We got our AC system completely replaced by Bayou City Aire, LLC and are very happy with the decision. We got multiple quotes from various companies before choosing, and were not impressed with the technicians sent out by other companies to look at our system. Bayou Citys owner (Angel) came out himself to answer all our questions and address our specific needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.The installation went well, no mess was left, and they were courteous and professional.It has been about 9 months since our new unit was installed and we just had a complimentary check-up appointment. The technician replaced our filter, checked the equipment, and even adjusted a damper for me. Every single employee Ive interacted with has been so polite and helpful.10/10 experience with this company!

I had an excellent experience with Bayou City Aire because they were incredibly easy to work with when diagnosing and replacing two older Synchron Dampers with new Honeywell Automatic Dampers. Owner Angel provided a free estimate, and two technicians made the replacement, arriving on time and making repairs on time as well. I would recommend to a friend.

Great company, fair pricing and they give an honest assessment of what needs to be done. Rey was my initial tech and he was great. The owner, Angel seems to really care about the clients and their experience. The lady in the office is nice too.All of my ducts were replaced and the guys were extremely conscientious and kept the jobsite clean. Id highly recommend using this firm for your AC system.

I can’t say enough positive things about this company. When I was in a bind during Hurricane Beryl, Rey our technician went above and beyond to fix the problem with our generator. Rey is extremely helpful and so very thorough. The front office staff is so kind and patient, during a hard time for Houston, they continued to be so effective. When they gave me a time, they showed up at that time! So thankful for Bayou City Aire!

This was my first time having to install a new AC/Heat unit. I got estimates from a few places, some that were ridiculously high. The price from Bayou City Aire was very reasonable in comparison. When they did the installation they were on time, nice to work with, and cleaned up after wards. The communication before, during, and after the job was complete was very good. I initially had almost gone with another company before I called them, but Im glad I didnt. I wanted to be sure I would be comfortable working with whoever did the install for any servicing that I would need down the road. I feel confident I made the right choice. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys are a little pricier than others but they diagnose the right issue and get the job done. They’re organized, on time and responsive. Rey is our tech and he’s been great to work with the last few times he’s come by. If you’re looking for an honest company to get the job done properly Bayou City Aire is the one.

I can’t say enough nice things about Bayou City Aire. I had an entire system replacement and chose Bayou City after talking to and getting quotes from 5 or 6 companies. The owner (Angel) and all of the techs are very kind and respectful. They did a great job, and were very thorough. Their prices were very reasonable. Overall, I’m incredibly impressed and will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Bayou City Aire recently installed a complete new AC / Heater system in our house (replacing old one) and I couldnt be happier with their service and quality of job they did. I knew we needed a new AC system and reached out to them for a quote along with several others. The quote came back with VERY reasonable pricing, listening to my needs, explaining any questions I had, and not overselling me on more than we needed. The installation went off without a hitch, the workers were clean and professional, and left our house spotless when they finished. They also ensured that all vents were providing the best airflow to each room and the system was working in tip top shape (and I knew how to operate the controls). And the best part, was Angel made sure I had a freon fill for my old / leaking system until the installation could be completed. He was also just a phone call / email / text away if I had any questions or concerns about the quote or my upcoming installation. They totally went the extra mile and Im glad I went with Bayou City Aire. I highly recommend them.

Bayou City Aire was the first company out of several to give me a good price on replacing my AC and heating unit. With Bayou city I was able to get a better AC unit than Abacus and other companies were offering, and at about half the price.Angel and his team were punctual and completed the job quickly.My AC works great, and Im relieved I no longer have to worry about it breaking down.

Bayou City Aire techs do not upsell and always provide multiple repair options with a clear explanation and cost-benefit analysis for all.

I used Bayou City Aire to install a new A/C and duct work a year or 2 ago and Im finally getting around to giving them their much deserved good review. I got a quote from them based on recommendations from others in my neighborhood. They were one of the most reasonably priced and were very professional and courteous. My place flooded during Harvey and the A/C unit was completely submerged and not working after the flood. They came out quickly and fixed the problems with it and even helped out with the pricing due to what all I was going through with a flooded house. I tend to find working with any kind of contractor in Houston to be very very frustrating but Bayou City Aire is one of the maybe 2% of contractors that will actually call you back, show up on time, do good work AND have fair prices.

Angel, and all of his staff, are timely, professional, extremely neat, and trustworthy. I have been a customer since the Companys inception, and if your heating or air conditioning requires repair, cleaning, or full replacement, do not look any further than Bayou City Aire. Reputations are earned, and built on trust and performance; they are the best and I highly recommend them! You will never be disappointed.

Needed a complete Central Air system so got some bids and Bayou City was in the sweet spot of ‘not the basement but definitely the most reasonable.’ Angel explained the components he was suggesting and gave me a solid estimate that clearly stated there would be no hidden costs. His team were very friendly and efficient and were done in a timely manner. System is working great! Angel is no-nonsense and clear with his quotes. There was no high pressure here- we even discussed a two stage system but decided in the end to go with the ‘better’ option instead of the ‘best’ one and he did not push up to upgrade. He clearly explained the maintenance of all the system components and when things were to be done. So glad I gave them a call.

