I had a great experience with North Point! Robert came out and gave me an honest assessment of why my AC unit wasnt working correctly. My coils needed to be replaced and Austin came out a few days later with his team and did the job. My AC is working better than ever. Would call them again the next time I have an issue. Great quality and excellent customer service.

After making call to North Point, service was at my home in about 1.5 hours. Quick diagnosis, timely repair, fair pricing. What more could you ask for? Definitely will call again when needed.

Robert was very knowledgeable of our AC equipment. Besides checking the heating system and verifying that it was safe to use this season, he identified a problem with the case panel mounting that was allowing attic air to be introduced into the ductwork. He was very personable and friendly and I would like him to come again when service is needed.

Robert came to check our furnace and thermostat. He was very pleasant and we appreciated having him in our home. He explained issues so we could understand what was happening. He completed the work and we were very pleased when he left. You can be proud that he is your employee

AC unit outside has not lasted long nothing but trouble less than 6 years old. It is out of warranty not good for hone owner.

I live in a condo and there was difficultly with the owner below me, however, the Sales Rep., Bryan handled him like a pro, which he was. Bryan was knowledgeable, soft spoken. The techs worked hard to find the leak, which was between his ceiling and my sub-floor. It required we have entry into his space. The North Point owner came today to make sure, the task was completed, I was taken care of and all went well. THANK YOU North Point!!! You went above and beyond to assist me!!!

Braydon listened attentively to the history of what was found by others who had been out, verified the error code which kept appearing on the thermostat, checked and cleaned the unit and diagnosed the issue. His opinion was that it was a sensor needing replacement, not a whole new unit or compressor as I told previously.He ordered the sensor and told me he would be back to put it in when it arrives.

The service was fine.However, the prices for the recommended UV lights and the cabinet filter are astronomically high at a combined price of around $800.North Point techs have the temerity to suggest that the cabinet filter be changed every three months. When I first purchased this system, I was told that the filter would need replacing at 1+ years.This is supposed to be a hypoallergenic filtration system, however, I sneeze no less than when I used the store bought filters on my old ac unit. The cost has become so prohibitive that I am considering removing the filtration system.Also, a capacitor that I purchased 2 years ago to compensate for surge start up with a generator was replaced this last spring, and I do not even know if it was properly rated for use with a home generator during power outages.I have had other issues with the air conditioning. The compressor burned out just after having the air conditioner for one year. It cost me $500 in labor to have it replaced.Then during the first year, I had 3 fuses burn out just after having the unit for only 5 months.North Point is run by friendly people, but the air conditioning unit has certainly had its drawbacks.

Excellent customer service, and prompt response even during all the outage with Beryl. I called and they were here within within an hour or so all the way from Anderson TX to cypress!! Hands down amazing service!!Technician very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and the reason why he is doing it!! Highly recommended

I would never call anyone else. They have been my HVAC provider for over 7 years. I recently did a complete replacement of my entire unit, including the furnace and blower. I called in the morning to have them come look at my ac because it wasn’t blowing cold air. They were there within 2 hours. The unit was 24 years old and had finally failed. I elected to have them replace the entire system and they came out the next day and did the install. Couldn’t be happier with these folks. From the person who answers the phone, the communication, the guys doing the work. All of it is excellent.

I live near North Point, and had them replace my A/C system in my home. Since then they have done minor system checks on my heater for me as well. They are always professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. Recently, my 89 year old fathers A/C went out. Although he does not live in North Points usual service area, they went out of their way- above and beyond the call of duty- to help ensure my father and step-mother were safe and comfortable! I cannot the North Point enough for taking care of my dad, and will be a life-long customer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have used Northpoint Air for years and have never been disappointed in the service.

They attempted to troubleshoot the system and answered my concerns. Very professional and thorough. I do not feel like I was getting had like Id felt before from other HVAC services. They spoke of replacement of a specific component without trying to push unnecessary component replacement on me. This was the initial inspection and service call. I plan to have my unit replaced by them. If I can, Ill leave additional feedback when that occurs. I am confident itll be good.

My A/C stopped working and in this heat we needed it fixed soon. I called the company and they were able to get someone same day. Jake was on time, professional and answered all my questions. He was able to get our A/C running in no time. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable would definitely use them in the future!

