I called this company on my realtors recommendation thinking I had an A/C leak. Chris came out, located the erring pipe, turned off the source and suggested I call a plumber. My plumber identified the issue as A/C so I called All-Temp back and had him speak with them. Brandon came out the next day and did some trouble-shooting and identified the issue as plumbing, tracing the line through the attic to figure out the exact source. My husband and I bought the 50 year old house a few months ago, and are finding that a lot of the work in plumbing and electric fixtures are DIY by someone who should have called a professional! Many of the pipes and fixtures are not regulation or recommended for the fixture to which theyve been affixed or applied. I find myself in a guessing game sometimes as to who to call.The four individuals with whom I dealt at All-Temp were kind, patient, and professional. They talked through the issue with me, especially after the problem was misidentified (not my plumbers fault as the pipe was not the correct size for a plumbing fixture), helped me figure out the origin so that I could better assist my plumber and, though theyd have been absolutely justified in charging me for a second service call, did not. I find professionals by word of mouth and certainly struck gold with All-Temp. Taylor, Trina, Chris and Brandon--THANK YOU! Because of you, Ill be calling All-Temp for all of my A/C and heating needs.

All-Temp is amazing. Every time we have called them for service they are at our house within the hour. Very professional and friendly. As someone who knows next to nothing about HVAC, All-Temp does a great job of explaining everything to us. I cannot recommend them enough. If I could give 6 Stars I would. Well done All-Temp!

Great place. Great company. I had Geoff come out to my place to service my system that had been finicky lately. They were very flexible with my schedule, had someone here right when they said they would, and he was such a please to work with. Geoff was honest and upfront with me and helped me make the right decision for my home.

We called on a Friday at 4:45pm, when they close at 5:00pm. They had a technician (Brandon) in our area and he dropped by and repaired the problem. Brandon was so nice, friendly, and helpful all while he was on his way home for a high school football game. We really appreciate him and All Temp! Wonderful company!!!

The All-Temp company can be summed up in two words: Fully Comprehensive.I recently had my complete HVAC system replaced In my home, short of the boxes and trim by the All-Temp company.Prior to this I received bids from several other companies. I reviewed all the bids, I reviewed all the products listed In each bid for reliability, best value, warranty, and all the companys reputations and years of experience in the business.After narrowing my selections; I personally took All-Temps bid to a friend in the business in another area to review and find anything that I may have missed. My friend stated: Damn; thats a good price I cant beat it. Before I make an investment I do my research!Also as a customer I dont give my trust. Companies have to earn my trust and my praise. All-Temp has earned both with me. Through out every step from start to finish the staff, the installation crew, the business owners did as promised. Just had them come out 3 times to our newer home this passed week. Our A/C was running but would eventually stop blowing cold air after a couple hours. First, we had David out and he ran water through the unit, cleaning out some dirt. This helped let it run a lot easier, so he left.That night and the next day, it still would stop blowing cold air after a couple hours. We called them out again and this time we got Brandon. He was friendly and replaced the fan motor outside. We could definitely tell the old motor was getting wore out and faded looking. He figured this would solve the problem, so he left.Next couple nights, same problem. The cold air would stop, so we called them out again - JEEZ! This time we got Gilbert, who was also friendly and informative. He showed me exactly what he found and thoroughly explained it, which I appreciated -- the connector tells the compressor to turn off with the inside air, but it had some typical wear and tear, causing the compressor not to turn off in sync with the inside air, over-work itself, and shut off. Thus, it would stop blowing cold air into the house. He replaced the connector and said this will surely solve our problem. I was speculative but stayed hopeful... :-PSure enough, its been a few days and we have good A/C again! As they say, 3rd times a charm. Whew!
