I am always so very impressed with Aire Serve. I have been a customer for a few years and they keep my AC unit running smoothly with two visits per year. They also have helped out on several occasions when there was an emergency after a storm, or when there was an issue. They are prompt, courtesy and a good value. Highly recommend!

The technician, Robert, from Aire Serv did a great job identifying our AC problems, explained the problem, and then fixing it all in a timely matter. We were very pleased with his work.

Prompt and honest! Robert found a super minor issue with our ductwork that was causing some condensation that we a hard time tracking down and he got fixed it for just a reasonable diagnostic fee. Will use Aire Serv again next time we have an HVAC issue.

Communication with scheduling was very good - we had to postpone during a storm, and I was just being seen for anual maintenance. The technician, Robert arrived on time and was very professional and clean. He explained everything to me - took photos and videos of some issues. I’ll use again

UPDATE: No regrets at all using this Aire Serve location. Most of the time, when I call, they send out Robert who is fast, efficient, friendly, and more than willing to answer questions. Because of him, I now know what the temperature difference between the air coming into the system and the air blowing out of the system should be, how the cutoff valve works, and when the best times for maintenance are. Every time he comes by, not only does my A/C issue get fixed, but I learn a little more that helps me keep it running better.Ask for Robert. You wont regret it.***First of all, the person who answered the phone was maybe the most polite and sympathetic person Ive ever talked to at a service provider. 10/10Now, I called Aire Serve of River Oaks when my A/C went out because *waves hands* reasons. And, yes, if youre looking at the date of this review, this did in fact happen in the middle of a heatwave. They were very apologetic about not being able to send anyone under two days later, but promised that they would bump the appointment up if an opening was available. Yesterday afternoon, an opening became available, and I couldnt have been happier about it.The guy who came out (whose name I have sadly forgotten and wish I could post here) was polite, efficient and fast. He found a capacitor that had gone out and, well, not long after he arrived, we had A/C again. You cant argue with results, right?Im dinging one star because I still havent received my receipt, but all in all, great service. Will call again.

When my a/c went out last night, I left a message and got a call back very quickly. Tamara reassured me that my a/c might come back on (technical reason goes here...), but she would schedule me for a visit just in case. Sure enough the a/c did come back on later that night, but the phone call from Tamara is what kept me from losing my mind! Ive always been happy with their customer service!

I am thoroughly pleased with Aire Serv . I went without AC for 45+ days, evaluated many options , companies & systems and found them to be a great value and responsive service provider. Matthew was my salesman and was extremely knowledgeable about AC units. He wasn’t pushy, made recommendations based on my needs and allowed to be able to pick what I wanted based upon his recommendations. I needed to replace my entire system, plenums included for a very reasonable price. Hector, the owner was very responsive to my questions and didn’t push me off on a sales person. Byron C and a couple other guys whom I don’t know their names, was my technician and was very helpful and worked diligently to get everything set up properly. I am happy with my install and would recommend them to anyone.

After a routine HVAC maintenance, Robert noted a few things about our systems operation that could be made more efficient. Usually I am skeptical of these upgrades, but Robert explained them in an easy to understand way and they made a lot of sense. Our future maintenance visits can now be more useful. He wasn’t pushy and answered all the questions I had, even when I called him back the next day. I appreciated being able to review the quote without any pressure. Robert also came back to perform the work. He explained again what he was going to do and his findings. I like how Aireserv technicians document the work with photos and video. Overall great customer experience and at very reasonable prices.

Ronnie & Miguel were incredibly nice and responsive. They found the problem, explained it to me, got the parts, and repaired everything in under 3 hours. When it’s 100+ degrees outside it makes all the difference that they were able to get my AC working again so quickly. Would recommend to anyone to use them!

Recently both of my AC units went out one after the other within two week period. Hector quoted us a very reasonable price. He sat down with my husband and I and explained how the service package works and is very flexible with payment options. We were not able to pay the lump sum so he offered financing options with no interest for the first year.Hector’s crew was very attentive and accommodating. They took measures to protect the floor and kept the house clean during the whole period.Hector also sent us a loaner AC unit before the installation work can begin. That is super helpful given my daughter wants to stay in her room even when it is very hot.Hector and crew stand out for being reasonable in price, very flexible, and are very service oriented. Definitely recommend for AC related problems.

