Dixie Heating & Air Conditioning was great to work with to replace my tankless hot water heater. Everyone was professional and a pleasure to work with from the sales person to the installation team. There was an issue with the original unit and the team put us on the schedule the following day to install the replacement. Dixie Heating & Air Conditioning is by far the best.

2nd time to call Dixie Heating & Air Conditioning, this time to replace a failing A/C. Technicians were punctual, and worked efficiently to replace an evaporator and install a brand new outdoor unit, in a few hours. Left their work areas spotless...wouldnt even know they came. Martin was the technician who showed up. He was on time,took his time to explain what he was doing and answered all the questions I had. He never pushed me to have any extra service done. He was friendly and polite. He even cleaned up his mess.Would definitely recommend them.
