Majestic send out actual kings! 👑Had them come out and quote on a whole home dehumidifier for a new house. Sales guy, David W showed up on time, super professional and had the integrity to tell me that my plan is not good and wastes money. Proposed a better plan instead that saves me money. This mindset builds loyalty! Instead of focusing on a quick one-off sale they want to be your long-term go-to! Next step they sent an installation scout of sorts who went in the attic and did the technical sign off for the project. I respect companies who do this because it keeps the sales people in check. They cant sell stuff thats not technically feasible. The quotation was done instantly on an iPad they carry and the price was fair considering the cost of the unit plus the installation effort. I accepted it and we scheduled.On scheduling: all the people in the office there are on point and easy to deal with. Shout out to Shelbie 👑Now the installers showed up. Also on time, clean, professional and polite. Did exactly what we had planned and used about half a day, as planned. This company walks the walk! I will use them for all HVAC stuff from now on.

I contacted Majestic Air and not only did they come out the same day, but Enrique was very knowledgeable and noticed that the new thermostat was not wired correctly. As soon as he wired the TStat correctly the heater started working. This company is amazing and have real service repairman that don’t try to sell you anything. So, if you want good AC service please contact Majestic Air.

Quick and great customer service. I had a slightly tricky set up with a 24 year old AC. Got my quote Monday and was fully installed on Friday. They were all amazing and the installation was super quick. No one is happy about paying for a new system they are really expensive but this was hands down worth every penny. My system was failing I didnt have time to get quotes but I did talk to a couple people after and it sounded right in line with others cost so I feel the price was extremely fair. I depended on reviews and let me say they have earned their reputation and I appreciate how quickly and painlessly they pulled through for me. Would highly recommend.Just had a check up service. Great reasonable company. Really informative and no attempts at up selling.

This company is good depending on who they send out. If youre lucky enough to get Javier, I give them 5 stars. We had a bad experience with one of the techs who, as it turned out, didnt do a complete job and then sent us an invoice stating that he monitored the problem after he fixed it for 15 minutes--but my camera recorded his arrival and departure for a total of 22 minutes, then I have to subtract the 3 minutes he went out to his van and the 10 minutes he spent talking to me and my son. Anyway, he did NOT have time to monitor the system for even 2 minutes! BUT, Javier came (I personally requested him) when I reported that we still had the problem, was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable and the best in customer service. He explained everything he did and was very personable. He actually took the panel off and showed my son where the problem was (the other tech never took the panel off). He really represents Majestic AC very well -- please keep him around and take good care of him! As far as the company is concerned, Ive used them for my A/C and heater and have a maintenance contract. On the whole, they are very good and Im very pleased with them and their procedures. They always send a text telling you when the tech leaves the office and when to expect him as well as a picture. Then you get a copy of the invoice via email. I would highly recommend them . . . but always ask for Javier!!

I had my annual furnace checkup today. Ricardo was on time and very courteous. He did a very thorough inspection of my 2 furnaces, documented everything with pictures and emailed the summary and pictures to me along with his suggestions. I would highly recommend Majestic for any hvac work that you need done.

Replacement of defective cooling evaporator was done efficiently and in a timely manner! Both technicians (Jorge & Axel) are very good at their job plus they have excellent personalities in which to speak with. This problem has existed for close to 4 months when the AC unit failed in August, but finally manufacturer shipped warranty evaporator to resolve the problem! Can’t blame ‘Majestic’ for inefficiencies in Mitsubishi mfg service, but with Debbie’s indicative approach, we got the AC back up and running before Christmas! Appreciate all direct communications therein. Cost for warranty work was expected and not too bad! Will certainly use Majestic again when AC PROBLEMS in home become prevalent? Thanks to all for a job well done…appreciated fully!

Matthew was at my house by 2:30 pm and the AC was up and running again by 3:30pm. I was told by co-workers to expect a bigger bill as they had recently had the same type of repair. My bill was less than half what I was expecting and the part came with a 5 year warranty. The customer service over the phone and the professionalism of the technician were top notch! We live in Alden Bridge and had two units of 22 years old. It was about time to replace them, had several companies come by. Brian from majestic made the best impression, actually measuring, explaining the technologies available and how things work and no push. Installation was quick and efficient by a 3 man crew, we had some tweaks needed after installation. I texted Brian and service technician Kyle came out in a day, and was very professional: all solved, very happy. They were recommended by our neighbor and I would recommend them to anyone. Also, they work with the brand Trane, which is one of the best brands out there.

