Jorge was very friendly. Very knowledgeable on fixing my AC. He explained to me how the AC and Furnace works together. He then continues to explain and show me which parts are broken. I am beyond impressed with the promptness, competence, knowledge, integrity and honesty of 4C A/C. You’d expect that to be the norm, but it is not. You can always count on Chris and his team to arrive in the window they promise and they do the work they came to do. IF there is something wrong, they are very knowledgeable and capable of fixing it and wont overcharge. I have always been impressed with the knowledge of the brands of HVAC components and what can be covered by warranty through those companies. They walked us through the diagnosis, problem solving, and quick replacement of units / parts. When we experienced a malfunction, they responded within minutes to the request going on. Further, their pricing is competitive, and we had many follow up visits that were not charged just to ensure all was working as promised and that we were satisfied. I cannot recommend them higher than I am right now- simply the best in all measurables.

I really appreciated the quick response from AC4, from start to finish. Jeremy was my AC technician and went above and beyond in providing great service. Since living in my home and had a different AC company come out, Jeremy explained the types of filters and took his time. The last company I paid more for and had me installing the wrong interior filter. I signed up for the yearly inspection plan and glad I was referred to them. I’m a small business owner and understand the value of good quality and communication.

This is the company you want to call!! I had been looking online for A/C companies for awhile and basically all from Katy told me they didnt service the Sealy area. I found this company on Google and decided let me call and ask....Amy answered and was so kind, nice, answered all my questions and scheduled my appointment!Don, the tech, shows up and he is very professional, he asked what was going on and allowed me to state my concerns and ask all the questions I wanted!! He was great to show me where the problem was, let me see what the temperature in house was as opposed to thermostat and he explained some other features I wasnt sure about! There is a reason why this company is a five star company. Your problem is their number one priority to resolve. I contacted their office and spoke with Christina on yesterday and within 24 hours, a technician arrived at my home. Jeremy is a true professional, very approachable, knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to determine the cause for chipping & dampness around the vent. He sealed the vent instantly and he did not hesitate proceeding to investigate the real source of the problem in the attic. Jeremy was very thorough with his explanation of the issue plus he provided pics of the damaged area and communicated his findings to the appropriate contractor. Before his arrival, I consulted with two other professionals, but no one provided the expertise like Jeremy. 4C A/C will be my source of all my AC & HVAC issues.

Our air conditioner was not cooling on Monday so we made an an appointment for a service call on Wednesday. About 10 minutes after we made the appointment I received a call from 4C and was told they could be out that afternoon. Excellent service and it shows that they care about their customers.

Jorge was knowledgeable as well as experienced, explained the issue well and made adjustments quickly. Had a great technical dialog and gave me a logical course of action in the event the adjustments dont get me where I want the system to perform. Would recommend him highly!

When I spoke to Chris and told him that my 90yr old mother couldn’t be in the heat that long due to her medications. He immediately told me that they would come today. Great service as always! I installed my own mini-split and 4C came out to fix my mistakes. Jeremy did a great job explaining what the issues was, correcting the issue, and filling me back up with refrigerant.

We reached out to 4C to get a quote for a replacement of our A/C system- Chris, the owner, came to our residence to see what exactly we needed done and explained everything along the way; after a couple of hours or so, a quote- very detailed one, was emailed to us to approved. A text was sent to us that tech will come between 730a-930a the next day, tech came at exact 725a. They started immediately- drop clothes were drapped to protect our floors. They picked up after themselves and even programmed the new thermostat. Job was finished @ 445p. Thankful for Chris for working with our budget; also thanks to Christina for squeezing us to get a quote even with a short notice.

I couldnt be happier with the service I received! My AC was not blowing cold and I noticed it at 8pm on Friday night. I was troubleshooting myself till 10pm when I realized I need to call in a professional. After countless recommendations from a Facebook group I sent 4C A/C & Heating a message on Facebook that my A/C was not cooling, please help. They responded immediately and I was shocked. They got me set for the follow morning, Saturday, arriving between 8-10am. The technician arrived 8 minutes early and was the most polite young man I have come across. Dante listened to our problem and concerns. He was very knowledgeable and communicated well. He found the problems after doing a very thorough check of both the outside and attic units. He was respectful, clean in his work space, prompt, and really knew his stuff. I without a doubt will use 4C AC & Heating again and wouldnt hesitate to ask for Dante! All it took is some thinking outside the box. Replacing a unit only because of its age or complexity, although easier, reflects on the technical acumen of the person.

