Chill Brothers did an outstanding job from start to finish! They were timely, professional, friendly, and did an amazing job installing my entirely new A/C system (2 units). Jonathan came before installation to prep and after installation to QC/adjust, and he was really good at his job. He also helped to explain how the new system works. The installation team was outstanding as well and worked very hard to get the job done in one full day, so big thanks to Bryan and Emmanual and team. I was highly impressed with Chill Brothers all the way around and would recommend them to anyone!

Pedro called beforehand and arrived punctually. He was well conversant with our systems and proceeded to service the units. I found Pedro to be knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He serviced our units competently and answered our queries to our satisfaction. All in all a very satisfying experience. We really appreciate the service provided. We are very happy to have chosen Chill Brothers for our HVAC maintenance.

As a business owner, I know good work when I see it. These guys do great work, all well mannered, and most importantly honest. Our Tech, Josh Cover, helped us a lot in picking out a new furnace and wasnt pushy. Got us a great price, quick install, came out to inspect himself, and fit our schedule. From the knock on the door by Jamarcus, to the Solution Presentation and discussion with Kenny, on to the site survey performed by Nickolas, to the Installation done in less than a day, The Chill Brothers really impressed us with their professionalism and attention to detail. They said what they were going to do...then they did it. A really great aspect of this Air Conditioning system replacement project is that it was done with no out of pocket expense on our part! Thats right! The system is basically paid for with the energy savings you obtain by (in our case going from an 8 seer unit to 16 sears! So as soon as the unit pays for itself, and it will, then you begin to see great reductions in your utility bill! All in all, just a terrific experience in every way. Thank you Jamarcus, for knocking on our door and for answering our questions that enabled us to upgrade our Air Conditioning system! And thank you Wilmer, Leo, and Vidal, for such an amazing installation! Not only did you do a very job, you also cleaned up after yourselves and hauled away all the debris and the old unit! Chill Bros. installed new Lennox HVAC units downstairs and upstairs and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. From sale to pre-installation evaluation to installation to post-installation QC check, all of the employees were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They all worked to ensure expectations were set properly and then met. The installation was quick and neat. We were initially contacted by Sam Cokes who set up the appointment for the initial visit. Daniel Andrasi was the rep who came the next day and was very informative about my choices and was very upfront about what I could expect with each option. The installation crew was very good. What earned The Chill Brothers my five star rating was that when I had an issue with the installation, Daniel jumped in and mitigated the situation. My concerns were addressed immediately and satisfactorily. I am very happy with this company.

My experience with Chill Bros was very positive. My initial rep, John Robinson, was very knowledgeable and respectful. He offered a very competitive price and the install was completed the very next week. One small hiccup is that they didnt install the line set cover initially as promised. However, one call and they came back out to complete the job. The technician that came out to test the unit post installation and install the line set cover, Jesse Ruiz, was also great. Went above any beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and to answer my question. If youre looking for a new AC I would happily recommend Chill Bros.

I purchased a new AC system from Chill Brothers in February of 2022. Every experience with this company has been good to great.The original sales team spent an evening with my wife and I. Each aspect of the purchase was carefully walked through and the end result was a somewhat expensive but interest-free AC replacement.The installation team came a week or so later and fully uninstalled my old system and installed the new Lenox system. Absolutely no issues and they did a wonderful job. During the install my attic ladder broke and they hired someone to come replace it free of charge.My one gripe is that part of my purchase was being placed on their Chill Plan which is essentially a bi-annual maintenance plan. They have not been very proactive on setting up those appointments. Over the last 2 years Ive been visited twice and those were calls scheduled by me. If you sign up for their monthly plan ensure you are proactively setting up those appointments. Ive since worked with Brandy and she has addressed and resolved my issue with this. Which is why my review is still 5 stars.Finally, I noticed that my secondary drain was dripping from my attic this last weekend. I went up to my attic and noticed standing water in my drain pan. I called them up and they were able to come out within 2 days. I was visited by both Josh C. and Nikolas F. to perform the maintenance and figure out what was causing the pan to fill. They both figured out I had a blockage in my main drain line, cleared the block, treated the pipe to help prevent build up, and proceeded to verify the rest of my system. Josh even went above and beyond by offering to put some insulation on my outdoor spigot after noticing a rather embarrassing wrap job with a piece of old clothing.Angel came to visit us for a maintenance, quick, efficient, and very helpful as always!As a 3 year customer, I will say that Chill Brothers is one of the best companies to work with, period. Highly recommend.

