I am very glad that I found Mr. Rogers!We have been without AC for 3 years. During those years, we had a guy that was recommended to us to come check out our AC system. We were told we had a leak in the system and repairs were made. The system continued to leak and we ended up spending hundreds on repeated repairs throughout the years, we even had the unit and coil replaced. Even with the new unit and coil, we continued to have a leak in our system. The repair man kept coming back, taking hundreds of $$$ from us, he even installed new piping. Still, the AC system would work for a couple of days and then fail. At this point there was no way there could still be a leak if everything was new. We were told the new unit had a 10 year warranty and the coil was new. We were tired of spending our hard earned money on pointless repairs and decided to tell the repair man to switch out the unit under warranty and replace the coil again. This is when the repair man told us NO and said he will not be coming and then blocked my number. I knew something was up so I made a quick google search for an AC company and decided to give Mr. Roger a call. Within a few minutes, Mr. Roger already knew what the problem was. The new coil, or what we thought was new, was a used coil and it was leaking. This means the previous repair man replaced our old coil with a used leaking coil, mind you he would always check the coil and would tell us that he cannot find the leak. Mr. Roger also ran tests on the new unit and showed us that it was not running properly. Since the previous repair men wouldnt answer me or any of my family trying to reach him, Mr. Roger took it upon himself to investigate where the new unit was purchased from so that we can exchange it under warranty. Unfortunately, Mr. Roger found out that our unit was never registered therefore it had no warranty. He was was also able to identify that thew new piping (installed by the previous repairman) was not properly installed. It was a very bad and poor install. This is when we realized we were lied to and taken advantage of for years. Mr. Roger showed great compassion and worked with us to find a solution that would work with our budget and fix our AC system once and for all. His team replaced our coil and unit with a brand new one and went above and beyond to fix what they could of the piping and have it more properly set up. Our AC system is now up and running better than ever before. I am a business owner myself and i can tell when a business actually cares about their work and reputation. I can assure you that when you contact Mr. Roger, he and his team will take great care of you and provide one of the best customer service you will come across. I am very grateful to Mr. Roger and his excellent team for the service they provided, you will be too.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Mr. Rogers definitely deserves it! He was Amazing! Our A/C was out and we were Melting! We have a very old unit but its not in our budget to replace it right now. Mr. Rogers came out late on a Friday evening and got Old Faithful up and running! When our budget permits to replace O.F., we will definitely be calling Mr. Rogers! He is our Hero! Thanks to him we will be sleeping cool tonight! Our Fur Babies thank him too! God Bless!

Roger and his son came by today and fixed my problem. I had two other companies say they were coming by but never showed. Roger was on time, fixed my problem, and didn’t try to upsell me like most other places would. Very much appreciated and so happy to have AC again in this heat!

I have used Mr. Rogers heating and ac for the past 5 yrs, they have always done an excellent job. I would recommend then to anyone. They are honest and reliable.

For the last couple years, Mr Rogers has been a life saver!! They are so friendly, always very responsive and get to you in a timely manner. They took the time to get my AC/Furnace/Thermostats running again after a power surge. Ive replaced just about everything with them and its been easy every step of the way. Prices are more than fair and I wouldnt recommend anyone else!

Ive been receiving great service from Mr Rogers AC for over 5 years now. Today was no exception! They responded to my home on short notice, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed up my AC unit during the same visit! No waiting around for someone to call a home office, schedule another visit and only then send out a technician like so many other AC companies in Houston!!Prior to Mr Rogers I tried several other companies who all tried to sneak in up-charges or drastically overcharge for the parts/units they install. Mr Rogers AC has always been fair and helpful in making any correction recommendations and worked within the budget Ive had. Theyve corrected the mistakes made by others and made a trusted customer of my family! I really trust them ... and isnt that what its all about?! :-)Thank you to Mr. Rodgers AC for being an honest locally owned company with great service! I strongly recommend them to anyone who is need!

I called Mr. Rogers to inquire about a malfunctioning hot water heater. He and his staff were very responsive and engaged from my initial phone call to the final invoice. They were able to get one of their professionals out to visit my home for an initial assessment the very same day (within 1 hour). They made a quick and concise recommendation. I really appreciated how Roger didnt try to over-sell me on anything, only to fix the root cause of the issue. They were able to return the very next morning with a clean professional install of the new equipment. I would strongly recommend this company, they have great customer service with fair pricing.

Friendly and reliable company with great customer service. My AC went out a few days ago and I called Mr Rogers company they arrived soon after my call and their technicians were very professional they resolved my problem promptly at a very reasonable and affordable price. I have now worked with 3 AC companies and gotten quotes from 5. Of these, Mr. Rogers was by far the best experience.Roger was polite and professional. He presented me with all of my options, gave me all the information and then allowed me to make an unpressured educated decision.After a free AC system inspection, I hired Roger to replaced my evaporator coil. His work was done quickly and at a lower quoted price (75%) compared to all 5 other companies. I later noticed that my system was leaking Freon. Roger came out and spent an hour, for free, diagnosing the source of the leak (an unrelated location to his work).I highly recommend Roger.

Mr. Rogers AC company is the best I had an issue with my AC not working and I called this Company. They have good customer service and the techs are very professional they took care of the problem in a short amount of time and the cost was affordable. A+ all the way. Spent $150 on another company and was told after the technician spent two hours doing nothing that I had to buy a new compressor, of course the guy gave me the number to one of his friends, who would have obviously ripped me off. I called Mr. Rogers and the problem was fixed within 30 minutes for less than $300. The technician was very professional and wasnt trying to upsell me on anything. If I ever need my AC fixed again or have friends in need of repair, they will be the first company I recommend. Thanks again.

Called out to inquire for a freon top out on my a/c. The office staff was very courteous, the man came out within the agreed time frame which was about an hour. He made it easy for me to understand what needs to be done and even used a scale for the freon so that we both know exactly how many pounds went into the system. Made helpful recommendations without upselling anything, turns out the man was the owner himself - Mr. Rogers! Highly recommend this business, inasmuch as I would like to support the community I am in.

Mr Rodgers is a knowledgeable family friendly business. They were very patient while explaining my options and the staff was very efficient and courteous as they installed my unit. I will recommend Mr Rodgers to anyone who needs ac or heating repairs as they are also reasonably priced.

I am a new Hvac contractor in town and met Roger. I never met him until at the supply shop. While everyone was in a rush to go do a job, he came over to me with my little Jeep filled up with equipment and said “hey we gotta start somewhere”. Roger owner carried himself in a humbling manner and want to say that I’m a pretty good judge of character. Thank you Mr. Roger for the encouragement!

Hands down one of the best experiences. Everyone I spoke to from those in the office to the gentleman who did the repair work were very nice! David was knowledgeable and knew exactly what the issue was, because of this he was able to get the parts and make the repairs quickly!

My Husky chewed through my thermostat wire and these guys showed up and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. This was my second time using their services and I was pleased both times.

Mr. Rogers is a great mechanic in A/C repair. I would like to ask him to repair my A/C and would pay him maximum amount because of its work of high quality.

Their service is very friendly and helpful. I like to remember in future as quick as I will get problem with my AC. When I called them, they reach to me more quickly than I think but their cost is so reliable. I think they are great.

Amazing service, repaired my a/c with promise to come back if it did not work. It is now 9:30pm and he is here fixing the problem. Highly recommended, great customer service and reasonable priced.

This is a very humble and good company to have. I was referred by the local MS society and with in 30 minutes of my call they where here and got our unit blowing cold again.
