This company is amazing! Found them on the neighborhood app. Ishmael was the tech who diagnosed the problem with the AC Unit. He was young but mighty! Very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He answered all my questions and his work was thorough. This young man has a very bright future ahead of him and after meeting his boss(and owner) today, I understood why he was so polished. The installers arrived on time and were also very personable. Work was completed sooner than expected(yes and thank you!) and the price was fair. This owner runs an incredible business and is an incredible person. I highly recommend them, but call and decide for yourself. Thank you Excel Air for a job well done!!!

The team from Excel air was fantastic! The team and trailer showed up started the demo at 7 a.m. and were installing the new unit within about an hour. They had all of the tools and equipment plus they were on time. Im happy to say, we feel great with our new system. After it was installed and running they walked the job with me and tweaked anything I mentioned with a smile. I had questions about financing and each member I spoke to was on the same page. They will be returning to service it, and Im having a UV light installed to cut down on the potential of bacteria forming inside the air ducts. We are extremely happy with the care paid to our home and the fact that they even left our attic nicer than it was when they arrived. Absolutely professional work worth every penny.

Did excellent work. Checked to insure that the thermostat was the issue. Provided a replacement thermostat.Only complaint is that I could not read your message via thumbtack and had no phone number from my home warranty company. However, once a time was scheduled, the technician arrived within the scheduled window and also I received a text prior to the technicians arrival to indicate that Ishmael was on his way.

In this line of business where most contractors are unnecessarily expensive and unethical, but it was such a pleasant experience to deal with a Company like Excel Air.Mauricio, the owner of the company came to my place, on a Sunday, to give me a quote when most companies either wanted to charge for providing a quote or gave an overinflated quote. He worked with me on the pricing and me a compelling quote beating everyone by a good amount. Did that affect their quality of work? Not at all. They were very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Most importantly, something that really matters to me, is that they were very honest. I wanted to get my vents cleaned and I didn’t know much about the same. I was previously given a big quote in the past. Well we waited for Lagos schedule to clear.3 months later, Lalo finally returned to Houston, we finally rerouted the upstsirs air ducts work for the upstairs portion of the house,Portion was too cool & hot! Reached out to Excel Air about replacing my evaporator coil and Mauricio was quick to respond and provided the most reasonable quote I had received. After I confirmed that I was ready to proceed with his team, he scheduled Jorge and Ishmael to come in next morning. I called Excel Air for my a/c not cooling and thermostat issues. They scheduled me for the same afternoon. Ishmael was assigned to my home. They notified me that he was on route and attached a nice photo of him. He came on time and was very friendly, courteous and professional. He got right to the issue of the problem. Cleared the drain line quickly . He checked everything and replaced the dual run capacitor preventing any future issues. I really appreciate his patience when I had many questions about programming and resetting the thermostat. Ishmael was very professional with exceptional Technical knowledge and excellent service. Due to age and condition I opted to replace the entire system instead of wasting money chasing repairs on a 20 year old unit. Mauricio and Team, came by and gave us a quote for a New Carrier AC and Heating System (4-Ton Size). The installation Team came out and they were so professional and courtesy to us! They did a excellent job all in one day! Later on, they sent out two young men to clean our duct work and vents. They did a great job, too! The tech who came was nice and did a good job of keeping me informed of what was happening. My concern is that a month ago a leak was discovered in the coil. A sealant was applied and the unit works fine now. However, since the unit is not even a year old having a leaking coil is a defect. A sealant is a bandage and not a long term solution. I requested a new coil but the tech claimed there was no leakage since last month. I requested that he come over next month and check the level again. If there is any leakage I want a new coil installed.The 4 ton unit works great but the questionable coil concerns me.

Install: Apr 2023. Replacing an AC system is one that can be very stressful. I got a few bids and chose Excel Air for various reasons. They had a personal approach to explaining the process and the work they would do. They have a great financing system but also the work they proposed to do, was of quality.They replaced my heating and cooling in record time, they were professional and timely and also the owner Mauricio personally oversaw the project and made sure everything was running before they left.Update: Following the recent storms, (May 2024) my AC was not coming back up after power was restored l. They sent a technician next day and he was able to trouble shoot and get us back in the cool. They take care of you like family.

Men were very professional. Arrived on time. Installed two AC units within four hours. Made sure to protect the floors by putting protective covering down. They spoke with inside voices that was all about getting the AC installed. There was no down time as they put the units in. They gave instructions on how to use the units before leaving.

Customer service is outstanding. Excel did a wonderful job on the work they were tasked with. I would highly recommend them for any commercial or residential project.

Mauricio and his team did an excellent job installing a new Trane 5-ton A/C unit in my house. I recommend Excel Air. Mauricio was kind enough to perform emergency repair of my previous old A/C unit when it broke down in 100-degree weather at 7 pm on a Saturday.

Got out here quickly on a Sunday, discovered the issue, quick repair and also installed AC specific surge protection to help reduce chances of future outages due to weather. Pricing was very very fair.

I had obtained 3 quotes for replacement of my A/C Unit that were all much more higher than my quote from Excell Air, which also had additional items and additional labor for a lesser price than the other 3 quotes I had obtained. This company did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Everyone I spoke with or came in contact with were very knowledgeable, professional and extremely courteous. Excell Air did not ask for or require any deposit or money up front and also has connections to a well know credit company, that has many ways to handling the financing. My wife and I elected for an 18month Zero Interest plan if paid off within the 18 month period. It was a very pleasant experience during the whole process. I would highly recommend obtaining a free quote from Excel Air when you have A/C or Heating problems before you commit to any other company.

Yep, I read all the reviews just like you are. Gave them a shot to install a new second floor HVAC unit. Let me tell you, they are as advertised!!! The unit was located in the attic and they made it look like childs play. These guys came through like a SWAT team! The original builder had a a very ineffective layout for our ducts. Coupled with being 17 years old our house wasnt cooling. They were here on time and completed work in a timely manner. As soon as they started the AC back up you could feel the difference in the air flow. Should also help with eletric bills as the units isnt working as hard.

He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and this afternoon the interior temperature is holding at or very near the thermostat setting, despite near record heat outside. These guys always deliver for me.