Been a customer since 2018. Bought two units from this company. Theyre always been accommodating, respectful, and great customer service. Ive gotten 2 AC units from them and entire duct work re-done. Each time I purchased an AC Unit (one upstairs & one downstairs) I got two additional quotes from other companies. Majestic beat them both by a mile.Finally, my upstairs unit started going out from a storm. It was a circuit board issue and the unit was under warranty. Majestic fixed the unit 4-5 times and it was all covered. Daikin was requesting me to buy additional parts to troubleshoot the issue. I spoke with one of the supervisors at Majestic. Told them it didnt seem fair to me after the unit had been running solid for a year. They got me the parts Daikin was requesting for free. Its up and and running again with no issues. The company definitely cares about their customers. I will continue to use them going forward.

It was simple and quick to request service. You were able to get to us the same day. Rudy was polite, efficient and very thorough. I recommended Majestic to my neighbor and we will use you every time we need service.

My old TRANE AC system finally died after 29 years so I was in the market to replace it with a new, higher efficiency TRANE XR16 4 ton Air Conditioner. Majestic AC came highly recommended by a close friend. The salesman was great, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions onsite and even over text and email the next day or two after his initial visit. Their price on the system beat my next closest bid by almost 35% ($4,000) and was exactly 1/2 the price of my highest bid, (which just goes to show you that you need to get several bids and make sure Majestic is one of them). They scheduled me for an install 48 hours after the salesman left, and the installer did a truly professional job both in the attic and the outside the house. I did have one small issue with a thermostat that quit working a few hours after the installers left around 6pm that evening, but they had a tech onsite with replacement parts by 9am the next morning and addressed all the issues. As great as their prices are, their service is even better and everybody in the company I have dealt with has been truly professional and ready to help. If you live in the Greater Houston Area, I highly recommend Majestic AC for new system sales or ongoing service and maintenance of your Air Conditioning System.

Had a new system installed. David came out for a free in home quote and provided a lot of options that fit our budget. Two days later, crew was at the house at 7am ready to work. Communication was exceptional and the install team was finished in a few hours. The crew was very transparent with the install and informative. After the install, we waited two days for the system to run and then David came back out to the house to ensure the entire home was balanced.The entire process was extremely smooth and our new Trane system works night and day better than our original.Maintenance technician was contacted and came out to the house to calibrate the thermostat and double check installation. Matthew was great and couldn’t be happier!! Highly recommend!!

Majestic Air replaced my old HVAC with a new system. They measured rooms and determined I needed 2 additional return vents and they replaced some ducts as part of the new system. They were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. There are only 2 companies that I recommend without reservation and Majestic Air is one of them. Great Customer Service. We have used Majestic for our new HVAC installation and maintenance. They are very honest and address the issues that are a necessity. We experienced a few power surges over the past months and Majestic recommended we get the surge protection on our system.

Phenomenal service. I hired them for a tune-up/check-up on my HVAC system. They gave me a 4 hour window when I called, then called me the day of the service at the start of the window to give me an update on exactly when the technician would arrive. They sent me an email and text in advance with a photo and bio of the technician. The technician arrived on-time and was friendly and professional. After the service, he reviewed everything with me and and offered information on prepaying for future inspections at a discounted rate, but didnt push the sale. Before he departed, he sent me an email that covered everything that was inspected and include multiple photos to prove that work was done / items were checked.