A co-worker recommended Bayou City Aire when I was complaining that my A/C went out. Another A/C company came over, didnt even try to fix my unit and wrote me a large bid to replace the whole system. Angel of Bayou City was at my house less than one hour after I called him. He was waiting for me when I got home from work. He found the problem and replaced the capacitor, charged the freon and my house is back to comfortable and cool for very little cost. I cant say enough about the service that I received from Angel of Bayou City. He is honest, found the problem and fixed it for a fraction of the price of every other place that I called, who only wanted to replace the A/C system, not even investigate what the problem was.

Our AC was struggling to keep up with the summer heat. We had several local businesses come out. Bayou Aire gave the most comprehensive evaluation of our system, the best bid to replace our 19 year old dinosaur of a system and great service. They also provided a loaner system to get us by until installation without even being asked. Cannot recommend them enough, very satisfied customer!

This company is awesome. By far the best AC company Ive ever used. Angel, the owner, has been hands on for all my remodels and new construction. Weve had multiple properties installed with his AC units and theyve all been running smoothly. The one exception was a property that the condenser stopped working after 3 years of service and when he came, SAME DAY, he fixed it and didnt charge us for anything. Said it was under warranty. NO CHARGE!!!! We were expecting some kind of service charge. The AC unit was installed 3 years ago but nothing, nada. Now that is why hes 5 stars in my book.

Best decision ever made was to employ Angel and his team do the installation of a complete American Standard HVAC system for us. He performed an inspection and discussed options, There was never a high pressure pitch for either his services or equipment suggestions. His bid was clear, fair, and contained no hidden features. Everything was clear and upfront. The team who did the installation was on-time, friendly, courteous, professional, and left the work area extremely clean. Angel was very responsive, professional and helpful when specing out my new system according to my needs. He provided me with clear information and quotes for several options and helped me pick between them. The guys who installed the system (Ray, Ray, and Sal) were all very friendly and efficient, getting the job done in a day, even after dealing with some unexpected challenges. I will be using Bayou City Aire again in the future.

June 2021 my compressor which was under warranty went out. I contacted my go to AC repair service Company that I normally use, and they gave me a bid twice as high as Bayou City AC. Even though Bayou City AC was totally booked, Angel, made arrangements for a service Technician to come out and replace the warranty compressor. Thank you, Bayou City, for saving my belongings from damage from the heat and restoring my home to a comfort level.

We recently moved to a new house and the first thing we did was have Bayou City Aire come out and replace the struggling 13 year old HVAC unit. We called them first because of the great job they did replacing the old HVAC unit and ductwork in our previous home. Not only are the prices fair, but the response from Angel and his team is quick. They were able to work us into their schedule so our unit could be installed on the day we moved in (which was only a week and a half or so after our initial contact regarding this project). In the past theyve worked late into the evening and come on Saturdays to address emergencies. We were very relieved to find out that even though we had moved from in town to Pearland, that Bayou City Aire would still provide service. Thanks guys!

We’ve used Bayou City Aire for several years or since we moved to the downtown area. They are prompt, courteous and professional. September has had record high temps, and my a/c went out at this most inopportune time, on the weekend, no less. I called and within 2 hours, before my apartment heated up too much, the rep was at my door. He explained the issue and promptly fixed it. The restored sound of the blower fan was music to my ears. I’m grateful not to have to suffer in the heat, while wishing for cooler days. I think I would have paid almost any price at that point, but the cost for the service call was very reasonable. Just completed installation of an American Standard HVAC system at my house. I’m very finicky when it comes to having contractors do things to my property. Angel and the team at Bayou City Aire did a great job and met my high standards for tight lines and neat installation. The system works great and we are ready for the hot weather.

I called a few places before calling Bayou City Aire and was told it would be a minimum of 2 days before someone could make it out. I called Bayou City Aire around 3pm and, although they didnt have any technicians available, the owner said he could stop by to check out our AC unit. Great service, Angel explained the different options very clearly. Installation was quick, clean and convenient. Our new system is light years ahead of what was replaced. System keeps temperature constant and is super quiet. Should have replaced old unit years ago.

I reached out to Bayou City Aire because my a/c line was frozen and the unit wouldn’t turn off. They called me right away and scheduled an appt for the very next day. They even told me how to prepare for the visit- since my line was frozen, I had to shut off the system so it could thaw. Angel called me when he was on his way and identified the problem within about 10 mins. Luckily it was a simple fix (simple for him, not me lol) and he was done with the job in about 30 mins. I’m so glad they responded quickly- apparently this little problem was the reason my electric bill was so high. They were so courteous and professional- I would definitely use them again in the future.

These guys were so friendly and quick! My home flooded in Hurricane Harvey and the A/C wouldnt turn back on after. We called and they came over that day to get it turned back on. They even cleaned up after themselves even though my home clearly looked terrible anyway. I cant say enough positive about these guys and have already had neighbors using them too.

Ive been using this company for almost 10 years now. If they fix it, or replace it they stand behind thier work.If its not broke they wont fix it.Call them for your seasonal maintenance and save yourself some money on last minute repairs.
