I recently had the pleasure of working with Edwin for the installation of my new duct and A/C system, and I must say, their service was exceptional. After a disappointing experience with a well-known company that left much to be desired, Edwin and his team truly stepped up. They not only fixed the issues left by the previous installer but went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect on the better/new unit. Their team was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. The installation was smooth, the system works better than expected, and they even took the time to explain how to maintain it for longevity. He is extremely professional, timely and knowledgeable. His company is also extremely responsive- my A/C unit broke down on my family when I was out of town and Edwin was able to diagnose and replace the unit in 24 hours.
