Our central heat stopped working two days before the winter storm, so we called Air-32 for advice on what to do. After some troubleshooting it was determined that we needed a service, so a technician was scheduled for the next day.Our technician, Julio, arrived as promised, and after some time in the attic he was able to resolve our problem: a simple hose was clogging a sensor in our very old gas heater. Problem solved and we had a warm house again, ready for the storm.We were delighted not only by their prompt response, but also by their honesty since the repair we needed was minor. Air-32 is amazing. I called them after another company failed to fix a problem with my AC unit and then tried to upsell me on almost everything and wouldnt fix the issue. The entire team is dependable from start to finish and after. I got the carrier multi speed unit & new air ducts package & wifi thermostat. Their prices are decent. I give them a 4 star rating because the install men didn’t seal off an obvious open space in the AC indoor part in the closet and kept AC running. They did send a great AC tech the day after I called and he found the issue and sealed up the opening, checked the vents temperature & freon level. AC now working as it should in this horrid hot texas weather.

Alejandro came out and from start to finish made sure it was priced fairly, done correctly and that I was satisfied throughout the entire process. Ive see neighbors of mine use some of the biggest name brands in the city and pay close to double what I paid and still had issue for months trying to get the big brand names to come finish properly and get it dialed in. Alejandros crew was done in a day, zero issues and then a management crews stopped by the day after to inspect their work and ensure they did things to the standard that Leo and Air-32 has set for the customers. My home prior to Air-32 could not achieve the level of cooling when set at 68, to what their set up has done set at 76. Even in this Texas heat Ive not need to go below 76 on the thermostat. The duct work was run differently than others wanted to do it, and Air 32 was right. The location of the thermostat was set in a different location than other suggest as well, yet again Air32 was right. If your home need AC work, whether that is an entire system or a single issue give Alejandro a chance and you wont regret it. Solid group of guys doing honest work for people. Thank you Alejandro!!

I contacted Alejandro para. He had his guys come out and take a look at my AC system. It was an older unit and the duct work was bad from the get go( I already knew that)He gave me a quote and replaced the whole unit and ducts. Everything works and looks great. The guys was in and out in about 5 hours. Cleaned up after.