We found Aire Serv in early 2022 when the heating in our little old house unexpectedly went out during a cold snap. Before we called them, we had a tech from another company come out, take a look at our very old system, and then refuse to do any work on it--but the Aire Serv folks came out, told us what they could fix and how long the fix would last, as well as gave us estimates on installing a new system. We decided to install a whole new system, which they had up and running within just a few days, and they do regular tune-ups to make sure its kept in great shape. I appreciate that they gave us options when we first needed them, theyre fast to get things done for us and flexible with our schedule. I feel a lot better knowing the maintenance work they do will keep us comfy inside--no matter what the temperatures are doing outside!

They not only showed me what the issues were but educated me on them so I had a better understanding of what I need to do as a homeowner to self care my system. I had Joshua as my service tech and he was very professional and courteous. Josh worked with me to assess my HVAC system and then reviewed his proposal. He worked with me on the cost of the 410a refrigerant, as I needed a small recharge. He also took the time to grab a part from a local supply house then return to my home to comply the work. Excellent service!!

This was our first time with AC issues in our home we recently moved into. Aire Serv had great reviews and our experience was just that. Received a call asking for details and within a few minutes info on our technician including a picture and small bio. Details matter and this company does not overlook. I dont really have a price comparison but would highly recommend based on my experience.

From my initial call with their receptionist Max, to my newly cleaned vents/ducts I have no complaints.After my initial call, they followed up with me and priced matched the other company I was considering. I was able to make an appointment for the very next day. And they were prompt and professional.I especially appreciated how they educated me about my HVAC units, without pressuring me to make an additional purchase.

I’ve used Aireserv twice now and they’ve been able to see me same day. Very professional, responsive, and honest. Great group of people from the call center to the technicians. If they can’t fix your issue the same day, they’ll supply you with a portable stand unit.

This is THE BEST ac group to call in Houston, the got me a new ac at an amazing cost compared to many others in the area, they came out today on a Sunday, to fix a short, if you are considering having some Ac work done come these guys first!

They came last weekend and saved me. They came on a Sunday, and helped me reinstall fuse breaker to ac and ac started working again. I highly recommend them.

I originally called for a duct inspection because of air quality issues and an aging air handler unit with problems. They were able to come out that afternoon. He was very professional, took lots of pictures to help easily explain issues he discovered with our system, and genuinely gave his expert opinion on the path forward with repairs (no salesman pitch, just stated facts and our options). We have used Aire Serv previously for a custom built air handler in a Downtown loft, and they did a great job. We are in a different condo now, and called Aire Serv to service and clear lines on our unit. Our technician was knowledgeable, very professional, answered all my questions, and even showed me how to maintain lines between service checks - as it is a little different being in a mid-rise building. He also pointed out some plumbing issues unrelated to the unit (but next to the unit) that needed attention and we followed up with a plumber for that right away.

Always a great job. Maintaining my AC is working properly. Cleaned out the AC coil. The techs always inform the status of my system.

I have them to install my Daikin fit system a year ago, and today they came in for the annual maintenance. The technician Joshua is very professional. He checked the entire system throughly and answered every question I had asked.

I called about a hot room. Matthew came over on time and diagnosed the problem. A few days later they installed an air return and a larger vent with a new plenum. This fixed my problem and the work was done well. There was a miscommunication issue on the backend that could have become a big problem, but Matthew and Hector were empathetic and completely fair on how we dealt with it. A company that does things the right way is hard to find. They have earned my future business and 5 star review.

This is a great Company - very courteous and very professional from the owner to the receptionist and down to the technician. I am very pleased with their quality, responsiveness, knowledge and prices. They measured the total air flow of my HVAC from all the ceiling vents throughout my house and determined that my system was performing optimally. Plus they measured the air quality in my house and performed seasonal maintenance, including thououghly cleaning the blower in the attic, the evaporator coils, the outside condenser coils and checked my freon pressures. They also replace the UV light in the plenum and installed a new water sensor on the evaporator drain line. I highly recommend them.

Miguel was fast, efficient, and was happy to explain to me everything he was doing. He carefully checked both units and gave us a quote before doing the work. Miguel is now our A/C guy!

Moved into a home and had issues with the heating. A technician was at my house in less than 24 hours, diagnosed the problem and returned to fix the issue early the next day. Evander M was great, very much appreciated his help and am so happy that the issue was resolved quickly!

I had an AC emergency where water was dripping inside the condo. Called Aire Serv and they dispatched Miguel who arrived early. Very friendly and respectful. Miguel troubleshooted the issue with the AC unit and methodically progressed from step to step until he identified the root cause. This wasn’t a standard issue but he discovered the solution. Miguel stayed with the unit running until he confirmed he’d taken care of the problem.Thank you Miguel.

Air Serv installed an air purification system in our ducts. There was a problem with the first install, however, the company came back out on my schedule and correctly installed the unit. In addition for my inconvenience, they installed a second unit to take care of my coil to prevent mold at no cost.I will be using this company in all my future A/C requirements as I found them responsive, friendly, and has a can do attitude.I am please with their service.