Highly recommend. Our heat went out during a really cold day and Texans cannot do cold weather! Agent who answered my call was very helpful, transparent, and was able to get us a same day appointment. We had a technician here within 45 minutes of my call. Technician was done in less than an hour and was professional, efficient, and even took a video of the issue to show my husband. Turns out the technician was Chris, the owner! I called 4C for an 2nd opinion after another company quoted me $900 to replace a board for my furnace not turning on. Don showed up and diagnosed the problem with a few questions. He went up to the attic and found an issue with a sensor. He had my heater working in under 3 minutes. Great service and quick response time. 4C will be the first place I call for any future AC and Heating needs. I highly recommend.

Super happy with 4C AC. During the spring system check Don discovered the unit was low on coolant. Rather than try to get me to buy a new system, Don did a comprehensive check of the system and determined that the coolant leak was most likely caused when technicians had serviced the unit previously. My system is working great now and I saved a ton of money!

July 11, 2024Once again 4C worked their magic & got us cooling again. Our power was restored today from Hurricane Beryl & one of our unit suffered a power surge as soon as the power came back on. Same day service, same day repair. Gotta love on the spot repairs!Update:4C returned today to warranty their work. The crew showed up on time, treated our home with respect, very polite and finished the job quickly. Afterwards they showed us all the repairs they did & documented it all with pictures. This company communicates with customers. I wouldnt call another for AC service. Hands down the best!Chris responded to my call within an hour and his crew arrived as promised. The problem was identified & he explained what needed to be done. The repair (replace the coil on one of our units) was scheduled the next day and the crew was very respectful to our home. I just used 4C A/C because I had a stopped up A/C drain. Jeramie came out next day. I was quoted a price for a diagnostic test. He came out (on time), blew my A/C line in attic and was through in less than 1/2 hour. He was knowledgeable and professional. AND REASONABLE. Our AC quit on us on a Sunday and 4C AC was able to get a tech out that same day and showed up on time. I believe they would have had our AC up and running the same day, but Lennox warranty had us waiting 10 days for our part to come in. 4C AC is a customer advocate and was able to get our new part installed the same day it finally came in. Our tech Don and Amy were very pleasant and communication was great.

No one wants to need AC repair or install but I’m so glad I chose 4C AC. My 20 year old system finally died - they were able to come out the same day I called to assess it and the next day to install a new Ruud 4 ton system! The 2 installers were amazing! 4C A/C Rocks! I had never used this company but found they had good reviews and called them. I was concerned my AC may go out any minute as it was making some very strange noises. It was almost 5 PM and Chris, the owner answered the phone. He was finishing up his day and heading home. He could tell I was concerned and said he would grab a quick dinner and come over and check out my AC that evening. What AC company comes out at 8:00 at night after his work day was completed! I was impressed! He identified the problem and by the next afternoon I was taken care of. His prices were fair, he didnt try to sell me something I did not need and he did a great job! Originally I only scheduled maintenance on both my ACs. One unit was dripping outside and a second visit (no charge) was needed to address the root cause of the dripping. Still I was satisfied with the service and value.2 months later, one AC is not working proper so I needed a repair. 4C has very fast response and quick repairs but there is a slight premium associated with this convenience. If you are very concerned with cost and you can wait, then you should always ask for an itemized quote before agreeing to repairs (there is a $85 service call regardless). In my case, the cost of the part was a concern when added to the $85 service call fee. Overall though, I am still satisfied with the service.

Chris was very thorough and professional in his diagnostics of our HVAC system. Another company by the name of One Hour A/C and Heating had sent two separate technicians out ( neither with over one year of experience) and they couldnt locate the problem. Kept recommending that I buy a new unit. Chris was able to locate the problem (damper door motors were malfunctioning) and had us back up and running within a couple of hours. Much thanks and appreciation for those lucky enough to be good at their trade. Definitely recommend hands down!

