Great experience, upgraded from 3 tons to 3.5 tons. We replaced our air conditioner unit and added gas furnace and coil from Carrier, Mr Ede, after the first call, next day he brought the unit and install at a reasonable price with professional installers, AC is working great now, thank you for yourbservice

8 year old Central A/C stopped cooling and the coolant lines and compressor began freezing up outside. Ed came out was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He identified the issue and gave me several options on repair. We inquired regarding a new unit, since the old was was out of warranty, and he was able to put together several options very quickly. I ended up getting quotes from several other companies in the area, but we ended up choosing Done Deal for the price and parts and labor warranty. Financing was easy, and they were out 8 am the next morning installing the new unit & complete by 5pm. Very happy with our experience, and the peace of mind that we have with the warranty on the entire unit including labor.

Great experience using this company. We called other companies and they all wanted to send a sales guy who didn’t know anything about our hvac components. Done Deal came to inspect and eventually replace my heater and induction fan. The job had a hiccup as they caused some damage to drywall and woodwork getting the old unit out of the attic. Ed worked diligently and persistently on the follow up to make sure the repairs were satisfactory everything looked good as new.Responsive, professional. I would do business with these guys again.
