Bi Polar A/c & Heating L.L.C.

Adam came out and did the initial inspection and gave my home warranty insurance company (Liberty Home Guard) the work scope and quote and there was no miscommunication between Liberty Home Guard and A/C BiPolar but once everything was settled Vido (the owner) called me personally to assure me they would come to my house at the next earliest available time slot and Christian came to do the A/C drain unit work and he did a wonderful fantastic job. I included pictures of his work.

The bipolar crew did an excelent job in my house, honest Hard working People!!! You guys need to get multiple estimates and make sure to include bipolar as one of them,Thank you bipolar!!!

Tech came out to check a/c unit for a home warranty claim promptly and Found that the compressor had went to ground. Home warranty did not cover. Requested an estimate but did not hear back. We had someone else replace the outside unit.

I had a small problem with my A/C, they got out here very quick the same day. Technician was very helpful and explained everything that was wrong. I will definitely be using them again.

Technician was on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. He provided me with answers to my questions and gave me a solution for a small problem we have. I will be calling them back to schedule my next service and to get the extra work done as recommended.Fast forward a few months later: I called them to complete the extra work and they got me on the schedule within 72hrs. Finished the work quickly and the new vent is working great and my daughter’s room is much cooler. Great pricing and quick and clean service.

We had a problem with our A/C and our home warranty company recommended Bipolar. They sent their techs out to replace our A/C unit and after completing the work they left a mess. Our garage wall, garage floor, driveway and grass was left with stains on them. I contacted Bipolar and they responsed same day. The next day they sent two men out to inspect the mess that was left by the techs.This morning two men came to say they were there to correct the problem the techs left. OMG, they did an amazing job!We were very pleased with Bipolar quick response and the outcome.I will continue to do business with Bipolar knowing that they corrected the problem within 3 days didnt give us any hassle about coming out and really cared.Thank you,The Stewards

I purchased a Trane condenser unit from bi polar AC and i can say its Been the best investment i made , my light Bill has gone down , since the new Trane unit got installed by Bi polar AC .I highly recommend them.

We were surprised when the 2-10 Home Warranty said the company to come fix our unit was coming from Houston to Leander. They were here the next afternoon. Since I had told them the problem and the model number they showed up with a fan and a capacitor. Turned out it was different from the one they brought, but Christopher went to a nearby warehouse and got the right part and put it in. Took three hours even with having to drive and get the part.When it is 105° in Texas you need AC!Christopher was polite, thoughtful, knew what he was doing, and did not waste any time. Well done!!

I just received a follow-up installation with Bi-Polar from Cristian Garcia at my new home in Austin, Texas. Mr. Garcia was very nice and introduced himself and gave me a brief rundown of what he will be doing today in my home. I have 3 floors and 2-HVAC units. He took the time to not only quickly replace one of them, but he explained how to program both of my units AND had me test the air flow on for all floors. Living in Houston, AC is imperative for survival. I have had many AC companies come to do repairs and Bi-Polar A/c is by far the best AC (and I imagine their work on heat is exceptional too) company. Christopher, the technician who replaced and serviced my AC units was amazing. He communicated what he was going to be doing, was very tidy, and quickly finished the job, and left my house with working AC. Moving forward, I will only use this company, and I am grateful someone recommended them.

These guys are great - we both purchased a new air conditioner from them that has gone very well, and more recently they repaired another aging air conditioner for us. I used Bi Polar through my Homebuyers Warranty Company 2-10 (whom I dislike immensely for typically choosing poor contractors). I called in to Bi Polar to schedule an appointment for a downed AC unit and spoke with a professional employee who got me set up and took some initial notes as to what was happening. The day of the appointment, I got a text message informing me of the technicians arrival ~25min in advance. He was arriving within the window they had communicated in which theyd show up. When David got to my house, he did a full inspection of everything and identified a few issues including a wire that had broken, which he patched up. He also helped me install a component that helps my Nest Thermostat get power from the wiring in my house, which was beyond his responsibility. 1 Hour later, he had fixed my AC gave me the run down of the issue, and provided some other advice regarding upkeep. David was super professional and prompt. Bonus points for wearing shoe covers on my carpet. A+ from me.

My AC was broken during the three digital heat wave. That’s miserable experience. Jason from Bi Polar came to did accurate diagnosis and reported to Choice Home Warranty. The replacement of the AC unit was approved by warranty company. Once they got the unit, technician Carols immediately installed for me. During the procedure, many office desk girls like Abbey etc. were very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this company to all my friends.

This guys are great, very comprehensive and professional, fixed my AC with a repair when other companies wanted to replace it, gave me the option to repair it and get a little more life out of it, they understand not everyone has money to buy a whole new unit, thank you guys, I know who Im calling when Im ready to get a new unit.

