfect. Installation was quick and looks nice. Everyone that interacted with was super friendly and professional. Very happy with our purchase.

Amazing service from start to finish. They gave a very detailed explanation of the process, and how it works. Very professional. My husband and I receive amazing service from Superior Home Performance of Texas. Luis knock on our door and presented himself in a very professional manner. He explained everything about the services in details. The installers were very quick and very professional. Everything Luis said his company would do, it was done. Luis and his whole staff were extremely professional and staff followed CDC guidelines by wearing mask during Covid-19. We love our water system, the water feels like silk in my bathtub. Luis also included grass to be install in our back yard. I recommend this company 100%.

This company has very nice, responsible, and helpful people. They tell us run down on their products, gives us details on the systems they are installing in our house. They constantly stop by our house to see how the systems our working out, if we are satisfied, and check how our salt levels are doing. Uver is the sales person who came and helped us out. Whole experience was great. We were thinking of a water filtration system but was not in a rush. Luis explained everything well, answered our questions and was transparent throughout. Well to start off I’m a very skeptical person, I had actually turned away a company that came to talk to me initially, due to the fact that, there was something that I couldn’t trust about their business or the way they handled them selves when they came into my house. Uver approached me one day when I was outside, not going to lie what went though my head was “damn man another sales guy.” But he was very respectful & friendly, he was very knowledgeable of the product and answer every question I had clearly and with detail. it made me feel comfortable with the decision that I made. When they came out everyone was very friendly and great costumer service everything was done so fast, I love this water system and up to date I have nothing bad to say about this product or the company.

Where do I start! First off Luis is amazing and very personable. He didn’t pressure me into purchasing anything. In fact, I declined his product initially. I ended up calling him for service and he came out the next day to install a water softener. Trust me! Everyone needs one. I forgot to put salt in mine after it ran out and I immediately noticed the difference. My legs were always ashy after taking a shower, and my hair would get super matted to the point where they were like dreads. I am giving 4 stars because I was so determined to get the product, I didn’t make sure I fully understood the terms and what I was signing up for.All in all, product is needed just read everything and make sure the payment structure works for you.

I wanted a hole house water filtration and thank God that T.J. came by as a water filteration sales man form superior and demitstrated how the hole system work. We were tired of spending so much money on bottled water they put the system In my garage and under the sink and it works great. He also showed us with the demitstration how dirty the water was and the hardness as well. He took time to explain everything to us and we were 100% satisfied with his polite and kind way of being.

The water system itself has worked fine. It’s done exactly what you expect it to do. Showers are refreshing, and your skin doesn’t feel as dry afterwards. The drinking water taste clean and crisp. The most impressive thing about this company has been the Customer service in my opinion. Uver has been easy to communicate with and very helpful at every turn no matter what.
