Very professional and reasonable service. Saeb was excellent in explaining the details of the work and type of unit my house needs. Whole process went very well and smooth. Installation crew was efficient and left the house clean. They vacuumed every thing at the end. Highly recommended.

Great deals and their workers are super nice and dedicated to ensure the work is done. Minor issues but nothing to say I wouldnt hire them again. One thing for the company I would say they can better relay their sales pitch and how new offers change offered items and also explain certain ways to maintain and operate the new machines. Overall. Cool Master Air & Heating assisted us during a very stressful time. New home purchase, two AC systems not working properly and a home warranty company giving us the run around. Saib came to our home personally and helped us pick the right systems for our home. The cost was an affordable cash price, great warranty and money saving upgrades. The job was completed the next day. The crew arrived on time at 8am, the workers introduced themselves, the crew lead recapped what he was here to do, and the crew went to work! They laid down drop cloths to protect my floors and stairs. They worked as a team and both units were installed and working before 3pm. When they finished they cleaned up while the crew lead discussed the new smart thermostats, how to replace the media filters and systems. Saib came to our home to inspect all work before the crew left. During his inspection he made sure to provide us with all paperwork, warranty and certificates. Cool Master definitely has our business and we will be recommending to our neighbors and friends!
