My a/c froze up last week so I called Cozy Comfort to come out and take a look at it. I was initially worried because my mom (75 y/0) is home by herself all day while I am at work and it takes her a minute to get around the house. However, the technician that came out was super patient with her and made sure she was comfortable while he was there. He even brought our trashcan in and carried a package into the house that was delivered that day. I will forever be grateful to them for that level of respect, care and compassion to an elderly customer.As far as service goes, he was able to pinpoint the issues and get it handled quickly and professionally. The communication from the technician, dispatch and Jeanette to me while I was at work, was top notch and should be a lesson to every company out there on customer service. Cozy Comfort is by far, the best call I have ever made.

Called as an emergency , heater not working. During our cold spell. Talked to Jeanett very nice and friendly sent a repair person over. They were prompt and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem. And very inexpensive. It is refreshing to have company s. That have a good work ethic these days. Would definitely use them again for my heater and air conditioning needs.

We were very happy with this companys performance! They installed a brand new unit that went out in the middle of summer and we were desperate! They were recommended to me by our neighbor and they came the next day! Cant recommend them enough! They really came through for us!!

I can’t say enough good things about Cozy Comfort Cooling! I called them to get an estimate on replacing my heater and a/c based on a previous recommendation from another company. Turns out, I did not need to replace my system at all! They recommended servicing the system and if I feel I would like to upgrade my system later on they would give me several different pricing options. If you want a quality, honest company, Cozy Comfort Cooling is the place to go!