The folks at Bi Polar replaced an old system for us in 2016, and have been maintaining this new system ever since. This spring Christian came out for a yearly check and to diagnose a buzzing vibration at the condensing unit. Turns out the run capacitor was getting old, he replaced the capacitor under warranty and now the condensing unit is whisper quite again. All other parts of the system checked out fine. Christian also adjusted the slop of the Evaporator drain line in the Attic for us. Christian is top notch, very professional and willing to take time to explain what he is doing and why. I for sure recommend Bi Polar A/C and Heating.

Bipolar AC is by far the best AC and Heating company I have ever used. With several rental properties around the Houston area I have used them a lot. They are honest, ethical, and professional which is hard to find today. Their prices are reasonable and they will not try and sell you something you dont need. Their communication is superb and I especially love their tracking system which shows you where the technician is and the time he will arrive. No more waiting for that 4 hour window a lot of companies give you. Try them! You wont be disappointed.

I used bipolar recently and they installed a new air conditioner and evaporator coil. I was not sure if the service I would receive because of the first technician diagnoses .They did a excellent job and Vito the owner told me they would and we are happy and our AC is cooling our house !

I dont normally write reviews and have to had great service to justify it. Bi Polar AC are the best AC company I have ever dealt with in Houston. Knowledgeable, great responsive service, wants to build a great company, good installation and courteous. Ever did our evaporator coil installation (on a Sunday morning aswell) in a very tight spot and dont have complaints on the installation (and thats unusual for me).

I never EVER write reviews for anyone who does ANY work on my home, but I HAD to write one for Bi Polar A/C Heating. I never knew how messed up my whole system was, Ive had companies come out and fix things in the past and they never mentioned anything was wrong. The other companies basically left a ticking time bomb for me, and I couldnt figure out why my A/C was still not working correctly. WELL, these two men Vito and Christian were PHENOMENAL. They were super professional, took the time to show me what was wrong and explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. They were on time which is a plus, and they have a tracking system set up, so I can see when they are close to my house. Which is great, because Im not waiting at home all day during an appointment window. I am MOST DEFINITELY recommending these guys to my friends and family. I liked them so much I had to share their information in the mom groups im in, because we all know moms are the ones that make the appointments when things break. Thank You Vito and Christian!

Bipolar is so far the most honest, professional, and efficient AC company I’ve had. After 3 previous contractors checking my AC and giving me incorrect diagnosis, Bipolar was able to find a complex issue quickly and efficiently, they dedicated time and really went the extra mile, saving me from replacing the line set which was way more difficult and expensive. Vito and Jesus service was just exceptional, and I highly recommend them!

The AC went out at night. With this Houston heat thats a big problem. Well they came out the next day and fixed the AC. Had in working better than before. Well felt like it at least. They were polite and professional. I liked how they actually took the time to show me what was wrong with it. The guy called it too after he saw I had dogs. He said lets check the wires to the unit outside and sure enough the wire was bare where one of the dogs had chewed on the wire. So the wires being bare and touch each other caused one of the fuses to blow. I was truly impressed with their work. I for sure recommend this company!

I was first sceptic to buy an name brand AC from a smaller contractor instead of the big players, but this contractor had a fair price, excellent service and was able to adopt to our specific needs. So far we haven’t had an issue since a year and I only can recommend it.

He came to my house through home warranty and we ran into a lot of problems with my nest thermostat after Vito fixed the home warranty issues. We rewired the thermostat base and he professionally stayed with me throughout the course of the extra work then again the nest gave me trouble and after some time of troubleshooting he resolved my nest issue and got my ac working fine. I will not forget this service and him and when the time comes to change out I will trust him with a new ac

After having trouble with local and un honest companies I had to have work redone for my home, and dealing with this Texas heat I’m sure you know that not having it work is very discomforting. I called up bi polar ac and told them my situation and the friendly staff was real informative and punctual when it came to providing service for my home. They where honest and I could tell they definitely did not cut corners as I become a very satisfied customer and I strongly recommend them for any a/c work.

Great technicians, arrived early and quickly determined the problem was the fan motor and not the unit itself as told by another party. The unit is over twenty years, but the motor was quickly found. These guys are amazing!! they changed my whole AC in under 4 hours, i felt really bad seen them come out the attic dripping wet in sweat, it’s truly a hard hard work, and they have a really big team working like clockwork.

Wow! Today it snowed in Houston. I had bought a new thermostat but did not set it the correct way, spent the night cold. Vitto came at 7:30 in the morning and changed the settings in my thermostat, and the best part he did not charge me for that. Honesty! Something hard to find nowadays.
