Upstairs A/C stopped cooling, and texted Pedro from a personal referral. He was immediately responsive to help troubleshoot (even on the 4th of July), before deciding it was necessary for him to come out to take a look at it. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue as a dead capacitor and was able to replace it on the spot in < 90 minutes. Great value and service, thanks again Pedro!

Had a less qualified technician take a look at our AC unit that kept shutting off during the day. Called Rivera AC and had Pete come out to take a look at it, and repair the problem. Turns out it was a different issue all together, and Pete got it fixed within an hour and saved us hundreds of dollars.