Jonathan took his time, explained and showed me the cause of the malfunction. He explained and signed me up for the maintenance plan which the installers did not tell me about. Jonathan checked my drainage lines throughout the house and explained some functions on my thermostat to help the unit work more efficiently. I was early for the appointment, finished in a timely manner and reviewed all the services he provided once he finished. Give this man a raise!!!!

My experience with Chill Brothers has been outstanding. Starting with Hector who was the gentleman who rang my door bell to tell me about the company and the rebate program. Hector was very friendly and presentable. Then I had the privilege of talking to Darlene who called me to verify my appointment with a representative of Chill Brothers for a free assessment on a new air conditioning system. Darlene was also very pleasant to speak to and very friendly. My wife and I met Brandon Watson on Saturday morning. He explained everything to my wife and I. He answered every question we had. Our sales rep, Alan, was very polite, attentive to our needs, patient with our questions, and attentive to our particular needs. As someone who did HVAC work once upon a time 20 or so years ago, I appreciated that he didnt try to up-sell me on a bunch of unnecessary equipment the way so many companies do these days to take advantage of people who dont know any better.

Two days ago we tried to start our A/C for the first time in months and it would not kick on. We made the call to The Chill Brothers and Josh C. was assigned to my service call. Josh arrived on time and we discussed the situation to help in his diagnosis. He got to work and we were back in business shortly afterwards. josh was thorough, professional, and courteous. I chose Chill Brothers after the third visit. I am a disabled Veteran and after several visits I really felt they would help me and I trusted them with the install and future maintenance. The price was pretty good too. I have Huskies too. Chill Brothers was always on time and the Install along with everything they did went so smooth including the man that checked on me and the system a few days later. We always use Chill Brothers for our AC needs! The process is so simple from amazing customer service with calling for an appointment to the technician coming out, diagnosing the issue, and fixing the issue. We had Coltin come out and help with our issue over the weekend and couldnt have been more pleased with his helpfulness and the ease of service. Highly recommend!

Chill Brothers has been out for a number of issues now with thermostats and the technicians have been very helpful. Josh, our most recent tech, went above and beyond to help with our current issue along with answering more questions on how to make our system work better. He was very knowledgeable, and we will continue to work to resolve the humidity issues.

Josh arrived on time as was advised by the Office.He introduced himself properly on his arrival, and after some talk about the equipment he was here to service, went about his job of doing so, in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Great service from Chill Brothers from Brian N, our sales person who was very professional and made sure we have the right AC unit for our home to Brian and Manny, the installers who were excellent at making sure everything was done correctly and kept everything clean. Cesar R did the Final inspection of our AC unit and provided very valuable information about our system. Everyone at Chill Brothers are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

This review is specifically for Pedro Saucedo at Chill Brothers. Pedro was extremely nice and was able to identify issues that other companies either told us were fixed or didnt know how to fix. Pedro took his time and fixed everything and then went back and tested every component to make sure it worked properly. He took the time to take pictures of everything so he could explain the work he had done. I am super pleased with the service we received.

Feb 2025: Mr. Sonny came out to provide us with a quote for a new HVAC, duct work, warranties, etc. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty. He made a few comments that stood out to me about Chill Brothers’ work: crews do a single install per day which means they’re focused on you, and a 4-touch inspection pre, during and post your installation. I appreciate his time and their pricing was competitive. Great financing options, and Sonny was patient in explaining what each part of the system does.

The company as a whole is good. But the following individuals need to be recognized for their professionalism, demeanor, and work ethic.Firstly, the install crew of Bryan, Manny, Faustino, and Vidal was unmatched. They were punctual, thorough, and kept a clean work environment.Colton, the tech assigned to the job, was much the same. Chill Brothers did a great job replacing our whole system. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. There were 2 employees that really were very helpful and that was Tuj who was our advisor and Brandy our service tech. Brandy inspected the unit after it had been installed and actually fixed a duct problem we had had in one room for a very long time. We would definitely recommend them.