I spoke to the owner Chris about coming out and taking a look at my AC system. I knew something was seriously wrong with the temperature in my home. Even though I stay on the outskirts of Houston, Chris came out and took care of me! My coil went out on my upstairs unit and They gave me a outstanding price. I previously had a unit go out and now I see how much I got screwed by my old company. Not only did they do a new complete install, I got a great long term warranty on it. Chris was amazing. I thought I had a bad drip pan and he immediately identified a blocked drain line. He cleaned the drain trap, removing years of accumulated gunk and the line blockage, blew out all the drain lines. The drain pan was bone dry in 10 hours. Good value for the excellent service.

MY AC went out and not cooling this week as the temperature was soaring. A dear friend referred me to Chris, owner of 4C AC & Heating. He personally came out the same day and diagnosed immediately. My motor had blown out. We waited for the part (thank you COVID) and he installed it first thing the following morning. His wife Christina runs the office and absolutely so sweet. Such a humble, kind company to work with. This company is absolutely amazing! Theyre honest, professional and incredibly dedicated to excellence. The five stars says Great. I would say Exceptional. And learn one thing as the biggest companies come out to give you an astronomical quote: If your AC unit continues to leak freon, its virtually impossible because the AC units are sealed. Its a scam. Your freon levels shouldnt continually be needing more freon. And take the time to follow those guys out to your AC unit and make sure that theyre not draining your freon. I would refer 4C AC & Heating to all!

After dealing with another company who said they would show up and didn’t for 4 days, what a breath of fresh air to find a company that actually has good communication skills! The appointment was scheduled, I got a text confirming, a text telling me he was on his way and an ETA, and he actually showed up! Wow. Unheard of with most contractors. Once he got here, not only did he find and correct the problem, he checked out the system, made some adjustments, and answered my endless questions in a professional, friendly manner. Unlike the company who installed the unit 2 years ago, they did not require the service fee paid in advance which was against my principles. I definitely will be looking to this company for service when I need it again.

Awesome. Respectfully, quit reading my review and call Chris.Chris came out as my Moms heater was not working. He fixed it within 45 minutes, performed a complete inspection (by Opening the heater covers including the sealed areas to properly inspect.) No rust, no CO2 issues - all in good shape. Paid the minimal Service charge and Mom has heat. :-)Now - the rest of the story.... Mom (being a mom) went to another service company so as to not bother me. The other Service company said ignitor was bad, Fan was over amping, heater needed replaced as completely rusted and giving off CO2 - he said it was just was too old! He wanted $4150 to replace and if she signed today he would discount $200 = $3950.I am a real estate agent and we need reliable, honest, quality contractors to support our Clients and their efforts. When Mom had the $4000 quote, she only then called me. I immediately called Chiris to get his opinion and you know the rest of the story. Chris properly repaired the unit and completely inspected the unit - he saved my Mom (actually ME) $4000!More details... the first contractor never even opened the unit - and obviously there was no way to accurately assess the unit.THANK YOU CHRIS !!!!!!

Highly recommend Chris from 4C, who helped me fix a mini split aircon that wasn’t cooling properly. In addition to scheduling a visit within the week, he was promptly on time. He also diagnosed and fixed the issue within 30 minutes to boot. Great service all around.

The technician was very prompt on his arrival time, and resented himself in a professional manner. He took the time to explain to me about the operation of my system and things I could do to protect it and my property both. I am not that mechanically inclined therefore I wont be doing the work myself and I will definitely call on this company again, when the time comes to repair or upgrade.

My upstairs AC went out and stopped working. I called 4C, and they were in my house within a few hours to examine the problem. The issue was that my system is under recall from the MFG and that the coil is leaking thus need to replace. 4C came back a few days later as promised and completed the repair within a few hours. Excellent service, good workmanship, clean, fair price, and very dependable. Did exactly what they promised and I can only recommend 4C to anyone with AC or heating issues!
