We have been using BICC for our routine Maintenance for about 3 years now. On a Sunday evening we discovered that we had a power surge in our neighborhood and it fried our compressor and we were left with no AC in 100+ degree heat. I called Chris (the owner) and he came right out the next day (Monday), diagnosed the problem, picked up the new part and changed it out for me so we had AC back by 6pm. It is very rare to have a company in the trade/service industry that goes above and beyond for its customers but BICC Is top notch, couldn’t recommend them any higher. Anyone looking for an HVAC company give them a call.

Had BICC come out to do a complete HVAC system replacement along with new duct work in our house. They did an excellent job and were very professional. Chris did a great job of explaining all the options and giving us a break down of the pros and cons of each system and costs. Chris didnt try to pressure us into making a decision and gave us time to get quotes from other companies. The removal of the old system and install of the new system was complete in one 8 hour day. The install team was on time, professional and made sure to lay down floor protection. They also did a great job of cleaning up after the job was complete. Chris also came out on short notice after the recent storms temporally knocked out power to assist in getting the system checked out and running properly. Since the replacement of the system Ive noticed the temperature in the house is much more even room to room, where before some rooms were cold while others were warm. Looking forward to testing it out this summer and having lower electricity bills. Would definitely recommend going with BICC for all your HVAC needs.

I have used Chris several times in the past to help maintain my aging AC system. What stands out about Chris, is his honesty and intelligence when it comes to repairs. At any point he could just tell me I needed a new system, but instead he continued to patch and repair my unit to save me money. I remember one time he even came out on Fathers Day to help me out. He knows cooling and heating inside out. It all makes sense when he explains the repairs and/or issues. It wasnt until my electric bills began to skyrocket that I knew it was time to replace. Once again, Chris gave me options, but I thought it was time to make the move. I spoke to him on a Friday and had a new system on Monday. Great crew, expedient and careful with the work. Chris mentioned a air purifier option, which at was apprehensive about, but I am so glad I added it, as I have three dogs. Guess what? No more dog smell. I really cant say enough about Chris and his crew. I was extremely satisfied with his work and the price was reasonable. I cant recommend this company enough.

Chris and his crew never disappoint. As I am outside of his normal servicing area I try to be respectful of his time. I tried to get my maintenance of units done however one of the units needed to be replaced. The company gave me an outrageous quote that I felt like was not right. So I quickly called Chris and was like “hey, I need a quote for this”. He quickly jumped on it and his question was “why didnt you call me”. I felt as though I had cheated on BICC as I thought it was a simple fix. I explained but he gave me a quote which was way more reasonable and they came out within the next few days. The next day after the installation of the new unit I actually complained about it being cold in my home. I can’t say enough how grateful my family and I are for having BICC come outside their servicing area to save us from the Tx heat. I would recommend his service to any and everyone. He is fast responding, he will explain the process, provide different options, arrive on time, and provide tips for upkeep.

This is my second time using BICC and they were great to deal with both times. I had to replace my entire AC system and Chris explained my options very clearly and answered all my questions. Chris and his team are very professional, showed up on-time, and deliver exactly what was discussed. I highly recommend Chris and his team at BICC.

Ive known Chris from BICC Approved for some time now. He has helped the friends Ive recommended him to. One time he turned around while he was almost out of town to come help my friend. If thats not customer service and going above and beyond to take care of someone I dont know what is. Today, I needed his service. He patiently walked me through fixing my heater over the phone. Chris has always been very responsive and honest. Service is affordable and they have a great annual maintenance plan. BICC Approved rocks!

Our AC went out around 5pm I called around to several diff places and nobody would come out until the next day between 1-5. I have 4 kids and there was no way we were going to survive this texas heat when othe inside of our house reached 82° by 7. I called B.I.C.C and sent an email in hopes for a response. Shortly after Chris called and said he could come around 8pm. Chris arrived in a timely manner quickly found the problem and had our A/C back up in running in less than an hour. If we ever need HVAC services again he is the first person I’ll call. Highly recommend to any and everyone!

The motor went out in one of our units. My wife and newborn were both home with a fever and the house was about 83 degrees. Chris came over after hours, called multiple stores until he found one willing to open to get the part we needed. He got us up and running so that we can sleep in comfort in our own home and not have to go to a hotel. Best in the business!

I called BICC on Thursday, mid day. I had my new unit installed Saturday. They started around 8am and were done with the Attic, Outside and a new Thermostat by 12:40pm. Unit has been running for 5 days and I couldnt be happier. Top notch service every step of the way.....

Called and they came out within two hours. Prices are reasonable, especially with how quickly they were able to solve the issue. Chris was great as was the woman who took my call. Hoping to not need another repair, but if we do they will be the first ones I call.

There arent enough stars on Google to express how happy I am with the work Chris at BICC Approved did on the A/C system at our home. If 20 stars were possible, Id still need 21. He quickly assessed the problem and let me know up front that it would most likely end up being a plumbing problem (the drip pan was full and had a clogged drain from the attic unit), but he would try to resolve it. And Im pleased to report that he did, and very efficiently/quickly, as well! If other problems crop up again this summer (they always do - old system with coolant retention issues), I am definitely going to request BICC as our service provider through our home warranty company. Awesome work, thanks, again, Chris.

The Texas heat did my unit in and BICC was there to help me out. I’ve had the owner out several times and he’s always courteous and willing to explain. As part of BICCs member services I was a priority call, which allowed my unit to be back up and running in about 4 hours.

Knowledgeable family owned business. Fixed up my old AC unit outside and did maintenance work on the attic system.Edited since a new system was put in.Chris and I put together a new plan for replacing my outside unit, my attic handler, new ductwork, and several new intakes. We found a machine that fit my budget. His guys came over, used blankets to minimize the dirt and dust, and easily replaced the upstairs and outside unit. They cut in new vents, replaced all the old grates, and ran totally new ductwork. Chris came back the second day to adjust the airflow and educate me on how to properly use the system as I was used to the old turn it on, turn it off system. The newer system is incredibly quiet and I had to concentrate to hear if it was actually running or not. The thermostat took a little getting used to as the instruction manual was lacking but thats not on BICCs end, thats on Honeywell. No problems now that I know how to use it.The only issue I had was that one of the guys did put his foot through my ceiling, they forgot a grate, and a duct run. However, the hole was patched that day, and painted the next. Chris added in a vent grate, adjusted the air handler, and checked everything to make sure all was good, which it was. I would absolutely use BICC again and would highly recommend them as the owner is very professional and his contractors do good work.

Chris was great. He spent time explaining what was wrong and our options. He even corrected a problem from the previous owners. We will use him from now on and recommend him to everyone we know.He calls when he says and is on time. No 4-6 hour windows of time slots. His crew was clean and very nice. Chris Completely Removed Every Component of Original AC & Heating System (1970s System). I requested he Replace the Complete AC System including Ducts, Vents and Copper & Electrical Connections. He Delivered with Absolute Professionalism.Chris himself Completed this Job with the help of a Helper. My Home has Never been So Comfortable and my Electric Bill has never been Lower.Chris is The REAL DEAL....He Knows AC & Heating Systems and is Quite Capable of Installing, Repairing and Maintaining. He is Not your Everyday AC Technician....He is a True Diamond.

Chris came out right away and figured out our issues. He quickly repaired everything and explained what he did and why. He also gave recommendations and answered all questions. He was polite and efficient.

Exceptional service! Kept us updated on arrival time, provided estimates and explanations of everything that was being done. Workers were clean, respectful of our home, made sure to take care very bit of old ductwork with them, and best of all, left us with a system that operates quietly and efficiently.