Our experience started with Matt Murillo showing up to present what Chill Brothers could offer us. We were considering new HVAC/Heating as our system was aging and neighbors were starting to have issues (homes built at the same time). It was perhaps one of the coldest days in Texas. We invited Matt in to warm up as he discussed offerings. With our interest piqued, we accepted a visit from the sales associate, Dan Andradi. Both of these guys were very friendly, courteous and professional. We were never pressured, just offered viable solutions to meet our needs. After some negotiations to finalize an agreement, we accepted. Chill Brothers reached out with an aggressive schedule to suit our schedule. Each scheduled appointment was on time. The installation team was very efficient and professional. They did an excellent job on the installation as well as cleaning up afterward.There was one mixup with the installation where we did not get what was expected. There was another issue with the dampers after the install. Both issues were immediately addressed after I reached out to Dan Andradi. Dan was very responsive and gotthe results we asked for. The install manager, Al, came out and resolved the damper issue. The correct part, exactly to my specification, was ordered and Al sent his top tech out to install that then test the whole system to be sure it was performing to my satisfaction before he left.The whole experience was top rated, from Matt showing up at the door to the final visit where the tech did not leave until we were 100% satisfied with the results. Chill Brothers was very respectful, understanding and accommodating of our time, our home, our needs and addressing all our concerns to be sure they left with a happy customer.

Josh was our main HVAC expert to help with an inspection I had called about (musty smell). He ended up discovering a microbial growth in our system due to humidity (most likely from the outage from Beryl). The problem was quickly addressed and all my questions were thoroughly answered. We also opted to have insulation added to our attic, which was completed by Manny and Jordan in a timely fashion. They were very kind and kept my house and doorway clear of any insulation, and ensured I was happy with the finished product. Josh and Brandy installed UV lamps in my system, and cleared it of the identified growth the following day - very great people who were very thorough and extremely kind. I can already tell a difference in my home, particularly my upstairs. Chill Brothers has been great to work with - they installed my HVAC system two years ago and have always been by helpful and responsive.

Chill Brothers came to our home to preform an evaluation of our current ac system. Danny did an excellent job of explaining our system and what Chill Brothers could offer us to upgrade our system and save on our electric bill. She was helpful and thorough and was able to find us the best value. Chill Brothers offers excellent customer service and support. Everyone I spoke with was friendly.

The entire experience of having to replace an ac is very stressful. When I started to get some quotes on a replacement system, it was a very confusing experience. I received quotes on the same system with very different pricing and warranty. The pricing varied by $4k for the exact same system. Many tried to earn my business by matching the Chill Brothers price but the difference was the salesman I had. His name is Michael Stewart and he is the Regional Manager. He was very patient and really helped to explain the system and the options. I decided to go ahead and have them install the new system. But the 5 stars isnt just because of Michael. The excellent service continued through the crew that installed the system and the Pre and Post-installation inspections. Cesar Rodriguez, the tech that came out during the pre-install inspection was very nice, respectful and very informative. So much so that I have requested him for maintenance service calls. Thank you Chill Brothers for making a difficult situation quite pleasant. I look forward to using this company for my future ac needs.

He was timely, informative, and nice.We have had several issues with the initial install of our A/C system and had to have multiple techs out to fix them. However, Angel has been thorough with each of his visits.

The team at The Chill Brothers did a fantastic job explaining my options and working with me to choose a new system. The way my house was built presented some challenges regarding noise, but their persistence paid off and everything was resolved. Josh and Brandy came out to install an air purification system on our HVAC unit. They were friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. They even went the extra mile and sealed all my vent boxes and installed new vent covers.

Soooo very glad I purchased the maintenance plan. It has removed LOTS of worry about what might go wrong and go unnoticed. The technician that performed my first twice yearly inspection was Jonathan Seah, and he was WONDERFUL! Extremely professional, knowledgeable and VERY patiently answered ALL of my questions...in laymen terms that I could easily understand. I will go so far as to suggest, if Chill Brothers HVAC can find a way to clone Jonathan, they should do it! Keep up the good work Jonathan!!

Chill Brothers came out the next day and solved my issue. Coltin and his trainee Brandy were the best. Very knowledgeable and even convinced me on a service contract. It was a hard sell for me, but well worth it in the end.

Coltin was scheduled to come between 4 and 6 on the sameday I called. Our heater stopped working. It wasnt freezing anymore however the inside temp was 67 and that is cold for my elderly parents. So Coltin came assessed the problem quickly and very professional. He gave us a quote, we agreed and he quickly fixed it. He was very personalable, and nice. Thank you. I believe this is the start of a good relationship.

Great experience with Chill Brothers. Appointment set up was simple and easy! I was called and updated when the previous call took longer than expected! Josh and Cesar were great. Courteous, outgoing and very helpful when they came over. Condenser was fixed quickly and the price was very reasonable!. I liked them so much that I signed up for the service plan. I hope I never see them again,(lol) but I know they will take care of my system!

