Vasily provided us a great service when he came to diagnose a leak from the shower in Galveston beach house. He was on time at 9 am despite really bad rainy weather and not a minute late. He quickly diagnosed the issue and also convinced us to agree for him to open a wall to make sure it was not a bigger issue. And it was a bigger issue which would have been missed has he not been insisting on making sure and checking everything. Thanks to his prompt and accurate evaluation we were able to quickly file an insurance claim which covered most of the necessary repairs. We are very grateful for having this service and for the master being so diligent to make sure that everything was checked and a bigger issue was discovered.

He’s great at diagnosing and troubleshooting the issues that are problematic, our pool heater was leaking called the pool specialist and they wanted to replace the whole unit which was just 2 years old demanded unbelievable price ! Called Vasily and he look and open up the unit and spotted the issue and that it was just a gasket that needs to be replace and fixed it right away !

Vasyl came over in a pinch late at night due to a shower cartridge I couldn’t get out. I needed the wife and kids to be able to shower and he delivered! It wasn’t easy but he got it done. Dependable, reliable and reasonable… recommend if you’re looking for a plumbing job in The Woodlands. Also will note, he showed up when he said he would which is refreshing these days. Best of all the shower handle has never been so smooth ever! Love it!
