Alex and Caleb came out to service my dryer unit yesterday, and despite initially being told there would be a service charge, they did not collect one. They also reviewed my AC unit, and provided me with a detailed overview of what they were checking as well as their recommendations to help enhance the performance value of my ac units. They were both personable and professional, their information informative, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Alex and Caleb were AWESOME! They’re both professional and kind. They thoroughly checked my HVAC system as my AC wasn’t blowing cold air and they diagnosed a bad air temp sensor. Their expertise, willingness to share and thoroughly communicate the technical aspects of their findings lent to my better understanding. I know who I’ll call when I need future HVAC maintenance and I’m already considering an ASAP HVAC maintenance package for my future HVAC maintenance needs. Thank you all so much!

Alex arrived in the time frame I was told. He done a very thorough analysis on both my AC/ Heating systems. He also showed me pictures and videos of my units. 20 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ let me just say our AC is not working for a couple of days now and we have home choice warranty (terrible company) keep sending us contractors that wont fix the problem but just keep taking the initial payment without doing anything. So I called ASAP HVAC because I’m so fed up with my home insurance. Alex came early in the morning today and he’s very professional and very thorough, he explains everything and was very honest. Back in the end of June/beginning of July we had a major leak in our old HVAC system, posted on Facebook and came across ASAP HVAC. From the beginning these guys have been amazing. Nick, Steve, Erik, and Garrett were all very personable and willing to answer any question I had. This being our first home, buying a new system was very intimidating but it was made easy by ASAP! The guys in the attic (Erik and Garrett) worked fast and efficiently, only leaving us without air for one day. Plus extra bonus point for doing all this in the middle of summer. And months later as promised they called me to have my service done on my HVAC, that came with the purchase of our new one, I didn’t have to hunt them down! Extremely happy with ASAP and would recommend them to anyone!

Called ASAP HVAC this morning to get our heater checkout. They were here within 2hrs ( we live far) and after examinig all system it was the termostat connector plate. Had an ac unit start blowing hot air and called ASAP HVAC from referral from my neighbor. Alex Rivera was my technician and took the time and went checklist by checklist to carefully check my system and all equipment to make sure my house was getting the best airflow and service. After his analysis we together created a plan to maximize service with minimal impact on my wallet. I just purchased a complete new AC install from ASAP HVAC. I purchased it on a Thursday, and it was installed the next week. They worked with the day I could be there, and I was only able to be there one day, so they turned a 2 day job into a one day job. The price was less than all other companies I got bids from. When they were in my house, they were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I am 110% satisfied and I would recommend them to everyone.

Our experience with ASAP HVAC was top notch. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and professional. Our technician Erik and his partner worked extra hard and installed our two systems and performed some modifications on our exciting duct work in two days. We were highly impressed with their efficiency. They have gained a customer for life.

We hired ASAP HVAC to install a new 16 SEER RUUD AC system. They were prompt, professional, and did a terrific job explaining the installation process and equipment capabilities. What really impressed us, however, was their outstanding customer service AFTER the sale. We started experiencing some issues with the new system and our technician, Brendon Long, came out immediately, on a Sunday, and worked tirelessly to troubleshoot and repair the malfunction. When none of that worked, Brendon drove to Humble, picked up a BRAND NEW unit and stayed after hours by himself to install it; ALL at no additional charge!! He made sure my elderly father had a cool home to sleep in that night. ASAP HVAC stood behind their service and product by going the extra mile to make sure we had a quality experience with our new AC system. Thorough is an understatement.I received a complimentary maintenance/inspection from Alex at ASAP HVAC this morning. He showed up right on time for my appointment and he was very professional, well-spoken and transparent when explaining the detailed operation of my HVAC system. This is my second time using ASAP/Crye HVAC and it’s obvious, these guys are not your typical HVAC “installers” looking to make a buck. They truly understand HVAC to a science and their top priority is to make sure the customer has a safe, efficient, and reliable operating HVAC system. Bottom line, these guys are not the cheapest around, but if you want the best of the best, these guys are it.

I have called Clay out to check our AC unit at least 3-4 times over the last few years in Tomball. Clay is always professional, he worked efficiently to resolve the problems quickly and provide great service that was reasonably priced. Response times were typically same day or early the following day. I recommend this company and would do business with them again.

Clay has worked on a rental house and my own home in the last few years. Has done everything from replacing a furnace, installing all new ductwork to regular maintenance on my A/C units. He has always been on time, thorough, and honest about all work that needed to be done. Glad that I found him and won’t hesitate to call if the need arises again.

Brendon did a stellar job repairing my evaporator blower motor. You could tell he was very knowledgeable and takes real pride in his work. He identified the issue quickly and had it fixed the same day. He even took time to show me around the A/C system during the repair despite it being a late job.

My experience with ASAP HVAC was so wonderful and fantastic. Everyone was very professional, friendly, communicative, and great at their jobs.Right from the beginning, it was easy to make an appointment, and receive a reminder/confirmation—all through text, which I very much appreciate since my job doesn’t always give time for phone calls.Our service technician Alex was awesome beyond words. I’ve never had a technician stay that long for a tune-up/cleaning, or explain the things he did with pictures to help clarify. He mentioned some issues, some small things to keep an eye out for, and then some things we might want to consider, but there was never a big sales push or “do this or your air conditioner will break down!” sales pitch threat of doom like we’ve had so many times. Also, as a side note, I never felt condescended to, which is really nice as a woman who knows nothing about air conditioners or mechanical things.We sincerely appreciate the service we received, and we’re absolutely going to continue to use their services in the future.

Driving to my dads last night at 7 pm, my sister was already there and said his AC had been out since the night before and it was hot inside. Incredible service!! My AC went out and I reached out to a Facebook group page around 8am and Nick reached out to me personally within a few minutes of posting. I was referred by a pleased previous customer of Nick and his crew. They seamlessly cleaned and repaired my HVAC system that had continued issues over the years, even after several other companies coming out. Additionally, he diligently explained that never cleaning out all of my ducts & vents were a root cause of these issues. I gutted a high rise and did not know understand all the complexities and modifications that would be required to modify the floorplan including the the HVAC trunk line, exhaust, duct work. The owner Nick Bonin and his team is amazing, smart and was able to deal with my very difficult contractor. His team leads Alex and Zach are so conscientious, communicative and cooperative. With temperatures over 100, our AC stopped working. We called ASAP after 8 pm and they responded the next morning. Brandon responded and quickly diagnosed the problem. He described several repair options in great detail. He made temporary repairs so we could survive the heat until parts arrive. Very impressed with him.

OUTSTANDING service. Our neighborhood has had extensive damage to the grid due to the recent storms. My AC was not turning on and the house was gates of hell hot on a saturday nite (after 21:00). Called ASAP sunday at 930. Alex was at my house (on his day off) at 11:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem and educated me on some features of my system and how to diagnose certain issues and got my system running in no time. Very reasonable fees and VERY friendly. I finally have a New HVAC serviceman after my old one retired years ago. Great find!

Our allergies have been driving us crazy. After some discussion, we decided to get our air ducts and vents cleaned. ASAP was able to schedule us that same week. Erik, the technician and Nate, the assistant, came out and cleaned every supply line, every cover, the return, the plenum, my dryer exhaust and dryer! During the job Erik and Nate showed us our duct lines with their in-line camera. EWWWWWW! Our ducts were filthy!