Brandon came Friday after our condenser went out Thursday in the middle of the night. He was very knowledgeable in explaining everything from the removal of our old equipment to the install and final inspection of our new one. Jonan came for the pre-install and final inspection after the new unit was installed. He was very thorough in making sure everything was installed correctly and adjusted our dampers to get a more even coverage throughout our home. Trent and Tony did a heck of a job on the removal of our ancient furnace in the attic. The install was perfect. Tony finished up the furnace, coil, media filter and new ducts in the attic. He even took the time to hang some of the older ducts that were just laying on the bar joists. Trent went outside and put in the new condenser along with a new disconnect and surge protector. The Chill Brothers did an amazing job of taking care of me and my family. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new system.

My experience with Chill Bros has been solid. They completely upgraded our HVAC and worked with us along the way to ensure our needs were met. I will say I can be a needy customer at times - wanting to see duct schematics and such - but they accommodated me nonetheless.To be transparent, we had a hiccupand they accidentally stepped thru our ceiling. BUT, they had it fixed within 48hrs.We are very happy with the new system. We called Chill Brothers because our air conditioner had stopped working in the night and they had been the ones to install it for us 2 years ago. It was a holiday weekend so the service fee was $149, but I need my A/C and couldnt wait until Tuesday for a less expensive service fee (I think it would have been $89). Josh C. called and let me know when he was on his way to our house. He was very friendly when he arrived. Completed the service professionally and quickly. He let me know what the problem was and the different ways to fix it and the costs associated with them. I felt very comfortable with the entire process.

Chill Brothers has been out to my place on two separate occasions. On the first they serviced a 20-year oldR-22 system, patiently explained system questions in detail and helped me get another couple of months out of it.On the second, they replaced the old Lennox AC/Furnace/Coil with new ones at a fair price, answered very detailed questions with ease and clarity, and increased the airflow throughout the home.The technician returned a week later, fixed a whistling grate caused by the increased airflow and verified the system was functioning properly in accordance with their setup policy.I would consider using Chill Brothers again.

We had a great experience with Chill brothers!!!! Our salesperson, Nic even at his young age knows and understands customer service. Not trying to force me to buy anything, but he sold me what I needed and we appreciate that. The installers were excellent. They made sure everything was right before they left and they cleaned up!!!!(That’s always a plus)Then on Tuesday, the technicians came out to make sure everything was running properly. Ive been using The Chill Bros. since Dec 2021 when they installed my new furnace & condenser. Every time theyve come out to do a service, the communication and availability has been top notch. The personnel have been great, from the staff answering the phone to the techs who come out for the service, all have been superb. I was leery about signing up for the monthly service ($20/mo) since my unit was new but it continually pays for itself so I highly recommend it, especially if you have an older AC or home. All in all Ive been very pleased with my time using them and look forward to continued service. Josh Cover and Franco Castro get special acknowledgments for their problem solving approach to whatever issues I may come across. I have an older house so simply getting a new unit didnt fix my all my problems but these 2 pros got me sorted out and now I couldnt be happier with my commitment to them. Thank you team!

Also, forgot to replace my thermostat. But, otherwise, very personable and professional. They offered a quality product at a reasonable price. The only problem I had is that I speak English only and the two gentlemen that were here putting in my air conditioner and my furnace only spoke spanish. Made things rather interesting. I have been using Chill Brothers for about 3 years now. I purchased a new system when I moved into my home and recently, added a diverter solution so I can run my unit upstairs as a separate unit. The overall experience with Chill Brothers has always been phenomenal. I love their technology and business process. Every technician has been very respectful of our home and knows their industry. I had some concerns with the upstairs solution not working, and just when I thought Chill Bros could not get any better, they sent a technician by the name of Josh to our home. He was awesome! he went through my system forwards and backward and he is the technician who found the thermostat had been programmed incorrectly...by me. Josh took his time to explain what happened and even showed me on his phone how his thermostat was programmed. I will always recommend Chill Brothers. If you are reading this, no company is perfect but if there is ever an issue, Chill Brothers will do everything to make it right...even when it is your fault!

Chill Brothers replaced both my A/C units last spring. They were very professional from from giving me a bid, to the installation. I did have a them back out for a few adjustments, but by they were very responsive and each technician was personable with a smile. They took pride in their work and even when I was being overbearing about a vibration, the technician said he would work on the unit until I was satisfied. He took the unit apart, created a sort of gasket and stopped the vibration. I was beyond pleased. I will definitely recommend them. As a Realtor I deal with a lot of contractors, and Chills Bros is definitely top notch. They even got my interest free financing on my units.

