Ive used this company for several years. Products they installed have worked great, their customers service overall is phenomenal. Calls / emails for communication, scheduling, reminders, etc. Text alerts when the technician is on their way, all very prompt with clear communication.Most recently I had techs Thomas & Derik out to do a full system clean and install a UV + Carbon. Prompt, friendly, efficient and respectful.

I called multiple locations for water heater repair/replacement services. All locations gave me appointment times but then canceled or said they could not honor the agreed time and that they may get to me.I sent a message to Church services, and within 15 minutes, someone called me. I gave them my details and told them I would have to leave for an occupational commitment in an hour. They dispatched a company representative, and he was there in 20 minutes.The representative/tech, Alfonso Gomez, went straight to business, was respectful, and had command knowledge of what was needed. We worked out a plan that fit my budget and set up the replacement/repair for the next day. This company and its representative/tech provide excellent customer service, value my time, and are upfront about the entire process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Francisco was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time and made sure the job was done correctly. Before leaving, he gave us some tips, showed us everything he did, and made sure we didn’t have any questions. If ever needed again, I will always request for Francisco to assist us if available.

I had the pleasure of seeing Wendell and Logan today. What a wonderful experience. They were friendly, professional, and explained everything in a way I could not just understand but I feel confident in passing on the information to my Father who will ultimately make the decision on the equipment we need.Please tell them thank you. What a great experience. They sent a confirmation text as well as a text when our guy was on his way. Rick was our tech and we were very impressed with his extensive knowledge not only about our system but air quality as well. He was very personable and professional. He took the time to explain what was happening with our AC. He answered A LOT of questions about what the issue was AND all the questions we had about filters, airflow, maintenance, how to set our thermometer to best provide our house with proper oxygen supply etc. I cant vouch for all the technicians but he was impressive. Rick and Deep came today to do our annual Furnace maintenance.These gentlemen are to be commended for their courtesy and efficiency.They arrived on time, greeted us respectfully, got to work and completed the job efficiently.We especially appreciated they pulled on fresh shoe coverings before entering our home (too often other service providers don’t do that these days.)They gave us good news that our system is in great condition to handle the winter.Thanks!

Gio and Clive came over from Church Services to give me a second opinion after ARS services first came and said I needed a whole new unit ..My unit is 9 years old. I had bought a warranty thru center point and pay for it on my gas bill. They sent these two guys who were professional and communicated with integrity. Turns out I will have to replace my thermostat. Thank you guys for being awesome5 stars and I will be calling you to help with my generator!?3.8.25Follow up - Derrick and Rick came out and and made sure my thermostat was in working order and discovered I needed a new compacitor and replaced it since it was covered under my warranty. Ricardo and Scott came out today to perform maintenance (twice yearly) on my heating and cooling systems. They were on-time (actually early), polite and knowledgeable. They presented ways to improve my systems. At the time, I cant afford upgrading. They respected my situation and did not try to push me. But I am happy to have the information for a later time.

I have tremendous appreciation for people that show up for what they sign up for. Not cutting corners. Doing quality work. Not trying to rush out to end the day a couple hours early. Our tech today, David, was the most thorough tech we have ever had work on our AC unit. He took his time inspecting our two units, taking pictures to help him explain his findings, bubbled up everything into his report, and made sure everything was tidy and put away before he left. He washed the unit, cleaned the coils, used the foot things to make sure the house was kept clean. How many folks do you recall actually cleaning the dang unit before they left. This was a fall maintenance checkup that I actually feel I got value for. Job well done David! Great standards in your services Church Services! We need more folks keeping us comfortable in this Houston heat like David and Church!

Derrick and Logan were informative about our HVAC unit. They fixed our heater in about an hour and made recommendations without a hard sales pitch. Knowledgeable, respectful, efficient, & fairly priced - just what we needed!

Ricardo and Dereck were very friendly and efficient. They came in and got our AC maintenance done in less than an hour, really nice people.

