Excellent service from Aura!! Provided me with great information regarding my ducts and gave me pricing before doing any of the work. I didn’t realized my ducts were not sealed and aire was escaping into the attic. They also showed me pics of the results!

My technician Gabriel was outstanding. Was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything. I was able to see video of all the mold and mildew in my ducts. They did a great job of cleaning everything.

Gabriel came out to my home and did and amazing job with my repairs. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I have had issues with my a/c every year for many year. I’m so glad that I met him while I was Ubering. He came through and saved my a/c for this summer. It’s really hot in Houston. Thanks for your help.

Aura Service Pro answered all of my questions over the phone and made sure they worked within our budget. The professionals made sure to clean all the mess after they were done with the furnace and air duct cleaning. They did everything within a 2 hour window and I couldnt be happier living and breathing fresh air. Will definitely use them again and will refer them to my friends and family in the near future!

We had an excellent experience with the guys from Aura Service Pro - They arrived on Saturday morning on time, they covered all the furniture to protect it, they cleaned the HVAC and afterwards they cleaned everything. When they left, the apartment was as before, but with HVAC cleaned and with fresh air! Thank you for your support on this matter, it was nicely done and we highly recommend them!