When selecting Majestic Air Conditioning, I found them to be the lesser of several evils in terms of pricing. The salesperson and office staff were professional and courteous. I was told that the blower motor needed to be replaced, however because of the quoted price and the unit being out of warranty, it was recommended to replace the entire furnace. I thought about it for a couple of days and decided on the furnace replacement.On the morning of the replacement, the salesperson accompanied and introduced the installers. I signed credit card paperwork and they began the installation process. About 30 minutes in, I went to check on the progress and to let them know where I wanted them to put the old unit. When I asked where my unit was, the installer mumbled something in Spanish and looked surprised that I asked. He then spoke in English and said it was already on the truck to be “trashed”. I asked why and he provided a laundry list of things that were wrong with the unit. None of these issues had been previously diagnosed by any other company or Majestic. This has NOT sat right with me.No company should assume they have the right to take anything from a homeowner’s house without checking with them first and getting permission. I feel that with the exception of the blower motor (Note: I do not think the blower motor was the issue. I think it was as simple as cleaning the sensor pin), a fully functional furnace was taken from my home. In my opinion, there is no way that unit was trashed, refurbished, yes. I want it back.

Their pricing was fair so we agreed to doing the installation within a couple of days. David showed up on time, with Wade as the lead installer. Wade and his team worked quickly and quietly. I had a major issue with our AC this week and was provided Majestic as a referral from a friend. Given it was a weekend and Sunday, I didnt expect a quick response but to the contrary, after calling their number, I had a tech reach out to me within the hour and better yet, was at my home within two. After discussing the matter, he was able to discover the root cause, provided a detailed explanation and performed the necessary maintenance to resolve the situation (and answered several of my rumor has it about AC units questions along the way)! Although we have a major repair pending, I can say I look forward to having Majestic work with on completing the process. Definitely recommend when in dire straights.

Tuesday night our AC unit stoped working. Wednesday by noon, the issue with my unit had been identified and a plan was in place to resolve.I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were prompt with addressing my issues from the first phone call I made at 7:30am. Rudy arrived to my home by 11:30am and diagnosed the problem. He was quick, polite and professional. He put me in contact with Debbie in the office who helped to organize my repairs. Debbie was also a true professional. She is knowledgeable and reasonable and ready to help. They had the parts needed for my repair in stock and made every effort to have us back up and running as quickly as possible. The service we received was exceptional and not something seen very often in the service industry these days. Majestic has made themselves a lifelong customer for our family.

Frank was working on our neighbors home when our AC unit went out after a thunderstorm. I went up and asked if he’d be willing to take a look at ours. It was close to the end of his day, but he was willing to come and take look. He was able to very quickly diagnose, communicated the cost, and had it repaired within 30 minutes. We called Majestic to tell them our AC was making crazy loud noise and had to shut it off. I received a call back with in 30 min and was told they would move their schedule around so they could atleast look at it (since it’s in the 100’s outside). The technician came within the hour and of course the AC was not making the terrible noise but he did a complete check on system and finally found the issue! Matthew came out to check on an issue with an installation by a contractor that was done earlier in the month. The issue was corrected immediately and professionally. He could have just cut corners and “fixed” it back to how it originally was but he was proactive and took the time to correct it as it should have. Signed up for the yearly maintenance membership as we were happy with his service and trust them to maintain our unit in the future.

I needed to get my AC serviced before the summer and found Majestic online. I read some reviews and decided to give them a chance. The technician they sent out (Dan) was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and gave me some basic but valuable pointers on maintaining my system. He recommended some improvements (different airfilters and floating switch for my drain pan) at a very fair price and didn’t push. I got the quote by email within one hour. If I was interested I was free to reach out to them. They take pictures of the unit and put all the data in their system as a reference point for future maintenance. Debby, who helps to schedule the appointments, was extremely friendly and helpful too. I am so glad I found this company. These professionals are very thorough and honest. If they can fix the HVAC problem easily with a lower cost, they will go that route first. Their work is top notch. They only sell and install the best equipment and are licensed for that specific equipment installation. Their training is always current to adhere to strict guidelines and high quality.

Highly recommend! Majestic installed two new systems for us. During the entire process, our representative (David Weems) was responsive and worked tirelessly to prepare a complete estimate for the systems we needed and wanted. All employees were knowledgeable and answered multiple questions throughout the process. Installation execution was accomplished in one day (for both systems), checked by an auditor; then rechecked. I called this morning to schedule my first preventative maintenance with this company. They were able to do same-day scheduling. The staff on the phone was very pleasant and professional. Aaron was our technician today, and he did a nice job. He did a thorough inspection, and walked me through all of the components of his visit. I feel like I got very good service.

