It was a last minute call to get a bathroom vent installed.Carlos was able to provide a quote after sending pictures to him and the work was completed without issues. We needed some roof sheetrock repair done around the new vent and he was able to recommend someone and assisted in getting the bathroom totally operational without any indication of a vent remodel.We will be using him to replace our inside unit.

Hercules HVAC initially replaced the AC compressor (outside unit) and coils (inside attic unit) along with furnace. We upgraded from a 4 ton to 5 ton unit; however, this caused water to leak into the drain pan from the coils due to the old supply plenum being undersized. Carlos got the plenum as soon as possible given the holiday weekend and replaced it which resolved the issue. Carlos was very responsive throughout the process answering all of my questions and was the best priced based on contacting 4 other HVAC companies.

Carlos was great to work with! communication was great, install was smooth and the price was much better than the other quotes from other companies. House is cooling amazing now!

Carlos quoted me a 5-ton system for about half of another enterprise. He was frank and honest, no upsell and sales baloney. His crew showed up on time and got it done in half a day.
