Priority Home Services Air Duct Cleaning Houston

This is the second time I have used Priority Home Services and they are consistent in their pursuit for quality work at a reasonable price.Earlier in the year, they cleaned my air ducts, and made them look brand new. My system no longer has growth occurring or expensive air leaks. Recently I brought them back out to add additional insulation in my attic. It was blown in perfectly for even coverage and they were quick to complete the scope of work. My electricity bill has noticeably improved since.This company is memorable, because they are committed to doing right by their customers and standing by the quality of their work. I will use them again in the future for any services they offer!

Used PHS to install new ducts and insulation. Had a total of 4 quotes and decided to go with them after reading about their reviews and then speaking with Orel over the phone. He was awesome! Very responsive, knowledgeable and gave me a competitive quote relative to the other companies I was looking at. The supervisor, Jeremy, oversaw the entire job and I felt taken care of for the entire project. The insulation and duct work took 2 complete days and Jeremy communicated with me every step of the way. Cant say enough about him! He left the attic looking brand new as he removed all of the junk from the previous owner and properly hung the ducts relative to what they looked like from before. I would highly recommend working with this company. I fully plan on using them moving forward for all HVAC and related services as my one stop shop. Thanks Orel for an amazing experience!

Hired priority home services for a repair on a gas fireplace. Very good service for a fair price. Owner contacted me before his technician arrived and the technician also kept me informed of his arrival time. The technician was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this company.

I had reached out to Nathan for a quote to clean the ducts and a repair. Through Facebook. They arrived around 5pm-6pm did their work efficiently and professionally, I met Jeremy one of the workers who was beyond great. We asked him to do something and he did it. NO ISSUES. I contacted them about cleaning my dryer vent and they came out right away. The team that handled my job request, Alex and Jeremy made sure that I have no complaints with their services before packing up once they finished. I will definitely use them again for any future services.

Orel came and inspected our chimney and fireplace and cleaned out our dryer vent. He was incredibly professional, and explained everything thoroughly and make sure I understood before he left. It was clear that he took his job and the importance of home safety very seriously.He made recommendations for service, but waited until he had our and my landlords approval. As soon as he got approval, he worked quickly and efficiently. He took lots of pictures and videos for documentation to show the before and after. Great service! The technician was on time and very thorough with his inspection. I really appreciated the follow up call on Friday letting me know that the work had been completed and the charges would be coming in. He took the time to show me where he had worked and explained the reasons for the repairs as well as the products used. I would definitely use them again.

We called them for a new heating and air conditioning system. They arrived at our home on time. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure that all the vents were open and aired out before they started working. They also had the new thermostat installed. The service technician was friendly and helpful. He was able to explain everything we needed to know about our new HVAC system.

They are quick and very friendly. They cleaned my AC vents and chimney with focus and extreme attention to detail. I don’t think I have ever seen a chimney that cleaned in such a long time. They did an amazing job. Came out to just establish negative air & remove debris from vents. Found out I had microbial growth in ducts. Their team Gave me an immediate quote. Called office & got right to work taking care of removing the microbial growth. They were professional & explained everything they were doing so I could understand. Throughout the process, I was shown before & after pictures. Their team cleaned up as they progressed so that was also one less thing for me to worry about. When they were finished, they sent me a very thorough report that included before & after photos. I would definitely recommend them.

This company did an amazing job on my air ducks and vents. When I tell you the ducks after cleaning it looks like new, it does! I had so much mold dust dirt growing in my vents and the awful smell he really saved us from something that could have made us all sick. They arrived on time and did a professional job to remove the mold inside rigid steel air duct. They also sprayed chemical to prevent the mold come back.
