I cannot say enough good things about Space City Mechanical! They are unbelievably responsive, proficient, professional and competitively priced. I have used them for about 7 years and have always been surprised with their responsiveness. Last week, message left at 9:00PM and someone at my house by 9:30AM the next morning!

Cheetos and Cruz came out due to an emergency over the weekend. They were very friendly and professional and well informed about my AC unit. I appreciate them making recommendations on maintenance for my unit. I will definitely use them again.

They are amazing! They have been to our home at midnight in the summer when the air conditioner would not blow cool air. My mother was 89 years old at the time and my husband is a cardiac patient. Cheetos and Cruz are always the most professional, amazing HVAC service and installation providers! They have cared for my HVAC systems for over ten years and in two large homes I have owned. I highly recommend Space City Mechanical! Our a/c went out and we called different companies to get quotes and Space City came out and gave awesome customer service and explained everything that needed to be replaced without making us feel like we were being “sold” something. They were on time and replaced everything and cleaned up afterwards. Mr. Cheetos took the time to explain how to work our new unit and even checked back in a few days later to make sure the unit was working properly. Mr. Cheetos and his team were amazing from start to finish and the office manager answering all my questions in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend family and friends!

I have been doing business with Space City Mechanical since becoming homeowner. Their staff is trust worthy and skilled. While out of state in a very hot July one year, one of my AC’s died. They came in and replaced it and my house was nice and cool when I got home!

Space City Mechanical saved the day. We have a newborn (4 days old) and the air conditioning stopped working last night. They came first thing in the morning, found the bad part, and replaced it before the mid day heat. The bad fan motor was covered under warranty, too. They designed a good system and have excellent service. Cruz is a great technician and person. Thank you!!

This HVAC company is the best!. After very bad experiences with several other HVAC companies over the last twenty years, I finally found a really great one, Space City Mechanical. Aniceto Cheetos Garcia was willing to take the time to analyze an extremely difficult HVAC system that six different AC repair companies refused to work on or failed to fix. Ultimately, my project necessitated complete replacement of a worn-out, poorly designed and horribly installed chilled water system installed long ago by a shady company that refused to warranty their work. Cheetos set me up with a top quality, modern heat pump system. The work was complicated, but with Mr. Garcias design and supervision, I am confident everything was done right. I appreciate him keeping me informed every step of the way and pointing out crucial details. He and his crew solved nearly impossible problems, with the utmost integrity and without cutting corners. I could not be happier with the result! Thats why I highly recommend Space City Mechanical.

Highly recommend. I had to replace my old air conditioner and wouldn’t have used anyone except Space City Mechanical. They were able to make an appointment quickly, were always on fine and very helpful with my questions. When my old system had problems, they were always quick to respond and help, even on weekends.

I have been very pleased with the work done by Space City Mechanical. Cheetos and Cruz installed two efficient Bosch systems in my house and garage apartment as well as Wi-Fi enabled thermostats. The units are working as promised, and Cruz has handled a few minor issues with the thermostats very timely with no hassle. Let me say these guys are HVAC mechanical engineers!!professional and very knowledgeable of (American Standard) equipment , and compassionate about the customers needs.These guys are Ventilation and Duct work Geniuses.they came out this summer to change my leaking evaporator coil Mr Cheetos Garcia the owner of the company came out to my house personally and discovered that my ductwork coming off of my plenum in the Attic had holes and leaks in it and wasnt ran right and things needed to be reorganized they totally re-engineered my ductwork and Im telling you it looks beautiful Im getting the proper airflow in my house its nice and cold.these guys really care about customers comfort.Mr Cheetos Garcia even stopped to help me fix my water hose I was having issues with that day.my first experience with Space City Mechanical was duing the winter my system was not coming on at all. it t was the coldest day of the winter and Mr Cruz one of the techs came out to my house. my cousin had originally installed the system but he wasnt trained for American Standard Systems so the system wasnt wired correctly. Mr Cruz determined that we had a bad thermostat and that the communication wire was bad and that it wasnt wired properly. he corrected the issue. he was determined to get heat for my wife that day, and did. 7mon later the system works like a charm.

Wish to share an excellent experience with Space City Mechanical for renewing my HVAC and water heaters.The Owner Cheetos, does the job himself. And gives the estimates....he also rectified a poorly done AC work by another tech earlier, re arranged air ducts, added a couple for better distribution of air, which none of the other companies thought of.Excellent professional, follows up to ensure client satisfaction. Definitely worth checking before considering anyone elseI had some damage to drywall when transporting heavy stuff through the attic.Not only did he get it done, he visited himself to ensure our satisfaction.For an elderly couple next door, he visits every quarter to change out filters and does annual inspections and cleaning.Best guy among the 5 or 6 that visited

Space City Mechanical installed my new American Standard AC system in 2008 and the house has been cool and efficient ever since. My electricity bills were reduced and it was one less thing I had to worry about. Cheto Garcias crew came out and Cheto was with them personally to QC and set up the system with his many years of industry experience and expertise. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and post-installation reliability. He even troubleshooted my old system which was on its last leg and kept it running until I was ready to get a new system. When our kids were still living in the house and we had our old system one room was always warmer than the others. Cheto and his crew came in on a Sunday morning, re-balanced the plenum and installed new duct work and a new vent and the room is cold to this day, even on the hottest summer day. I definitely endorse Space City Mechanical for any AC and furnace needs you may have. I have used Cheeto Garcia and Space City Mechanical for about 10 years now, and I dont even think about using anyone else. He came out again last night when my compressor went out at 10:30 PM, took care of my problem, and had my family sleeping in comfort before the first day of school today. Its not the first time I have needed him in an emergency, and he has ALWAYS delivered. He is professional and super nice, and most importantly, I trust him implicitly to both do a good job fixing the problem and charge me an appropriate price...nothing more. I HIGHLY recommend using them for any and all of your Heating and A/C needs.

This is a complete installation in a 100-year-old 2 story house.After this discussion we agree on the concept and the price and began the process.All care is taken not to disrupt the household and not to leave any debris behind.Drop cloths are placed to protect the environment and demo is undertaken.Then all the new equipment and duct work are installed, all according to code. New registers and thermostats and dampers are installed. Amazing, not a leak to be found.After we had the system running for a day it took 2 quick revisits to perfectly fine tune everything.I wish all my contracting jobs went as smooth and with complete success as this job went with Space City Mechanical. The A/C went out in our daughters townhouse. It was an old unit, about 40 years old. It took Cheetos time in the hot sun diagnosing what was wrong, then searching to find another motor and contractor - rather than having to replace the entire unit. We got another 5-10 years out of the unit and have a warranty to help us for the short term. Great job!

AC went out at night in a new home. Called the answering service and I had a technician at my house by 11:00 the next morning. New AC was installed by mid afternoon. I had called another AC company who never returned my call to set up an appointment just to look at the unit. I have worked with Space City for 10 years and never had an issue. Awesome Service. A/C went out. These guys got my call, scheduled a house call within 2 hours. The technician showed up on time, even a little early. He knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it. He serviced the unit inside and out even though he didnt have to. Cleaned the unit outside, inside, and all for around 300.00. Best use of 300.00 bucks ever. I have used these guys twice before. Honest, knowledgeable, and fair.

He provided me with tips for the future and he was a listening ear as I tried to fix the furnace problem myself! He verified that the problem was fixed before he left by demonstrating.
