Great experiences with Trevor and the wider Strategic Air team. We have had a full system replacement and some miscellaneous work done over the last few months and it’s been a positive experience each time. It’s great to find reliable folks these days!

I contacted Strategic Heating & Air, Spring Branch because my heating unit shut down early this morning. They promptly answered my call despite the early hour. Trevor, the owner, arrived at my home shortly thereafter, diagnosed the problem, explained what was going on, and promptly remediated my issue. Heat was restored pronto!. That alone is worth a 10 Star Review! Service excellence is how they always perform according to others who highly recommended them to me! And now I highly recommend them, particularly if you are seeking professional, prompt, and caring expertise! What a delight!

When our heating system broke down Saturday on the very first cold day of the season the heating service company responded with commendable speed, arriving at our house on the same day the call was made. Despite their best efforts, a complete fix was not possible immediately. However, they ensured that the heating system was working, providing temporary relief from the cold.The story turned positive the following Monday when we received the welcome news that the repairs would be covered under warranty. This meant that only the labor costs, notably lower than those of other companies, would need to be paid. We highlighted the companys friendliness and efficiency, and the additional peace of mind provided by a one-year warranty on the service.

The work on my air conditioner was great. Others could not make it work. Trevor is a k8nd and polite person. Hes a hard worker. I feel so blessed to have things working once again. Thank you one and all. Arrival time was great.

Awesome people, called about a problem with my thermostat. They came out within 2 hours to be fixed, didnt over charge. Very down to earth guy. Gave us a discount on being a veteran. I 120% recommend this company. Dont go to anyone else.

When I was of town early Thanksgiving week and my mom said the heater would not come on. I called my AC company Highland Lakes, and was informed, they no longer service Canyon Lake. At a recommendation from a friend, I reached out to Trevor. He offered to go the same day, but I knew after Thanksgiving would be fine. He came out Friday and found the problem, rather quickly. He also told my mom, to call anytime Holiday, weekend, whenever. Look forward to giving my AC/Heating business

Ive used Strategic H&A several times for emergency and regular tune ups. They have responded quickly and always given great service. Their fees are reasonable and often much less than other competitors. Ive referred them to neighbors and friends, all of whom have saved thousands compared to competitors quotes for new systems. I will only call them for my heating and air needs, and will 100% recommend them again.

Wendy and Trevor were amazing to work with. Called the office got a hold of them quickly advised her of my issues with my a/c she set an appointment same day. Trevor came by within the time they said very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Explained the issue fixed it right on the spot. Highly recommended this company great people!

Unfortunately my AC was old and started to have problems.I called a few AC companies and everyone told me The coils are dirty and need to be cleaned and all of them were very expensive..I called Strategic Heating and Air to get a quote.Trevor came out and checked the system (similar to other companies). He looked over my system and found that the coils were not the problem. He found a leak in my system and it was causing the inside to freeze up.My system was old and there were no longer any parts available. Because of the honesty of Trevor and his knowledge of AC units, I purchased a new system from him.The installation went VERY smoothly and he explained everything to me. Trevor, his wife Wendy, and their associate Jason was very professional. I could not be happier and I am now freezing cold, instead of the AC freezing..Very happy with the service from Strategic Heating and Air.

Trevor is the best!! He is very knowledgeable and works quick to diagnose and fix, and he makes sure its fixed thoroughly and right. He is also fantastic with kids and dogs in the home while working. We cannot say enough about the service we received from Trevor and Wendy. We were in an emergency situation (temperature was over 100 degrees) as our central air abruptly stopped working. Trevor and Wendy went above and beyond to find the parts we needed to get our system working. We are so appreciative. This will be our ‘go to’ company in the future and we highly recommend them.

This is a local family owned business. They are very responsive and friendly. They genuinely want to help. Rare now a days. Trevor replaced my entire system back in 2021. He was able to get me an amazing deal on a brand new Carrier unit. He did the whole thing in less than a day. They will even come by 1 year later before the summer for a quick check up to make sure your unit is ready for the heat. My electric bill is less, and 2 and a half years later, this Carrier unit is still running like new with zero issues. Best of all, everyone else would have charged me about $3K more. I really feel like I got a sweet deal and the best service. If I ever move, I will probably kidnap Trevor so that he can come with me and be my AC guy for life!

I definitely recommend Strategic Heating and AC Co. I called Wendy and she was beyond helpful. Within an hour Trevor and Bryce were out here fixing my AC leak. They were very professional and friendly. I will definitely keep them in auto dial next time I need my AC worked on.

Our A/C malfunctioned on Sunday morning so I texted Strategic, who we had used previously. They were able to come service our unit Sunday afternoon. Both men who came were excellent; professional, knowledgeable and personable. Strongly recommend them for your A/C service.

