Andy is very professional and always provides clean and neat works. He is also quite responsive to customers request, especially when in an emergency case, he always put the customer first even late at night or holidays. In addition, he keeps customers in mind all the time and resolve issues with minimal financial damage. For me, Integrity is more than anything else and he never fails that. Highly recommended. Best in town imo.

My last trane HVAC system finally stopped working after 25yrs serving. I have compared a couple of contractors quotes with the exact same model of a new trane hvac system. Reliable HVACs bid is the most reasonable. On the installation day, Andy and his coworkers showed up on time and replaced the condenser, coil and the furnace. The new system is super quiet. Their work exceeded my expectation. I dont think you can find any other good deals with such a quality work!

I can never find anyone as professional, quick response, very good price even way better than others around Houston area, i have had Andy (Reliable HVAC) and the crews for AC at my house and refer to all my families to fix/replace ac with above expectation result at very reasonable price. These guys are prompt, honest, and very fair. He didn’t even charge me the first time he came out to diagnose the problem. The second time I called him, he was there the next day at 8 AM and repaired the problem in quickly. Don’t get ripped off by all those big AC companies and use Reliable!

This review is long overdue - about two years. Reliable HVAC (a father-and-son business) replaced the whole heating and cooling system for me, inside and out, in April 2023. They did a perfect job and even cleaned the floor of my attic. The price was very reasonable for Trane units. Most people in this profession did not pay much attention to proper vacuuming during the installation, but this was not the case for Reliable HVAC. The father, son, and their crew fully understood the importance of a thorough vacuum and took every measure to ensure it was done properly. Before leaving, they walked me through every part and it was easy to see how neat and professional their work was. Over the past two years, the system has been running great. At one point, I failed to notice a tripped breaker for one of my units, so I called them. The son, Andy, arrived in no time and did not say a word about my carelessness. I tried to pay for his time, but this fine young man refused any compensation. About threre weeks ago, one of my thermostats short-circuited due to a battery leak and blew a fuse up in my attic. Andy came again and fixed the problem real quick. This time, he refused to accept payment either. I must say, I was lucky to choose these sincere and professional guys at Reliable HVAC.
