Great and timely service! Jose, Henry, and their team did a really good job replacing my furnace and A/C. I have an older house so they had to work as plumbers, carpenters, and electricians to fix a lot of problems. They also worked fast, everything was replaced and cool the day after I called them. I just want to share with you a recommendation for Redstone Air Conditioning. Another neighbor referred me to Redstone last week. They recently used Redstone and had a good experience with them. Since I had been given the run around by three other companies, I was happy to get a glowing referal.Redstone serviced 5 a/c units and modified another unit. The worked modification was moderately complicated, which included creating new zones, replacing plenums and ducts. They spent half of Monday and all day Tuesday and Wednesday meticulously doing what they promised and they did it for the amount agreed to (which was quite reasonable). The were prompt, polite and professional. Their communication was excellent and they are a small locally owned company.I don’t give out recommendations lightly. I feel confident that Henry and his crew are honest, competent and professional. If you don’t already have a trusted A/C company, you would be in good hands with these people.

We just got 2 units installed last month, with Carrier condenser and furnace. They are very professional and really responsive to all my questions and concerns. They installed the units in time and quality of service is super.Strong recommendation for their service.

Had the ac go out in the evening and they did not hesitate to show up that same night and run the necessary tests. They couldnt fix same day but showed up the next day AND they provided a portable unit for that night! They were absolutely professional and did the work in less that the estimated time. Would absolutely recommend these guys!

I purchased a home from Lennar in the cinco ranch/ Fulshear location, after 3 years of having horrible service and maintenance through the warranty I decided to call Red Stone. Jose Ortiz promptly figured out my A/C issue and had my house feeling cold in no time. From changing my filters to checking air vents, he went above and beyond to make sure I was extremely satisfied with his service.