We have a pretty old machine in our office and its been on the fritz for years. Alex came out to save the day and worked WAY harder than any of us expected him to have to. He got through it all and now things are working! The service team here is amazing and very professional.

Jesus Rodriguez was fast and efficient and very respectful. I called in for service thinking it was my AC, but after investigating, he found that it was a damaged water pipe. He helped me turn off my main water supply and even recommended a plumber that could help me get back up and running today. I have used this service many years and people like Jesus are the reason I stay. They are always courteous and go above and beyond! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We lost both our units in the same week at the beginning of the cold outbreak . They were able to get us in for a checkup the very next day after I called them. Unfortunately, both units needed replaced. They came the very next morning, installed both units, now we have heat again. Thank you all for getting to us so quickly. It had been a cold weekend, no heat for the 4 days prior to our call to your office was very miserable.

Roy Juan performed an inspection of our system for us and was very helpful. Great personality and very knowledgable, we would be happy to have him come out again.Derrick performed an inspection of our system on 03/14/25. He was respectful and polite, and gave us some good recommendations on ways to improve our system.

The technician Ulises approached me with a very positive attitude. Stating he was there take care of my problem of installing a new ac unit. He was very pleasant and answered any questions I asked him. He worked at an even pace until the unit was completely installed. Ulises showed himself to be a leader who can be trusted with greater responsibility.

Clive and Edwin just left my house after performing a thorough check of my HVAC system. They sat down and explained the issues with my system and gave me an estimate for repair/replacement. I found them to be knowledgable and trustworthy. They were both so nice and polite and did not at all pressure me to make a decision on the spot. You can expect 5-star excellent service from these two gentlemen.

Just had 6 month maintenance of furnace & a/c. The technician, Deep was extremely professional and very personable. He took the time to explain the diagnosis, answering my questions/concerns and made some recommendations. Excellent job!

Francisco and Scott texted me and arrived early for my appointment,they were doing the yearly maintenance for the furnace. On Wednesday Oct 9, 2024 Jesus with Church Services performed maintenance check on my HVAC system. The tech performed this in a very professional manner and answered my questions I had for him regarding my system. Well pleased with how the tech performed. Side note. Jesus encountered a yellow jacket nest and swarm that was located in my outside unit. Thankfully he was not stung. Nor was I. Helped him with the aid of bug spray to get rid of the yellow jackets. He handled the situation like a pro. He is welcome to perform work on my system in the future if needed.

Our technician Derick did an excellent job. Was on time, very professional and explained everything with included pictures.

Wendell and Logan came to service my A/C system and were incredible. They did a detailed service and cleaning on all of my equipment. They gave advice on how to optimize my energy usage and tips and tricks to prolong the life of my unit. The post service summary and purchase options were very organized and detailed. Cant recommend these guys enough. Will definitely use them for any repair or equipment purchase/install.

Update-Martin returned to install a thermostat and once again did a great job! He set up the wifi and mobile ap and when the mobile ap had some issues, Martin made sure it was corrected and working properly before leaving! Thankful for his patience!Martin and Alex A. Did a fantastic job performing the preventative maintenance service. Recommendations for the equipment were explained thoroughly, and they were prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!

