Great people with a sense of urgency. From the service desk to the technicians, they were professional and knowledgeable. They were trustworthy and had a sense of integrity. The owner of the company is still working in the field and I had the privilege of meeting him. He seemed like a stand-up individual that took pride in his work. I had a new unit put in about 2 years ago and he came put to unclog the primary pipe. He did not have to, but he informed me that the piping the other company used while installing was not up to code and I should reach back out to them to get it properly done. He did not try to sell me anything, but I will be using them in the future for any AC needs!

I don’t think I’ve ever had someone take the time to explain to me what he was doing and also teach me the things I needed to do in order to maintain my ac units between services. I can’t say enough about this business. They are extremely thorough. The men who were here were polite and helpful in explaining each detail that was going on with my unit. They worked very hard to resolve my issue in spite of the 100 degree weather. A part had corroded and wouldn’t allow my unit to switch into the second speed without popping a fuse and shutting the unit down. The part had to be ordered so they bypassed the second speed and kept us with some air until the part came in. I really appreciate their knowledge and concern for us during this heat wave. They didn’t want to leave us hot. As soon as the part came they sent someone to install it immediately. Everything is back on track and we are happy.

He explained in details results of inspection and work to be done and provided recommendations to up heating efficiency. He answered all my questions. Life AC and heating install a completely new unit in my home. Excellent customer service, their cleanup was wonderful and the wait time to get the unit in was awesome it took only two days. The price was reasonable! So if you’re looking for any type of air conditioner heating check with life AC and heating they will do you right..

These guys know what they’re doing. The job they did in my house showed that they have knowledge of what they were actually performing. As a matter of fact they took their time to return to my house to answer some questions I had and they did thoroughly. They showed tons of experience. They’re also very friendly. I’d definitely hire them again.

The two employees who came out were a last minute call due to our fan motor going out and my father staying with me after a major surgery. They ran into many bumps during the repair and never once gave up. They had to go twice to get a new part due to the first one being defective straight from the box. They arrived a little after 2pm to start and when they left after the repair was finished it was nearly 11pm. They worked tirelessly and never once complained and kept a smile on their face while keeping us updated on the repairs. My parents were staying with us from Louisiana and they said if these two guys were willing to drive 4 hours that they would hire them for their ac repairs as well. The level of professionalism was beyond compare and I have not seen more dedicated employees in a very long time. I am forever grateful for the time they spent with us and we honestly could not have landed with a better outcome.

Excellent!If I could give 15 stars I would.Our ac “retired” without giving any notice.Daniel, Romulo and the all the gentlemen on our project worked from start through finish — in brutal heat — to get us comfortable.They drove to Beaumont and back to get the unit (a size they didn’t have in their warehouse) so they could install within the promised timeframe.They needed to order vents that were out-of-stock.Daniel returned promptly as promised to complete the project.We trusted Life to do this work and they delivered above and beyond.

I typically dont leave reviews until I experience exceptional service, prompt response and quality in price and value of service. Life AC and Heating beat every estimate I received and provided what I would say as the same amount of service (replacing a coil). They replaced a Lennox coil with a Carrier one and the process was explained by Daniel thoroughly beforehand what needs to happen to ensure proper fitment. I took pictures before and after to verify the level of work and can only say that what they did was a lot of top quality work and within the time-frame as quoted. I would highly recommend Life AC and Heating to anyone needing a coil replaced.