We definitely recommend North Point. We have had a new installation in one home and repairs at another house performed by them. They are honest and do top notch work.

With temperatures over 100 and it being a holiday weekend the process started with Jeff doing a diagnosis and Byron giving us the estimate. Jose and his crew began at 8 o’clock on the holiday weekend and finished at 6 o’clock at night. After sleeping in the heat for three nights it was truly a blessing. The Carrier unit is so quiet!!! We had our first experience with this company Fathers Day 2021. They were professional and sent someone out despite it being Sunday and a holiday. They were professional and did a quick repair and we were back up and running.This year (2022), I noticed our system was making some weird noises and wasn’t cooling consistently. I couldn’t remember who we used before, and went with the company that could get someone out the quickest. HVAC Hero’s came and did a diagnostic and the cheapest repair they could offer was $3100. I ended up calling North Point for a second opinion. They sent someone out that day. He was very kind and sat down and went over our options. He asked if the other company told us that our unit was still under warranty.. they did not. He also pointed out that the other company said we would need 9.5 lbs of refrigerant but our unit only holds 6.3.We ended up scheduling our compressor to be replaced by North Point. The tech that did the installation was unprofessional and damaged our unit. He didn’t seem interested in all at remedying the issue. I called the office and the staff was immediately apologetic and insisted they would make the situation “right.”Within an hour they sent out a truck with the lead tech, service manager and owner of the company.They repaired the damage, were extremely apologetic, and knocked a significant amount off of the original repair invoice. Pre damage discount, the repair still saved us $700 going with North Point.I really don’t think you can ask for much more from a company. They will have our business for the rest of the time we live within servicing area. Extremely responsive. Reasonable prices. Honest. Great customer service. Over all stand up business!

Service and staff are amazing as well as professional service they was very prompt with the service and explained everything whatever your heating or air conditioning needs are they are the company to call and pricing is very reasonable!!

Our overflow drain was draining outside again since they were recently for the same problem. They are always very prompt to get back out here then there is an issue. They raised the secondary pan to help it drain better. Hope it works as it is our newest unit and seems to be the one with the most problems. Thank you North Point for the prompt service and attention.

Jeff came out on a Sunday evening, diagnosed the problem with our heater and had the parts to fix it on his truck. From the time I made the call to North Point till the time our heater was working was probably less than 2 hrs! We couldn’t be happier with the service, especially since the outside temperature was in the mid 20’s and dropping

During a string of 100 degree days the A/C in our rental home (occupied by our daughter) stopped cooling. I called North Point first thing the morning after it quit. Within hours they had a tech on-site. He checked the entire system, diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue at a fair price in about an hour after arriving. My daughter, her family and I thank you!

North Point installed and maintains my HVAC system. We had our AC go down during the 2023 heatwave. I called them late on a Saturday and spoke to a technician who came out first thing Sunday morning. Their staff is always polite and very professional. We signed up for regular maintenance as well.

He did not have the filter we needed and we do not know if North Point charged us for the filter he went down to get. We have had trouble with you sending the wrong filter size when your company was the one to install it? Kind of ridiculous.

Yancey first came out on Monday and did a thorough job cleaning both units and detected a faulty compressor. He ordered the partGary picked up the part and installed it this afternoon. He was extremely good with his work, timely and very polite. Both men are excellent representatives of Northpoint A/C.

I called Northpoint Air along with multiple other Air Conditioning Contractors to come out and give me quotes on a complete new system for my home. Northpoint Air was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the products they offer along with the various ways that would best keep my home comfortable in all the seasons. I feel as if they did not try and up sale me on anything, at times even made a recommendation for a more cost friendly options. I can not say the same about the other contractors that came out. Northpoint Air was the most affordable, with reputable equipment. I can not speak highly enough about their service technicians. They were on time as they stated and installed the equipment quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Our family has been a customer of North Point for going on 40 years---they are a family run business serving the area since the late 1970s. Dont be fooled by some of the other flashy 5 star companies. North Point is one of a handful of original A/C repair companies still serving the surrounding community. You will understand why once you give them a call. They are incredibly honest, affordable, and flexible with scheduling. Their technicians are efficient and extremely polite. Once you use them once, you will become a customer for life. As far as any previous reviews claiming them to be dishonest, I have to laugh, because I am familiar with the owner and his son, and dishonest is the last word I would ever use to describe them.

