My ac quit working Thursday morning so I called another company to fix it. They came Friday morning and told me I needed a new $11000 ac unit!I called this company and they were here in about 2 hours.They put a part on my ac and fixed it. I am quite pleased and would recommend this company to anyone in need of ac service.
I hardly ever write reviews, but this place was so good, I had to. I was hesitant about calling without any recommendations, but am so glad I did! Mateo, the service technician, was prompt, polite, and a hard worker. He told me exactly what was needed, gave a recommendation for the future, and didnt try to sell me things that werent needed. Two thumbs up!
Techs are thorough, good customer service in office, and they have a great Preventive Maintenance Program to check the air conditioner in the Spring and heater in the Fall.
