Houston Air Design

I had Houston Air Design install replace a very old AC system at my house and it was such a good experience. They had given me options of the different systems they had along with costs, pros and cons for each one that helped me make a better decision on which one to buy. On install day they were so efficient with disconnecting and removing the old system and replacing it with the new system they were able to do all of the work in one day. During all of this they kept the house clean from their work and made sure the system was working correctly. They did such a great job that I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good A/C company.

Highly recommend Houston Air Design! Our AC went out on a Sunday and Ronnie had Harris over 2 hours later. Harris was so knowledgeable, quick, and kind! He fixed our problem without any issues and let us know exactly what he was doing which was very reassuring. We will continue to use them for any future issues!

I wanted to spend a moment to write a review for Ronnie Harris of Houston Air Design. We shopped around about 15 companies before contacting Ronnie and was happy that we selected his company to install a new heating and cooling system in our home. He came out and completed a thorough inspection of our system and provided us with a few options (he’s very knowledgeable). We have a home warranty that he worked diligently with as he provided the specific language that is needed for the warranty company to honor its guaranty of coverage of our AC Condensing Unit. This alone save us a few thousand dollars. Ronnie also showed patience with us during the whole process as we had a lot of questions and even came out to my other house and fixed another issue while we were signing the contract. Ronnie also provided us with a zero interest loan that was needed to finance the remanding balance that was owed. He was literally always a phone call away. The unit is working perfectly and is high efficiency which is saving us money each month on our electricity bill. It is a Win, Win situation with Ronnie and his team. I highly recommend this company, they will be there for you until you’re totally satisfied with units’ installation and service.

Ronnie and team were excellent!!! They did everything possible to fit us in their busy schedule and their service was superb! My AC has never worked this well in our 15 years in the house. We will definitely use them for all AC needs in the future!

I am officially COLD! After a horrid night of intense sweating & AC going out mid-day yesterday, I reached out to this local company via email around midnight & first text I see when I wake up is that they will be there today & asked what time works best. They arrived quickly & on time. There was a $49 special tune up/estimate price they had going on, so definitely affordable for a self employed person like myself. After discovering the issue, Ronnie kindly explained my options on the issues. They fixed it rather quickly, all while showing me & explaining to me what was wrong & tips to cooling the house. I have lived on my own for a few years now in a REALLY old house in the Heights area & no one has taken the time to show me these mandatory basics of understanding AC or how it works. Ronnie & Tony both worked efficiently, quickly & were SUPER friendly educating me without hesitation. I HIGHLY recommend & will be using them anytime I have an issue & referring to friends. Exceeded all expectations. Great prices, efficient, dependable, excellent service, crew cleaned up the entire working area inside the house. The owner himself Ronnie comes to the work site to supervise the installation and comes back again to review the final work. Harris is supper guy, polite and very cooperative, he will walk you step by step on everything the crew is doing. Hiring HAD was great decision.

My outside unit went out over the July 4th weekend and the first few HVAC outfits I called either didnt respond immediately or couldnt do anything until after the holiday weekend but when I called Houston Air Design it was an instant response and Ronnie came out and took care of it asap and I didnt have to book a hotel for my wife!Thanks, Ronnie, we appreciated your professionalism and responsiveness!