Making another post. My air conditioner was on the fritz . The Chill Brothers came and serviced my unit. It was running a little funny sometimes, but since the install about a year ago it was working. Sometimes it would get a little warm, but everything would go back working. After Hurricane Beryl the unit started really acting funny. Had to make several services calls to get this straight. I might say every time, I made a call they came and fixed the problem. After the second call they finally got what the problem was. It was a sensor that went bad . My technician Josh Cover took all the information back to Chill Brothers and the replacement my outside unit, because the sensor was on back order. Lenox really too care of us from there. On the day of the install , Josh Cover and Nickolas Francis came by and took care of business. Nickolas Francis was on top of his game. They both worked hard and got my unit up and running in no time. They showed up on time,they was very clean, I didnt know they were working. I would recommend Chill Brothers.

Amazing company. Josh cover assist with some AC sweating issue. Amazing technician.2 day Update.So far so good. Josh Cover fixed issue. I had switched to chill brother from another company. Other company said it was normal for it to sweat the way it was. I knew there had to be an issue and switch to chill brothers. One of the bypass dampers was not secured right and allowed cold air to continuously feed to furnace, which was causing the excessive sweating. Josh took his time and found the issue.Also the membership is not a scam. It has paid for it self and it’s good to have with chill brothers.

I Love the program and the service from Chill Brothers. Now that the system has been installed it is awesome. The air flow is stronger, it cools my home better and the air itself seems better. I would have given a 5. But the only reason I didnt is because there isnt a cover over the unit inside my home. I feel like it should have been brought to my attention that they werent able to use the original one, and there would be a solution. Instead I had to mention it and see what could be done. When its running Its actually louder in the house than it is outside. Also it doesnt look good looking at the pipes and hoses .I sent a picture of the missing cover to John Robertson the regional manager. He said he would see that its taken care of it. Other than that everything is great!

Josh Cover came by and performed an extremely thorough assessment and service, including filter replacement, condensate line flushing, and inspection, testing, and cleaning of the two units. The most thorough service by far, not that the others were lacking! Great attitude, very customer-focused, knowledgeable of course. Also advised on next course of actions to keep the units well-maintained. Overall, continue to be pleased with the service provided by Chill Bros. Jonan in the recent past for maintenance and Franco just now on a Sunday morning (July 2) to troubleshoot a bit of a condensation from the unit drain lines and assure that all was as expected. Called last afternoon for some urgent service as I noticed water dripping from the outside of the unit drain line - Gabrielle was very prompt in alerting Franco , who called and promised to show up on a Sunday. He called twice to provide ETA; showed up and looked over the unit to make sure nothing was awry. A drain line that needed to be raised a tad was raised, he even helped pour bleach down the drain lines to clear it of any bacterial growth…Overall, so thankful to him and others at Chill Bros for continuing to go above and beyond!2021 and 2022 Review:Start to finish, excellent experience with the Chill Brothers team. From the moment I was contacted unsolicited by Brandon, through sales discussions with Johnny and subsequently with Joel Stewart and Jeremiah Lopez, the interaction was very friendly and professional. From initial quotes from Johnny to installation, over 6 months had elapsed and in the interim, I obtained additional bids for comparison purposes. Went back to Chill Bros due to their friendly persistence, knowledge and willingness to take the customer’s concerns into account. Finally, brought another friend who also was in the market, and together, we struck a deal with Joel and Jeremiah for replacement of 4 compete units (two houses).Installation date was readily available and pre-install visit by James went well. Gilbert Soto and crew did the installation and their work was meticulous, clean and very professional. It was a pleasure working with that team. Post-install visit by James and additional discussions with Michael (Ops) and Jamie (GM and Controller) were also very friendly and professional. All in all, a very satisfying experience. Units have been working well so far, and now I await a follow-up visit by Ryan to fine tune air flows, etc. Based on my experience so far and in my opinion, Chill Bros have delivered on their commitments. Kudos to the owners and management for empowering staff to deliver to customers’ satisfaction!

We have had our new HVAC system for almost a year now. We stay up on maintenance before summer and winter. We had a few “connection” issues where one thing wasn’t communicating with another but those were all resolved quickly. We always get the same service tech out each time. His name is Keenon (i hope i spelled that right) and he answers all my questions, thoroughly goes through everything he has done, assures me that if there is any issues to just call and they will get it resolved. Chill brothers has alway been professional and willing to get issues or questions taken care of quickly. Thank you Keenon for keeping my house cool!!
