I was referred to Evolution Appliance Repair by Fridgidaire as one of the companys that repairs my dryer. I received a quick appointment by a courteous representative. The repairman was Brian. He was very professional and experienced. What I like the most is that he let me know what the problem was in detail and provided the rate before repairing my dryer, and cleaning the dryer inside out as a part of the repair. I was very pleased with the service, pics of my old/new parts and emails of everything. Thank you so much for your service.

We are so grateful for the swift, excellent, friendly, and professional service offered! Our AC went out over the weekend and Brian arrived first thing Monday morning and managed to acquire all necessary parts AND install them same day! By Monday evening, we had working AC! Brian, the owner of the company, personally installed an oven, wall unit. Above and beyond our expectations of service -- professional and polite to our tenants, knowledgeable and thorough. Went the extra mile with the oven in setting the time, relocating and helping with a microwave.Back story: GE oven that I ordered from Home Depot was rescheduled 3 times over a 6 month period before I wised up and got a different oven from Lowes -- in each case rescheduling the oven install with Evolution was done painlessly. SO NICE!We look forward to continuing doing business with Evolution on duct work and any other repairs we may need with our own home and our rent houses. My husband and I are very impressed with the quality of work and knowledge. Timely too.

Brian was the first to respond to my quote request. He came out to fix my familys dryer and quickly had it up and running again. Hes professional, polite, and holds an exemplary standard of customer service. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs an appliance repair within his expertise.

Ill join the chorus of praise for Brian for his helpfulness, honesty, and professionalism. Just call him and he will do you right. And he made no money off of me, heres my story. I called him about an LG refrigerator that had the SECOND no cooling issue in 5 years due to compressor failure (theres currently a class action lawsuit on these). LG replaced the first one which I paid for and should have been under warranty (what a ripoff). He said he could replace the compressor again but since this is the second time in 5 years he wouldnt chance it because it could fail again. And I agree. He went on to suggest brands that are highly reliable and even offered to give me his opinion on my new purchase. Which I accepted, and with his blessing I ordered a new refrigerator. So now I will have a brand new refrigerator and I wont need his services. BUT, if any of my other appliances break down Im calling him and no one else. And so should you.

I called Brian and he was at my house 15 minutes later. Diagnosed my washing machine and quickly found the issue. Had the part in stock and fixed it right then and there (less than 1.5 hours of total time). I was going to have to wait at least a week and a half if I used my previous company. 10/10 would recommend Brian again. Thank you for the quick and affordable service job. Ill be calling you for any future appliance repairs.

I gotta say this company helped me BIG time! I have been in need to get my washer fixed the other company I normally use had told me they will come until next Monday i was not going to wait that long, tried calling other companies they were all booked BUT!!!!!!! Ashley called me today and was really friendly and really great person to talk to not only did she provide great customer service but she was able to find a technician to come out to my home the same day! They send me a message of their ETA and sure not they arrived on time and they fixed my washer as promised and the price was justified! Thank you so much for helping me out and now i know i can trust on this company that i will recommend to MY customers that we have for our business! We highly recommend Evolution Appliance Repair. They responded immediately to our call, ordered the failed part, picked it up from FedEx, and arrived to repair our dishwasher. And tonight we are running a load of dishes! This the first time I have ever posted a recommendation online. But we were so impressed that we wanted to share our experience with this excellent company.

I am extremely satisfied with the service that Evolution provided! They are prompt, professional, with the best quality repair. Brian came to fix the lid lock on my washing machine and is one of the best technicians! I defiantly recommend these guys!!

Had an issue with my washing machine not draining correctly last week. The 2 gentlemen came out same day I called and found a baby sock in my water pump. They took it out and said the pump is still good and only charged me the service fee. Their promptness, professionalism and kindness is greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend them.

First, I would like acknowledge their customer service. They really were exceptional!From the ladies on the phone taking the calls, to the gentleman who came to service my refrigerator. When I say that this company went above and beyond to help me with my refrigerator (I got scammed and got sold a lemon), it just does not do it justice. They have forever gained my loyalty!Mattia was the service mechanic, and he was super professional. Brian - who I did not speak to personally, but when I was speaking with Mattia I could tell Brian only hired the best to represent him and his company.I will only recommend Evolution from now on.Support your veterans!* In the end I had to get another refrigerator. Like I had said, the man I bought the fridge from, knew what he was selling, and still did not care. (Hes getting a review too)

Brian did a great job. I submitted a form from his website and he got back to me quickly. Based on his questions I could tell hed already noted what I explained on the form and it saved us time. Additionally, he got the specs from me he needed to pick up parts on the way for what he thought would be the likely solution to our oven problem---again saving time that he was able to confirm the problem and do the repair all in the same visit. We will definitely refer our friends to him and save his information for when we need it again. Absolutely professional & trustworthy service. Thank you!

Brian came to fix our refrigerator that stopped cooling the night before. I called him mid-morning, and he changed his schedule to come by and confirm the issue within an hour; he already knew what it was from our phone call. We had to let the ice melt for a couple hours, but he then circled back to fix it the same day even though it was late in the evening. He’s also reached out several time just to make sure everything is working. Excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable, professional and competitively priced. He is now my go-to person for appliance repair. He’s a great example of the good work that is hard to find these days. Thank you!

We received good service. The technician showed up on time of appointment. Unfortunately he did not have the part on hand to complete had dryer repair. He returned the next day, Sunday, to complete the repair. Gas dryer not drying. Replaced sensor strip. He recommended to remove lint build up and proceeded to do so.ir been 3 months and dryer is working properly.

I called in the afternoon and scheduled the appointment the next morning for a Kitchen Aid dishwasher. The dishwasher required ordered new assembly parts, which he picked up and installed the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Would contact them for any appliance repair.

My $3600 Kitchenaid combo oven microwave died. I called my home warranty company and they came out. Yvette told me the control board was no longer available and the warranty company said they were sorry about that. The unit is about 15 years old.I knew Mr. Busby was in the business and he confirmed the same diagnoses HOWEVER he said there was a company that reworked these boards and gave a warranty for their product.He sent it off and about a week later returned with the “new” part. He installed it and all was well with my oven.For a few hundred dollars he fixed me up and I did not have to replace the oven which is a custom sized unit and almost impossible to replace for less than $5K.Mr. Busby is the only appliance service person who will be entering my home in the future.