I cannot say enough good things about Aire Serv of River Oaks. Their technician Miguel has always been communicative with us, upfront and honest. They have been willing to work with us on prices that are half the cost or more than other A/C services we have tried. They DO NOT pressure you into paying for their services, and actually discourage you from overpaying for services that are not necessary.Our first experience had Aire Serv of River Oaks come out to examine our broken heater. Their tech actually showed me what was wrong with the system, where other companies did not. The weekend before Winter Storm Uri they sent an emergency crew to our house and installed an entire new A/C and Heating system so that my family wouldnt be cold during the storm.Our second experience today, 06/10/21, had Aire Serv come out again to perform a duct cleaning and air scrubber installation to help with my familys allergies and asthma. Their tech was extremely thorough, and once again was willing to show me what our systems problems were, and how they could be fixed.Aire Serv of River Oaks has gone above and beyond for my family, to the point that we are on first name basis with their technician. They will have my repeat business for as long as they are around.

This company is very responsive. Excellent customer service was provided from the Owner and his whole Team (including all Office and Service personnel)! The Winter Freeze weather and Power Outages electric surges caused HVAC system failure. Hector was kind, honest, and professional. He presented a variety of estimates for cost effective HVAC solutions. The pricing was competitive and affordable. We decided to replace the whole HVAC system. They performed the complete install in just 1-Day!

Airserve tech Billy came out to check my air/heat system because my heat wasnt flowing properly in master bathroom. He checked my system and made a few changes and Im back to normal! Billy was very professional and took his time. I will use this company again!

We had been using another AC company. Our coil was leaking and we were left in the heat. The coil was still under warranty however it was on backorder. Our choice was either wait, possibly months, or pay out of pocket. The first AC company quoted us a ridiculous price.Aire Serv is new to our neighborhood and we decided to get a 2nd opinion. Evander, our tech, was friendly, thorough and incredibly informative. We appreciated that he explained everything, made recommendations, but didnt try to push us. The owner, Hector, understood the dilemma we were in and worked with us on a reasonable price.We will only be using them in the future and so appreciate their helpfulness.

I purchased my system through another company that is no longer in business. The Aire Serv location that took over my contract would not get back to me so I started to call other locations. I did not realize these were franchise locations, but Hector immediately jumped on the phone to call me back to see how they could get me taken care of. Hector is the franchise owner, NOT an employee. This was HUGE for me. Not only did he take the time to listen to what I had been going through, but he offered to send someone out the same day! We just needed the A/C checked as we are selling the home and wanted to ensure the new buyers that there was nothing wrong with the system. Evander showed up to my home at almost 8PM after working all day long with a smile on his face ready to look everything over. I couldnt be more pleased with the service I was provided by Hector and the technician Evander. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for assistance. I was very impressed with Aire Serv of River Oaks. I have worked with many HVAC contractors and this was my best expeirence. I called them out when I was having trouble with another HVAC contractor. They showed up within an hour after business hours and they worked over the course of a couple of days to address a challenging HVAC problem. They were always on time and they kept me informed along the way of progress. One other great thing is that they always answered the phone when I called unlike many contractors who are almost impossilbe to reach especially during the summer months. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality HVAC company.

A bird broke into my stove vent and damaged the vent cover. Even though this wasn’t strictly an HVAC issue, Miguel and Christopher from Aire Serv of River Oaks were able to come out quickly and repair the vent for a reasonable price. From the time of my initial call to completion of the repair was only about an hour and a half - a very fast turnaround, especially considering other companies I called were not available until the following week. Miguel was my main point of contact — he was friendly and courteous, and was in frequent communication to let me know when he was arriving. (He even sent a text with a photo of himself to let me know who to expect!) The use of shoe booties inside the house was a nice touch. I plan to use Aire Serv of River Oaks for any future HVAC or vent related issues I may have in the future.

Norman was dispatched to address our issue with a dual zone cooling unit where one zone was not functioning. He was professional and engaging, knew what the issue was after an inspection and then resolved the issue relatively quickly. This was after 6pm on a Saturday night. Max in the call center was incredibly helpful as well.

Great experience using Aire Serv River Oaks in replacing all 3 HVAC systems for our house with new Daikin FITs, which is a great product with its variable speed technology at a very competitive price point. Aire Serv River Oaks was the best price from getting several bids from Daikin Comfort Pro contractors, Hector and his team were very responsive in answering questions and addressing our needs, and very quick to schedule and perform the work.
