Soon enough it did.. so I decided to get a new unit. He made sure that prior repair did not go wasted with the cost. Then while we were waiting for new unit, fan stopped working at night. He came and worked for hours to get AC work temporarily until we get new unit installed. I dont think I need to say much more about his work ethics!!!

My a/c ran nonstop and couldn’t get my house temperature down to 75. When requesting help Thursday evening, they had a rep at my house Friday at 9am. He spent 2 hours evaluating my a/c unit. My air intake had such poor airflow that my coil built up with ice and started leaking. Within 24 hours He had a new coil installed with a 10yr warranty, refilled freon, and replaced a worn capacitor with a 1yr warranty. He was honest, showed me videos of the issue and was patient while I tried to discuss with my spouse and make sure his pricing was fair. He’s fair priced and gets the job done right.

Mr Hamid from Master Comfort AC & Heating responded to my Angi’s List request for service of my a/c immediately. Mr Hamid called, he came over and began troubleshooting my unit, found the compressor was shocked with an electrical surge from the house loosing power! He suggested a surge protector on the a/c unit! I saved $$$ because he bundled a few items! He had a book, quoted the price and I saw the cost was exactly what he charged me! After working on a/c, he stayed and waited to see if the house was cooling down. He realized there had to be another issue and discovered a wire must have caused a short, because a/c & furnace were both running at same time! He replaced the thermostat and it was fixed! Mr Hamid went over and above to ensure the a/c worked correctly! He is a very honest, caring professional and we will replace our 30 yr old a/c system this winter with Mr Hamid ONLY!
