Allen and the team at Spartan did a fantastic job in a fairly extensive remodel (new floors in the entire house, gut remodel on the kitchen and master bath, relocating the washer/dryer, and fireplace update). The team was diligent and very responsive which was important because we were not in town for the majority of the work. The completed project turned out amazing. We hired Spartan Group to help us renovate a house we purchased. They were a fantastic choice. They met us at the house before we even closed on it to understand our wants, needs, and budget. They listened carefully to our desired finish outs and style. We felt like we had a whole team partnering with us to meet our needs and timeline. We had built a home before, as well add on projects and renovations so this is not our first encounter with contractors. This, however, is the first time we have had a contractor make every effort to finish the project timely. We were within a week of the original date! They got our entire interior repainted, replaced all the flooring throughout, updated lighting, added a closet, and gave us an extra pantry. But, where they really were superior is in remodeling the old 1980s main bathroom. After taking it to the studs and coming up with about a dozen floorplans, they helped us land on the layout that best suited our needs. It is just stunning! In addition, they helped us save money updating our good wood cabinets with paint and some adjustments (including new counter tops and backsplash) to make all new again. We are so pleased.Their communication was also impressive throughout the entire project. Between Lindsey and the guys, we knew exactly what was happening, what we needed to decide/get to them (and when), and how the timeline was progressing. They welcomed our input and presence throughout which we feel helped reduce the number of potential miscommunications. We had a tight turnaround so we could move in prior to the birth of our first grandchild. They told us they could get it done in about 7 weeks, they handed us the keys in 8, and we move in quickly. What a pleasant experience.We feel we can contact them with any current questions on the work done and any future projects. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.
