I originally hired Sam and the New Balance A/C team to help do some A/C maintenance work for my small business. I was immediately impressed with their professionalism, timeliness, and kindness in explaining and resolving any issues with our A/C. When we had our air conditioning break at home, my wife gave New Balance a call and they came over the weekend after hours to help us fix the issue. The owner Sam drove hours on Saturday night to get us a part needed to fix the system and setup a temporary fix while he was away to make sure we didnt cook in the Texas summer heat. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication to a job well done. I highly recommend them for both your at home or commercial A/C needs!

We have been using New Balance for our AC maintenance since moving into our house 2 years ago. They are always very prompt and thorough. We recently had to replace one of our AC units and they walked us through all of our options and were able to schedule the install the next week. Very professional and I recommend them highly.

The New Balance team (especially Sam Kelly) did a great job! Theyre honest people, which is hard to come by these days. Theyre also knowledgeable, prompt, and everyone was extremely easy to work with. They helped us get back into our home after Hurricane Harvey and even followed up with us for maintenance. I have been a New Balance A/C customer for over 10 years. They have always offered great service and products. Over the years I have purchased two A/C units (upstairs and downstairs) as the builder grade units in my house eventually failed and installed a mini-split in my detached garage/bonus room. I have been using New Balance A/C for YEARS, on many properties, and also recommend my clients to Sam and the crew. Sometimes, its very hard to know who to trust when it comes to AC repair, and I totally trust New Balance. They also have a great maintenance program, and will come out twice a year to make sure everything is running properly. Its a MUST in Houston!

Had New Balance A/C inspect and repair an upstairs house system in Aug/Sep 2021. Ownership is involved in fielding calls, theyve hired some passionate pros who work well together, answer questions, and dont leave until the job is done.My experience was great, and I found their technicians to be professionals from initial inspection, through repair, and ongoing maintenance. My experiences with other HVAC operations tells me this is the one for us going forward, and we have had no issues in the last 4 months, with allergy symptoms alleviated.

Ive been using them for more than 25 years.They are the most awesome people in the business. Fair, honest, awesome service, awesome techs, fantastic owner, Sam and David the scheduling guru. Wont tell you my techs name because he is so awesome that you will want him to take care of your system but they are all great!

New Balance A/C is an awesome contractor to partner with. Their response time is short and prompt. The quality fo their work and technical knowledge is superb. The New Balance techs are very professioinal and provide great follow up. They came out to my house in about an hour on a down system on a summer night. I am new to the Spring Area and I found New Balance AC via google. I used them to change out the duct work in my house last year and they were clean and professional. I used them this week to service my AC and again the young man that showed up was very professional and polite with great service. In saying that, I understand that companies need to make a profit and I cant compare rates to other AC companies in the area but I feel that some of their products and services are what I felt as high. However, I would rather pay a little more and have that feeling of knowing that I have a professional doing the work.I also appreciated that Sam Kelly called me back after I answered his company survey and wanted to know what his company could do to be better and confirm the quality of work. Great customer service.

The technician was a very polite young man named Daniel who called enroute, arrived on time, and was very respectful of our property. He worked for two hours even though it was a standard annual maintenance job so as to do it correctly...it did not help that one of the units was on our roof, 4 stories up, in this texas heat. He nonetheless did the job well. very pleased with these guys.

I had an issue with my furnace only working intermittently. Sam and his crew really went above and beyond. They addressed all of my concerns and offered suggestions to add insulation in my attic to help improve energy efficiency of my home. I was very impressed with the quality workmanship and overall professionalism. Its not very often you find an honest company like this one. Will be using them from now on for all my HVAC needs!

Fabulous and highly ethical company. Their annual service contract gives peace of mind for twice-a-year thorough checkups on cooling and heating systems. Sam has assembled a dedicated and professional group of employees.

Let me begin by saying that we have used New Balance A/C for several years. I can assure you that Sam Kelly is a good man. However, in saying that I also need to say that we as people make mistakes. Every last one of us. I would also like to say that if you ever check the reviews on a company and you don’t come across any negative reviews something is wrong! I say this because of my opening statement. We ALL make mistakes. Sam has always been extremely fair and helpful in every one of our heating and A/C repairs. Has everything always been “perfect”? No... Why? Because your employees aren’t as concerned about your business as much as you are. The only recommendation that I would have would be to incorporate a quality assurance individual to inspect every job after completion to insure that everything has been done properly and is up to code. Other than that, this much I can assure you. If something isn’t right all you have to do is let Sam Kelly know and he will see that it’s done right. I’ve always been told that making a mistake in life isn’t what determines if you’re a success or a failure. What determines whether you’re a success or a failure is what you do in the midst of your mistake. Sam has ALWAYS made things right. Therefore, in my opinion he’s a success! Sam and his team at New Balance have always been great. Sam even came out himself on a Sunday, to fix her heater after I cause a fuse to blow.

Came out when asked, diagnosed and fixed the issue at the same time. Very reasonable costs. Both Sam (owner) and David (office manager) very friendly to work with. The yearly maintenance plan is awesome.