We have been using Northpoint for many years. Two months ago we bought a new furnace and a downstairs ac unit. We were very pleased with the installation and products. The crew came out today to replace a faulty valve on the ac unit. It was covered under warranty and I got same day service when I called. All the employees are very nice and professional. Fernando came to check the AC units due to a water stain on my ceiling. They responded quickly and were very helpful as always. They have serviced our AC/heaters for a long time and have always found a way to fix our units rather than replacing at the first sign of trouble. They are knowledgeable and reasonable. They responded within an hour even though it was the end of the day.

I called at 8a on a Monday, was 3rd in line, tech was at my house by 8:20a (was expecting ~10a) and AC was working again by 8:35a (failed capacitor) call service and tech were both great to work with, strongly recommend

We called them yesterday at 5:30 and they had service technician here at 8:30 this morning to check our AC unit . Did the April service plan inspections, etc early without an additional fee. They are always prompt and great to work with!

My husband and I just moved to Texas from PA., six months after we bought our house our air conditioning unit began to leak refrigerant due to a hole in the coil. Being new to the area we did not know who to call, we found this family owned business in Spring, Texas and gave them a call. The owners son Glenn came to our residence that evening, identified the problem, took the time to explain to us what the problem was and gave us an estimate on a new unit. We agreed to have a new unit installed, the installation team arrived the next day and installed our new unit and did a thorough job cleaning up the area after installation. We are very pleased with the new unit and even noticed the humidity in the home is lower and our electric bill has dropped. Very professional company and they have earned a lifelong customer.

My AC went out on a Sunday at 6pm. I call north point and left a message thinking they would call me back Monday. Fernando called me back in less then 5 mins. I have their Maintenance program for the last couple years. Fernando informed me that because of the Maintenance program I get a service call discount even on the weekend. We called Northshore air and heating to fix a heater that went out. Because our unit was 18 years old, Northshore gave us several options including complete replacement of both ac and heating. The price was attractive since it included replacing our duct work which was not up to current code. They were very professional and did a good job. The furnace works great and waiting for summer to test out our new 2 speed ac.

North Point has replaced units at different houses for me and come out for service as well. Every time they are professional, helpful and always quick to respond. Thankful for this company the the great service they provide!

Our A/C blew out on the beginning (late afternoon) of July 4th weekend - and my wife was nine months pregnant. I couldnt find anyone who would come out and help. I actually drove by North Point A/C, walked in, and practically begged. The lady working dispatch took pity and sent someone over immediately (within thirty minutes at the busiest time of year), and they didnt rip us off at all -- it turned out to be something really small. I highly, highly recommend checking them out. Great, honest people!UPDATE 6/22/2015: we took too long to replace the filter and the compressor iced up, so we called for service after replacing the filters, but everything was still iced up. Its impossible to precisely calculate the system charge when its iced up. The tech took a best guess, but it wasnt right -- and he just came out again to fix it, no charge. Then it turned out to be that the coil was dirty because I was using the wrong filters, and they did a great job getting it perfect again for a lot, lot less than a new coil would have cost. A dishonest A/C company (and there are far too many of those) would have said that something expensive needed to be replaced. Its very hard to find a honest A/C company so hang onto a good one when you find one, and this is a good one! Its working pertfectly now. A+++. Highly recommended!

I had a different A/C company look at my system, they tried to sell me an entire unit. I then called Northpoint and these people really took care of us, not only did they come out right away but they found that the only problem with my unit was a capacitor. Saved me about 15,000 bucks.

My A/C unit was dripping water into the secondary drip pan. This is usually because of a blocked drainage line, and the blockage needs to be blown out. In my unit the configuration was such that there was no way to put any pressure on the line without cutting the PVC in two places to isolate the pressure in the drain pipe. Ezekiel diagnosed the problem quickly, and took care of the problem, cutting the pipes, blowing out the blockage, resealing the pipes, vacuuming the standing water in the drain pan, and closing the unit. My service call to North Point A/C was just yesterday afternoon, so they came by and fixed my problem in less than 24 hours.