Thank you Trevor and Wendy for the outstanding installation and service! We were starting to have major issues with our 12-year-old air condenser and handler. Trevor was able to come out to our home and provide a diagnostic. We had big name companies come out before Strategic Heating and Air, but Trevor had the most honest and fair quote. He has extensive knowledge, yet was able to explain all the issues my unit was having in a simplistic, understandable way. Wendy was able to quickly fit us into their installation schedule. Trevor works harder than any person I know. I noticed my air conditioning was out around 5:15 PM and I called Wendy to report it, and she said he would be out that night to check it out. Because he was taking care of other calls in San Antonio, he couldn’t get there until around 9:30pm, but he was still extremely pleasant and fixed the problem right away. And he still had one other call to go make after mine. They really go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

Trevor and Wendy are great! Trevor replaced our entire HVAC system a couple of years ago and did a great job. He is always super responsive and arrives very quickly when called. Highly recommend!

I have used several HVAC firms in the canyon lake area and Trevor at strategic is easily the best. He knows his equipment, is fair on price and always gets the job done in one trip. New systems, repairs strategic does it all.

The hottest day of the year so far - our AC went out at 7:00PM. I called Strategic Heating & Air at 7:15PM and Trevor was out working on our unit by 8:00PM. He had the unit back working by 8:20PM! Absolutely incredible! Strategic Heating & Air have absolutely earned our business 100 times over! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Trevor and Wendy are a great team when it comes to taking care of their customers. Trevor does great work, takes his time and seems to really care/take pride in solving problems. He didnt try and upsell me; rather, he laid out my options and let me decide. Lastly, I got two additional bids from other providers and Strategic Air beat them both.

Trevor and Wendy take good care of their customers. Wendy lets you know a good window that they will arrive. Calls back if there is a delay. Trevor explains everything and if there are good options offers them. Doesn’t overcharge during emergency situations. My heat went out during a bad cold weather week. Wendy got me right in and Trevor came out and drove to get part and come back and fixed it. I can’t say enough about this team at Strategic Heating & Air.

My AC quit late in the afternoon. Trevor stopped by on his way from another job and was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue within an hour! He explained everything to me along the way so I would know what was taking place. I will not only continue to use Strategic Air but will recommend them to my friends!

I met Trevor a while back when we moved from Utah to SATX. Trevor is super nice and gets the job done and for anyone that needs to have there AC worked on he is the best. I highly recommend Trevor great job.

Hands down the best HVAC company that we have ever worked with. Trevor is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. He takes the time to explain everything to us in a way that we can understand. His prices are reasonable and he works fast. The weather got down into the 20s last night and I call because our heater was not warming the house. Even though he was extremely busy today, he made time to come over and check it out. 20 minutes later, everything was figured out and we are now warm.

My sister lives down the street from when she noticed her AC was not working properly, Their landlord called Strategic AC, theu knew problem immediately and fixed. The same day I had trouble with us, our AC guy wasnt available till Monday. My sister referred Straegic3to us, and it was on a Saturday, he came and knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the issue. Trevor and his crew responded to my call with same day services. They quickly identified our HVAC issues that a previous service provider could not, if fact the previous service provider damaged the primary drain pan on my air handler and that caused property damage. Strategic Heating and Air serviced our system with the highest standards of professionalism , replaced our pan, coil, thermal expansion valve and line dryer, did a deep vacuum on my system to remove impurities, recharged my system and it’s running like a champ! These guys are awesome!

It was about 106 here at the house. My AC stopped working. Didn’t know what to do. I remembered I was given Trevor’s number about two years ago. I called him figuring we’d be staying in a hotel for a few days. I called Trevor. Ge said he’d be here in 20 minutes. Well, it took him 30, but I didn’t care. Within 20 minutes of arriving he had my AC up and running. I will continue to keep him on speed dial during this brutal heat wave. Fantastic work, high quality customer service, great prices. I’ll be using Strategic Heating & Air for all my home HVAC needs.

Texted on Christmas Day only expecting info. Instead got text back from Trevor and within a couple hours he came performed a not so simple service call and resolved problem. Our heating unit’s blower fan was making a humming noise, we found Strategic Heating and Air on the Nextdoor App and contacted them. They showed up the same day we called, charging a minimal diagnostic fee. My problem was diagnosed and, the OEM replacement fan motor was installed the next day. We are very happy with their service, I can honestly say that this was positive experience. Strategic Heating and Air is a local family run business, which is important to us, equally important is the level of service we received. I called this Company because it was closest to my home. Im glad I did. I got quick service at a reasonable price.

My air conditioner went out and when I called they immediately came out. I have an old system so it wasnt easy to find parts and it was the heater that was causing the problem! Trevor continued to look for the parts and fixed the system! I highly recommend this company!
