Raul is the best! He is very knowledgeable on AC and Heating units and gives great information and details. He was very honest with me and stated the issue is not with my unit but with my home then explained his reasoning. I was told by two other techs that the AC unit was fine but it still get up to 77 degrees during the day so I didn’t believe them. Raul was very clear and put things in perspective. He stated he will be honest instead of just taking my money knowing the issue cannot be resolved unless I get a bigger unit or new windows and insulate the attic. This is the type of person I like to deal with: genuine, honest, and truly care about making their customers happy. Big thanks to you Raul and your brother. He was very helpful also.-Octavia