Nov 2023 - attached images are from my previous horror story with a plumbing repair through Church Services. It looks like when you add a new review the old one gets deleted. Long story short...techician damaged the sink faucet shown in the image, when he was called out to repair a leak in the bathtub faucet. Church Services replaced the damaged faucet at no cost to me. Bathtub leak came back a month later (while still under warranty) and I was being told another repair needed to be done, for additional cost. Checked around for additional opinions and found out the original repair was done with a used part (cartridge in images) which is why the leak came back. Got another plumber to do the repair and reported to BBB repair was not correctly done by Church Services. Church Services refunded the full cost of the bathtub leak repair to resolve issue. This whole process was from Nov 2023 - Feb 2024.7.31.2024 - Had a leak from the attic causing damage that appeared to be coming from the HVAC area. Immediately called Church Services (purchased HVAC through them) to get on schedule and was told they would fit me in between 4pm and 8pm. Geovani (HVAC Tech) called to say he was 30 min out around 1 pm. I was so happy they got me in earlier. He checked the system and located the problem. It was a blocked pipe on the drainage. He shared photos and videos and explained everything in a way I could understand. He also let me know they had to schedule a plumber to identify the exact problem and repair it. They got me scheduled for the plumbing tech 4p-8p same day and also explained that since it was plumbing there would be a repair cost. I dont mind paying for the repair but I got a little anxious because my previous experience with Church Services Plumbing techs was not good at all. Got a call from Brandon (Plumbing Tech) at 3:15 saying he was on the way. I was so happy that both techs were able to come same day. Brandon identified the problem was a blockage in the pipe. He explained the repair options and let me know if he had to go into the wall the price would increase. I was thankful for the detailed explanation of my options BEFORE the work started. Thankfully Brandon was able to address the blockage without having to go through the sheetrock. We also discussed what caused the blockage, what to be on the lookout for and how to minimize the chances of another blockage. We also discussed a permanent fix to this problem (since I have an older home it was good to have this info) and an estimated cost for the install. With all this info I am able to start saving so that if this does occur again I can just get the permanent fix. So happy my problem was addressed so quickly and I had information to help me plan for future improvements. Both Technicians were amazing and professional today.

Recently had a new furnace installed to bring our A/C online. We were without AC for several days and it was 90 outside so the furnace was not tested and as a result one wire was not connected. We found this out 2 days ago and immediately called Church. Giovanni came out, quickly found the problem and we were up and running. Mistakes happen, the sign of a company you can trust is how quickly they respond and rectify them. I’ve been using them for 10+ years and I remain happy with that decision.

Whenever he was not a 100% sure of a situation or of an answer to a question that I had he had enough INTEGRITY to admit that and call for assistance. His customer service was EXCEPTIONAL !!!!!

Marcus was very professional. Called ahead to let us know his arrival time. Installed a soft start kit on our AC unit. Provided pictures of the work. Unfortunately our estimate did not include a $84.00 service fee on top of the $797.90 soft start kit install listed on the estimate.Church Services prices are much higher than Finch AC and Heating that merged with Church Services. The company needs to be transparent on all related cost when giving an estimate.

This morning my HVAC tried to still my joy. I arose to rising temperatures in my home. When I realized my AC wasn’t working I contacted my favorite AC company (Church Services). I spoke with Amber and she sent out a tech right away. Amber a pleasure to talk too. The Technician, Jesus arrived and diagnosed the issue and my unit was back up and running in no time. Admittedly, I was initially annoyed that the original 10 year warranty my fiancé got when he replaced his AC in 2019 wasn’t valid because the company only honors warranties on a yearly maintenance plan (which is why I gave this company four stars), but that doesn’t apply to the men who serviced our home. Ricardo and Jesus were really great - polite, efficient, and handled the problem quickly in the same visit. They effectively got our home back to being cool and I’m very appreciative of their time and efforts.

Martin came and helped me clear up my AC drain. Excellent service!

Stepin was amazing when doing maintenance. Very nice and informative when it came to explain what was going on with our unit. Very thorough with his work!

Edwin did an excellent job of keeping me informed of progress. He also explained, in detail, the way he installed the UV lamp and shared pictures of work as it progressed.

Wendell was very professional. He explained things extremely well. I would definitely use the service again.

Derrick and Rick are so wonderful. They came over on a Saturday and looked at our system. It needed to be replaced (pricey) but they were open and honest about the payments. They didnt try to over sell, or get more money out of us and just very transparent with us.They were very personable and did their best to make our lives easier and get our new systems as fast as possible.

Richard (Rick) Smith has got to be one of the best HVAC techs I have ever met! So knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. Id give him 6 stars if I could.