We requested a maintenance check because our heat wasn’t working. Our service tech Rudy C. found the problem, changed the filter and answered all of our questions and concerns. Having a maintenance agreement with Majestic is a great investment and our service tech Rudy is the best.

My technician Vidal was very professional. He listened to my explanations, then investigated the issues I brought up. He then walked me through what he found and what he was doing. AC was getting error code that it wasn’t communicating to inside unit. Majestic found that previously repair company didn’t do a good job of investigating/inspecting/correcting the issue. Found that the wires were chewed by rats and other repair company employee didn’t do a thorough inspection of all wires and just took the easy route by just splicing a wire to the outside thermostat sensor. This was causing the communication from outside unit to inside unit. Majestic did excellent outstanding job and fixed all problems. I highly recommend this company and services technicians specialize Aaron Puente!

I requested an estimate from 5 contractors to replace my 20 year old AC system and Majestic came out with the most competitive pricing. Brian showed me the best options for my home upfront and gave the best prices plus the add ons I opted for. The techs were very professional and really know their craft. They had my system installed in about 6 hours considering I have a very tight attic. After the install and test run, they showed me how the system works and how to navigate the smart thermostat. They cleaned up and left the place nice and tidy. Brian dropped by later that day to check and inspect the work done and see to it that all my questions and concerns has been addressed. It has only been 2 days since the install and so far so good. How it will perform during the peak of the summer remains to be seen. I was referred to Majestic by another a/c repair company I trusted as the best Trane certified dealer to use. I was not disappointed. The day of my appointment I got a message with the tech’s photo and information and he showed up on time. He was very friendly and quickly found the issue and fixed it. After fixing the system he stayed a little longer to help me connect the thermostat with the app that I had issues with. They have won my business for life.

Majestic installed a Mitsubishi mini-split system for my garage shop. Quoted what I needed and was inline with expectations. David told me about some options, but did not sneak in any up sell features. At this time, a lot of shops have to quote what they have on hand so I was lucky Majestic had the system I needed.Again lucky on scheduling the install. I did not have to wait long once I had the electrical work completed. Installation tech were prompt and made short work of the installation. They made a service appointment for just a few hours after I called the office, the technicians were on-time (actually, early), quickly diagnosed the issue, checked the warranty on-site, had the replacement part on the truck, and made the repair in just a few minutes. This company is wonderful! They send a picture of the repair person along with a summary of all their credentials prior to their arrival. The repairman we had both times (Vidal) was so professional and knowledgeable. He showed us everything he was doing and explained everything to us. Highly Recommend: I had the luxury of knowing my HVAC system needed to be replaced before it died so I shopped around and got some quotes. Most other companies sent friendly staff who came out to give an estimate then either dropped off the face of the earth after the visit or called way too often but Majestic was different. David showed up on time, was down to earth, and didnt try to up sell us on anything. He walked me through the financing options, kept consistent contact, and responded quickly when I had any questions AND HE WAS THERE ON INSTALL DAY! Majestic definitely had one of the best prices, best reviews, great customer service and a faster install then I ever thought was possible. The install team didnt talk to me much because they were focused on getting the job finished and doing it well. They even took the time to drain the hot water heater pan that had started to leak (everything seems to go at once with an aging home) and gave me a few names of reliable plumbers. Our units was installed 10/2019. We search out 10 companies for two years and this company topped the very BEST of all. The salesman was very polite and professional. Explained details of the air conditioner and heating unit that was going to be installed in our home. To be honest we had a small situation with the first installer crew. The lead installer father had passed and he was in a total zone. We was not aware of the situation at the time of his arrival. Immediately the manager sent out a second installer crew. We used Majestic to replace a Mitsubishi mini split in our garage room. From the get go these guys were absolutely top-notch. Justin, who came out to do the analysis, was very thorough and detailed in explaining the issues to us and the proposed resolution. The two guys who came out to do the install were also exceptionally polite and thorough and did a wonderful job and clean up. The day of the install I received an email and a text message about the crew that was coming, including pictures of them. This was very helpful in being sure that the people that showed up were actually from the company. And a couple days after the install I received an email from Mitsubishi indicating the warranty registration so Majestic took care of that as well!Top notch service! The Technican was a super nice guy.He check out the system and couldn’t find anything wrong. His opinion ,The unit needed a deep clean. however ,he was not able to do that the same day.I’m not sure but it might have something to do with the fact they schedule me in the afternoon and last appointment. This is very disappointing as I had to make special arrangements to be in town , missing work. I now have to reschedule this and miss another day.

