We had our second scheduled system check up this morning. It was very easy to schedule the work. Landon was assigned as soon as it was scheduled and confirmed the appointment. He came to the house this morning exactly when he said he would. As always, he was friendly and professional. He did the check up and gave us the system status. No issues were found. I highly recommend Martin Mechanical to everyone. Great, on time, honest company.

Solar PV substation technician needed AC repair quick. Martin Mechanical answered the call and did an excellent job. Ive worked in power generation 13 years, and contracted many hvac techs who disappointed. Shawn from Martin Mechanical proved what an experienced technician he is, and was polite, honest and friendly. He went above and beyond, by gluing the insulation and repairing an exposed wire that was arching, even though the job was only a cleaning and costed only $329. Great work guys!

Turned on “Heat Mode” on existing thermostat after cold weather arrived and heater wouldn’t shut off. Cory Martin, owner of Martin Mechanical, and the son of retired Cecile Martin, identified the problem as a defective thermostat, replaced the thermostat on 22 November 2024. All is now functioning well. What a pleasure doing business with Martin Mechanical.

With no AC in this heat they came out sooner than expected and did a whole reinstall on my system. They were very knowledgeable with all of my many questions. Requested someone to come out the night before they arrived. They replaced both capacitors on my ACs and cleaned the coils. They did a multi point inspection on my furnaces and air handlers in the attic. Thanks for coming out and getting everything running top notch again. I signed up for the yearly maintenance.

My AC system stopped working,so I called this company based on my neighbors referral. They were very accommodating with the schedule especially with the scorching heat and they were very professional. I had immediate service and they even came out the next day to troubleshoot another problem which we didnt know existed the first time. I will keep them in my phone list for sure. In one case the replacement of a capacitor was recommended because it was falling out of acceptable specifications. On another property I have it was checked and everything passed. My point is that by having them checked by honest, trustworthy technicians, it is worth it and saves money in the long run. If that capacitor had actually failed I understand the problem would have continued through and damaged many other expensive components. I get great feedback and am assured the systems are working properly. At the same time I know they are not pushing unnecessary repairs.

I called Martina Mechanical after my air conditioner stopped cooling and a technician was at my door within 10 minutes. He checked everything out and diagnosed the problem. My air conditioner was working properly in 45 minutes. That is what I call service! I would definitely call them again for service. They were prompt, reliable, professional and reasonably priced.

My air conditioner went out early on a Friday evening and I called Martin Mechanical and they sent someone out that evening. Unfortunately it was July 4th weekend and they told me they weren’t sure if they had the part but they said it would be Monday before the could fix it. Then Saturday morning I got a call that they were sending someone out with a new blower. They were so thoughtful that they took the time to take care of it. I can’t thank them enough!

My A/C went out. I called them an hour before they opened left a message and they returned call within minutes. Cory made it the first call after they opened (it helps being close to their office) and with a minor repair had it running again. Quick and Excellent service.

I called because I was concerned that my A/C was about to die, and temps were climbing north of 100. They came out right away and were patient when the problem did not reoccur immediately. They found the issue and fixed it in the same visit. Ive been using Martin Mechanical for years, and this is absolutely typical of my experience with them. A+ highly recommended.

Cory was contacted and was at my home quickly despite post-hurricane conditions and rampant power outages. He resolved the problem quickly and we had cold air that afternoon. My go-to for HVAC work!

AC quit working about 13:00 hours and house temp went to 84F. Checked the 4 ton AC outside and the condenser fan motor did not run, so I called Martin Mechanical who have installed all of my 3 AC units. They dispatched a couple of their employees that arrived about 15:00 and confirmed that the fan had to be replaced and the work was completed about 16:30 and we verified that the AC unit was running again and cooling as required. Honestly an amazing experience from start to finish. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable and quick in repair. We will definitely be using this company for any future AC needs.

From the initial bid to the install, Cory and his team made it painless. I requested a bid back in February, knowing my AC was on its last leg. However, I had a house renovation taking place and a lot of balls in the air. He graciously followed up w/me at the beginning of March & April, but did not pressure me. Needless to say, my AC stopped working the first week of June (perfect timing; I was on vacation in Chicago enjoying the best weather ever just to return home to an almost 90 degree house). I called him on a Sunday and he got to work! I felt like he made me a priority and he was very knowledgeable and patient w/all my questions.

I can’t describe how great these guys are! They are extremely professional and courteous and will do anything they can to fix the problem at hand. I had a zoning issue in my house and had hired at least 5 AC repair men before and none of them figured it out. Finally these guys came in and got it resolved. They worked on the AC the first time they showed up which fixed one thing but when I called them back that it hasn’t been fully resolved they returned and fixed everything for free. Wonderful service and professionalism that’s very hard to find with contractors.

Ive been using Martin Mechanical for HVAC work for years, and recommended them to my mother when she moved to this side of town, because I knew shed get good advice and reliable service. Always always professional and careful and easy to work with.

Used them for complete system replacement in Feb/March of 2021. Very professional install. Everything was done well with good explanations of everything. Now also use them for AC Service contract. They always come on time and are thorough in the work.

Cory the owner came out to evaluate our furnace on 10/11/19. We had been told by another (large) company that our 17 yo furnaces were on their last legs and should be replaced. Cory said there was nothing wrong with them and that they should last quite awhile (years) longer. We immediately signed on as a customer for seasonal check ups of our furnaces and a/c. The following Wednesday, he sent out Matthew who arrived on time and performed the seasonal work. Apparently in this line of business, there are not many honest hard-working professionals, but these guys are for real awesome! Saved us thousands of dollars that did not need to be spent. Call them, you wont be sorry.