Alex A. performed the semi-annual inspection & maintenance on my HVAC system. He was polite, professional, & knowledgable about systems like mine. We even discussed options for improving my system. He suggested I follow-up with the sales team to discuss further (which I plan on doing this Spring).

Updated review 03/18/25Steffin continued the awesome service we have received from Church Services completing our maintenance service and then kindly returning the same day to add a UV light to our system and cleaning the entire system. It was hard work because the pictures showed how dirty everything was! Thanks once again for taking care of us!We have been so blessed to find Church Services. In addition to their twice-a-year maintenance service, we had to use them for repairs most recently for a service call on a late Saturday/early Sunday. Ryan, the lucky Senior Tech on call that night, stayed until 3:00am to help restore our AC power. He demonstrated awesome customer service and knowledge of the HVAC system (which we had also purchased through Church Services.) We knew he would do his best to help us in anyway he could.Just a more recent update-Church Services continues to take good care of us and our system. Edwin and Roy took the time to help us with the maintenance and provided an explanation of their findings with pictures and a written summary. Awesome service as always.

I own a small business in Kingwood. We did not have air conditioning when we arrived one morning. Church Services came the same day, diagnosed the problem and fixed our issue for a more than reasonable price. Furthermore, both technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, explained the problem and solution so that anyone could understand, and fixed the issue without disrupting normal business. Would recommend to anyone.

Steffin was right on time and did an excellent job while being courteous and respectful.The only thing more I would ask is that your Technicians tell me once it’s OK to adjust the thermostat back to the temperature I want. I said Technicians because I can’t remember the last time one did let me know.

1/7/25. Derrick completed my heating and AC inspection in the same professional manner as the previous technicians. He was also very respectful navigating around our home, and he thoroughly explained how our units are doing and issues that might need to be addressed. Every visit from Church Services has been great!Russell and Mathew performed a routine AC checkup. They were timely, professional, and helpful, and they patiently answered all my questions.

Steffin was outstanding, very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. And provided information on the uv light and maintenance agreements. I enjoyed his time.

Steffin Deep was my service tech. He took care of a minor issue with our HVAC unit and provided suggestions on improvements to the attic space.

Clive, Martin, and David were excellent. A supervisor with a trainer and a trainee were well paired. I was impressed with their knowledge and ability as well as their interaction with us. They took great care to make sure there was no dirt tracked in and that our home was respected. Fantastic job!

Today on 6/7/24 was my annual AC checkup, and the service technician David Reyes arrived punctually at approx. 9AM. He was very thorough, snapping multiple photos of everything. He even re-glued a bit of loose radiant barrier while he was in the attic. He sprayed the outside condenser with a water hose in addition to checking all the performance metrics. He was so pleasant! I would honestly welcome him back for my next checkup. Many thanks!

David Reyes did a very extensive exam on my ac system, and he explain future work to be done on ac system. He did a 5 star service today.

First off great service. Technicians seemed extremely competent. Russell was great in explaining the intricacies of my system. Carlos was also fun to work with and also seemed well trained. Will use them again for sure.

Alfonso was very professional and did a great job coordinating and communicating during a sewer reroute job. There was one glitch when the sewer was unusable for about 36 hours, and we had to spend the night at a relatives. But it is a big job and the total time of 5 days, from start of tunneling to end clean up of excess dirt from the yard seems very reasonable. And the price was competitive with another company.

Clive and Scott arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. They were courteous and pleasant throughout the visit and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Wendell was exceptional. He did everything and then some! Very professional yet also personable. By far the best HVAC tech I have ever encountered. Took the time to explain everything to me and even educated me in simple things I can do to make sure my AC is ins properly and effectively and efficiently. Get Wendell. You won’t regret it!

We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work that Sean has done for us. We had hit a couple of rough times during installation of repiping of our house. Sean returned to our house and made sure that everything was taken care of, even though the issues were not of his doing.Once again thanks to Sean!! Great working with him!!
