From the initial consultation to the final installation, their professionalism and dedication were truly impressive.The technicians were incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and ensured I understood the entire process. They were also very meticulous in their work, leaving the area clean and tidy after the installation.The quality of the equipment they installed is top-notch, and Ive noticed a significant improvement in the efficiency and cooling power of my AC unit.Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Southern Comfort A/C. Donnivan replaced our AC this past summer and provided excellent advice and guidance selecting our new unit. When the blower on our heater broke (mid-snowpocalypse), we knew just who to call. Donnivan came out immediately and, after ordering a part, had our heater up and running again in under 24 hours! Extremely fast and professional service. Fair prices. Kind human.

Donnivin could not have been nicer! I am very apprehensive with hvac since getting overcharged by multiple companies. Donnivin was so informative and helpful: we had a difficult replacement part and he hunted it down and replaced it. Even called back to tell me he found out it was cheaper than expected so the cost wouldn’t be as much as quoted originally! No one would have ever done that! This is a great man with high morals, an amazing skillset, and super professional, polite, and kind-hearted! He will always be welcome back in my home and I look forward to working with him again on our annual maintenance as well as when the time comes to replace my unit. Top notch (and he was so nice to my entire family - toddler and pup too!). You will not regret choosing him!

Donnivin was amazing. the last company I had look at my heater issue at my rental property did not properly trouble shoot the issue with the system and simply stated I needed to replace it. Dissatisfied with this response I decided to call Southern Comfort and they sent Donnivin to take a look. He spent the time and attention needed to identify the root cause of the problem and fixed it with a minor repair. Needless to say, I will be using southern comfort going forward.

Donovin did a great job fixing my AC unit. He came at 8:30 pm to diagnose the problem and the very next morning he was back in my house with the parts fixing the issue. Very cordial and professional!

These guys were out at my house today and it was a great experience. We had a problem with our heater that we were trying to get in front of before winter. Without going into a lot of detail, we had another tech out from a different company before. He suggested replacing the furnace but never could tell us why. So then when we had Southern comfort out, Donnivin was able to diagnose the issue, which ended up being a cracked heat exchanger, then got his boriscope out and showed me the crack in the heat exchanger so now I know that we actually do have to replace the furnace but at least I know why now. They took the time to educate me and it was great.

Really impressed with their tech, Donovan. Went over everything thoroughly and made sense with what was diagnosed and proposed. Pricing was good. When youre tired of the Big Guys BS, Id highly recommend them.

I don’t usually post reviews but for this company I had to. Everyone fears when they have to call the HVAC company. Southern Comfort put my mind completely at ease. I’ve never had a tech as knowledgeable and personable as Donnivin. I emailed the company late at night around 11 pm and they responded and got me on the schedule for the following day. Donnivin was prompt and was able to identify the problem. I ended up needing a new system for my upstairs and the crew was installing it the very next day and I was cool that night.I can’t thank Donnivin and this company enough!

Best part is that I called them because my AC stopped and a few hours later they came and solved my issue.Being that fast and helpful on this Texas heat was a plus.

AC went out on a Friday night! I received a quick response and Donnivin came out Monday morning to diagnosed the problem. The estimate he gave was fair and decent price. He came back Tuesday morning and repaired the AC. He had everything up and running shortly after. He was very open and honest! I will definitely use Southern Comfort again!!

I have had experience with a lot of A/C & Heating Co and I do mean a lot of lying cheating sneaky just out right under handed. But this small business (Southern Comfort) is what we have come to expect in a company.professional, Honestly, follow through and an accurate assessment of your problem no guessing. And least I forget, fair pricing. They are insured and I love that. So if you want peace of mind and not fearful when they come out to solve your issue, you will be so relieved that you did. I give them a 5 stars. And I personally don’t do that very often.

Highly recommend this company. We were able to use one of the many financing options they offer to get our AC back up and running. It’s never great to have your air conditioning unit go down in the heat of a Houston summer. Our unit was 16 years old and it failed but these folks got us a new unit and had it installed in the very next day. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you all again.

I called Southern Comfort around 5:15 pm and was scheduled for a service visit at 6:30 pm. Donnivin called to let me know when he was on his way and showed up at 6:30 pm. He shared his initial assessment and associated costs. My a/c unit needed to defrost inside for a few hours so Donnivin returned the next morning at 8:00 am. He was kind enough to waive the service call fee since he was returning the next morning. My a/c was cooling in full force by 8:30 am.This was one of the best service call experiences Ive ever had from start to finish. Donnivin is knowledgeable, straightforward, professional, and kind-hearted. We are now loyal customers and will be using Southern Comfort Heating and Air Service for all our a/c and heating needs.

I had Southern Comfort install some ducts in my attic as they were just sitting up there blowing cold air into attic. They did quick, clean work and I couldnt be happier. I also had a noisy AC unit and they showed up ASAP and have stayed in contact with me to make sure it is fixed. I would highly recommend.
