Always great service at a fair price. I’ve used them for a couple of years to repair, as well as replace and maintain my HVAC units. Service is prompt and Techs are knowledgeable and friendly. And I always get a quote from them prior to work being done with an exact amount and detailed description of what will be done.

They did an outstanding job!!! They got here early, found the problem quickly, and had the parts on their van to fix it on the spot. We had a crack in the tank of our toilet that we needed repaired. We lease the home we live in so our real estate company set everything up for us. The technician arrived promptly at the time promised and let me know when he was 15 minutes away so I could be ready. He immediately told us that he was going to replace the whole toilet which was great news for us because the chain had already broken and someone tried to repair it but not well enough because the water would run constantly. The technician was very professional and fast and had the whole thing changed out in less than an hour. He cleaned up everything behind himself and left no mess or trash behind. Everything is functioning perfectly and I couldn’t be happier!! They even called us the next day to check in and make sure everything is still working and no other problems had come up. Definitely will be calling this company again myself for any repairs needed and will refer to all friends and family.

Geo Contractors LLC has come out to service my home on multiple occasions. Theyve untapped my toilet and repaired my AC when it went out. The service technicians are always friendly and the communication and customer serves is superb! I really appreciate the quickness in which they respond and the fact that they call and text when theyre 15 minutes out so youre not stuck in the house just waiting. They are also very quick and efficient. My AC was repaired within an hour of the technician coming out because he knew exactly what was wrong with it! My toliet literally took minutes to unclog! Im very satisfied with their service and expertise.

GEO Contractors are the absolute best HVAC company in Houston! Reasonable prices, quality work, and they stand by their promises. Their technicians shoot straight and dont try to “upsell” you on work that is not needed like other Houston companies. I will never use anyone else for my ac/heat needs!

The technician was great. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He stayed to ensure our water heaters were working correctly and even repaired a small water leak. The company followed up with us to ensure everything was working.

I called on Wednesday and the technician knew it was the capacitor, but checked the units in the attic and refrigerant levels in both units just to make sure nothing caused the capacitor to go out. He charged me $187 and I will know how to replace it next time. He was here quickly, very professional and I will use them again.

Great service. They take the time and do the job right! This is a big distinction between other companies that come in and do the bare minimum as quickly as they can. They take the time and do a thorough job. Have worked with Geo and his team for many years on my personal property as well as investment properties. I have used Geo Contractors since Jeovany Rivas (the owner) was a new AC service provider and only had two trucks. Now he has numerous employees, a friendly call center, and many more trucks to better serve Houston and its AC needs. It is nice to see a small business grow into a success story because of hard work, trust, and an honestly.I have a lot of Geo stories but my favorite one is when my outside unit literally blew up. I spoke to my general contractor and he said to contact Geo Contractors. I asked what I should do and he suggested replacing both the ac unit and the attic unit because they often are the same age and go out at similar time. I called Geo, told them my issue and get a very good price for both pieces of equipment. They come while I am at work and install the new parts. When I get the bill, I notice the price is very wrong. It is way to low for what we had talked about. I called up Jeovany and asked about the price. “Call me in 7-8 years.” I didn’t understand what he meant. “Your furnace in the attic is fine. It doesn’t need to be replaced. Just the outside unit needed to be replaced. So call me in 7-8 years, that is when the furnace might start needing care.“ I know nothing about AC work except that my unit was working before and now it was not. He could have easily done exactly what I asked, and I would have had to pay a lot more. He took the extra step, the honest step, of only fixing what was needed. He didn’t even complain about now needing to take the new attic unit back to the supplier. Not a lot of people would operate that way.It gets better from there. The AC unit comes with a 1-year warranty which increases to 5 years if you register the unit with the manufacturer. When I went to the website to do the registration, I was very happy to see he had already had someone do that for me. I can imagine how many people forget to do this and find themselves in a bind when they need service only to find out the coverage, they thought they had wasn’t there.I won’t get into the all the details, but Geo Contractors has done a lot of work for me, my family, and my tenants. They do everything from coil cleaning, unclogging drip pans, adding an emergency shut off at the rent house in case a pan was to get clogged, installing extra vents, repairing older AC units, installing that annoying extra wire the Nest needed to work properly; big or small, I get the same kind and professional level of service from them.Lastly, his prices are very fair, but the best thing is the technicians who come to you house are very professional. Both my wife and I have both said that his techs are very easy to work with.

I lease a home and Geo Contractors was sent by my property management company to repair my air conditioning that went out of the 4th of July. The team is so awesome .. from the lady who called to set up my repair appointment for the same day, to Edwin that struggled for 3 1/2 hours by himself in my hot attic, to the other tech that came to Edwins rescue after he was up in the attic that long and appeared to be getting sick from the heat. Edwin worked tirelessly, drenched in sweat. The upstairs thermostat was registering at 94 degrees, so I know that attic was like you would imagine hell to be. He would stay up there for such long periods of time, we had to call out to him to make sure he was all right. They finished up around 8:30 last night in time to have the house cool down before we went to sleep. I am so grateful for Edwins kindness and experienced service. We sincerely thank you.
