Air Rey - Houston

I Recently had to change the entirety of my AC unit. I’m talking completely scrap both the outside and inside bits (example: vent screens, ac unit, outdoor parts, and the ac monitor since it was hanging onto dear life to my wall). My home is a trailer and this AC unit had its life extended plenty of times by my late father who was a maintenance worker at an apartment complex for 20+ years so now that he’s gone and I didnt receive any knowledge on what to do to this extremely old ac unit. I had to call some professionals. I left a voicemail after work hours but got a call back early the next day. Someone came to a review my ac set up the same week and walked me through the issues, finances, and many questions I had. After that initial meeting they were able to come in the following day and finished the entire job in a matter of hours. The workers were respectful, asking if they had permission to go into rooms while I was stuck on one side of the house tending to my 6 month old. Who by the way was able to sleep through the whole process because that’s how quickly and quietly this whole process was. I just had the final inspection today after having a few days alone with the new system and I couldn’t be more happy. My room used to receive the last bit of ac and struggle to cool off since it’s at the far end of the home and my vents separate before meeting again at my room, but now it cools down quickly and i no longer have to have to have it on for long periods of time. I am happy with the service provided by this hard working group. Service is a 10 out of 10.

We reached out to Air Rey since I heard their special on the radio and saw it on Face Book as well. At first my wife was hesitant since she had read the reviews online, but we decided to go with their service as the price was excellent with a completely new a/c system and new air ducts. Mr. Carlos Marin gave us a great deal and we were offered a good finance plan as well. The installation crew arrived and did their job in a timely matter, after they were done they cleaned up everything in the attic and dispose of the our old a/c unit and made sure the system was cooling and heating. As of now we couldnt be happier with their service, if anything changes I will be sure to update this post.

Love the quote they gave me out of 5 other people. It was in between but with the warranty and helpful tips made me. They also adjusted some air vent in the house eliminating the old one. I had everything replaced with new equipment and duct work.

We have had two units installed by Air Rey. Both units were installed in a quick and efficient manner. The work crews kept the area tidy and were professional. Our salesman, Luis, was flexible when meeting us and was responsive during the entire process. After the work was completed he came by to walk through the work and ensure no questions. Very happy with the work.

We were very satisfied with the work and time frame it took them to install my whole new system especially impressed with their sales person Omar he was here through out every part of the process.

Service was excellent. I had 3 other estimates that were $10,000 more, as they tried to sell me more than was necessary. Used them before and I don’t think I’ll bother to get any other estimates from now on

In 2014 central air was installed before I purchased my house and in 2019 central air was installed and back in August of this year 2023 my central air went out again which makes this the third time our central air would have to be changed again my wife and I reached out to. Air Rey-Houston and we got set up with a appointment with Omar,Omar came to our house and looked at everything and checked everything and then sat down with my wife and myself and explained how everything was not installed correctly with the unit we had also explained to what needed to get done along with the changes that needed to be made. 2 weeks ago Omar got us taken care of and made we were satisfied 100% with each step that took place with removing all the duct and unit I am very comfortable, happy and satisfied with the new furnace and 4-ton outside unit I highly recommend Air Rey-Houston for central air repairs or replacement. You can see in the picture we had to much duct for the other furnace and the duct was to big in diameter and full of tape and caulking.

Carlos Marin came to our house inspected our whole AC system. Found the faults and recommended a whole new system. Our house is over 50yrs old, we were struggling in the summer keeping cool. We our extremely happy and satisfied with our new AC that now we have to run it a little high due to its cooling abilities. Hello, I recently had problems with my A/C unit in the house. We were recommend to Air Rey from a friend and it was the best decision yet. Felipe gave us a good quote (much less than others) and the job started next business day. It took the crew about 6 hours to replace the system. The new system is amazing! I have been in this house 22 years and have never felt airflow like this and the house has never cooled faster! The condensing unit is nice and quiet. Everything is working perfectly and we could not be happier.

Air Rey.. thank you. My husband called @ 8 am on a Tuesday after being without air for a day or so in this Houston heat. Roberto came out by 1 pm and explained everything to us so that my 74 year old mother could understand. Got us a good deal as far as payments and installments! The next day, workers came and were fast, were done redoing everything from unit to vents to everything in attic by 3pm. Thank you Roberto and thank you Air Rey!

I want to recommend Air Rey for all your HVAC needs! They were recommended by another builder for our new build and although we received several estimates for our HVAC I’m happy I chose them. Since day one they have been very professional and there has been great communication , not only and have they met all our requests in a timely manner but have been very friendly and a accommodating to our schedules. Hiring them was a headache less that I had to worry about!

AC was not cooling and house was up to 100 degrees inside. Came exactly when they said they would and technician was very professional and knowledgeable! Started checking out the system very methodically and discovered outside had not been cleaned (small twigs and dirt all on the inside and was heating up and shutting off). Cleaned the unit and we were back in business!All their personnel are so professional, listen carefully to what you have to say so they understand how the issue is manifesting itself and then go about their diagnostics and steps to resolve. They keep you in the loop and let you know what they are finding as they inspect the system!

Air Rey A/C & Heating just installed a new A/C and Heating system, including ductwork, vents, and thermostat. The guys started working at 9:00am and were finished right after 4:00pm. We had a great experience with everyone, but especially with Felipe Foronda. He took his time explaining and answering all our questions and doubts. I look forward to calling on this company again.

They went above and beyond to service our AC, because it was leaking freon. Went 2x to put coolant in, so we could be comfortable before changing out our coil that was leaking. Would definitely recommend.