Abdiel did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He was very professional. I am very pleased with his service!Although he was not able to actually service the pancake unit, he did his best to flush out the hose and hopefully give a temporary fix until I could find a company who does service my unit. So, I do not fault him in anyway.I will say, I would have very much appreciated it if Majestic would have told me they do not service this type of ac unit when I called on Wednesday, rather than schedule an appointment for Friday. They had done two maintenence checks, the most recent in December 2021, so they knew what type of unit I had. Its Friday, almost 8pm and I will need to find a another company and make another appointment sometime this weekend. This could have been avoided. Now, Im a bit stuck, frustrated and cranky because its so hot.

11/10 experience getting my ac repaired. As a brand new customer I called at 11 and it was fixed by 3. They came highly recommended and I found out why. I got consistent communication about the service call. They didnt send out some teenager or the owners brother helping out on the side, they sent a knowledgeable, experienced, military veteran professional for a more reasonable price than the other places where I had a less positive experience.

Kyle was a stellar technician who clearly showed his expertise and also gave advice about how to keep up the a/c system. The owner was kind and shared different routes which would make the work more affordable for me. The person answering the phone followed up every time I asked her to and invested time and energy getting me what I needed. And of all the quotes I received, Majestic was among the most competitive. They replaced my two AC systems in 2016. Did an outstanding job. Always very helpful and knowledgeable.Made appointment this morning for an issue with one of my units. They were able to be here just a few hours later. Found a stopped up primary drain line and cleared the blockage.Also did fall maintenance.Techs are always polite and respectful.

Our AC unit was having issues and Majestic worked with us, beyond what most companies would do, to try to get the manufacturer to honor the warranty. When the manufacturer was not willing to be flexible Majestic worked with us to make the repair we needed to have done affordable. The actual work was done quickly and professionally. My technician was Daniel Sherman. We had ac fail and where surprised to know that Majestic ac had 24 hr service. I was happy with how quick the technician returned my call, and how soon he came out. It seems that a previous Contractor had disconnected the wiring at the unit. In that case Majestic corrected our A/C problems left from a bad Contractor.So once again Majestic saved us again with same day service. Can’t recommend them enough. We are extremely satisfied with Majestic Air Conditioning. In March 2021 Majestic installed Trane 4/5 ton dual speed AC/Heating systems at my house. The great experience started from the moment I called and spoke with Debbie at the Majestic office. David Weems was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable on the systems and he guided us correctly throughout the process. He was extremely involved from inception through the installation process. Kept us informed throughout and also took the time to go over the entire system after the installation. The installation crew led by Wade was awesome. They had their masks and shoe covers during the entire installation process and kept us informed through out the installation. Cleaned up after the installation. Very happy with Wade and his team members. After installation Ulices Gonzales and another team member came to perform Quality Control (QC) check. We were very happy with their courteousness and explaining what was the purpose of their visit. Majestic has a great professional team; we highly recommend them.On 1-15-24: David Weems helped my family well beyond the duty calls for. It was late Sunday evening (temperatures were falling) I called David and he walked me through to resolve the issue which helped to provide heat on the second floor. David stayed on the phone with me till it got resolved. David sold us the units couple of years back but to him we are his customer for life. If you are in the market for buying new units, I strongly suggest to ask for David Weems.

Fantastic service! Majestic A/C installed a mini-split in our sun room, and the experience couldnt have been more positive. Have been using Majestic for a few years. They have good techs and get to you quickly on issues/problems. I have their maintenance agreement and recently had them install a complete new Trane system for our downstairs.
