Hi want to give a big thank you to MJS A/C and Heating for an outstanding job. Miguel was the main person helping me out, and I was very impressed of the customer service he provided. He was very patient with my questions, and when I felt comfortable on the route I wanted to go with ,he executed to the letter. His team very respectful and respectful to the property. Once the new system was put in placed he gave me additional info and advice how to take care of my new system.

These guys are the best! They truly care about their customers and strive to get the work done in a timely manner! Words cant express how much I appreciate them! I highly recommend them!

I called Miguel to get a second opinion / quote for replacing the fan blower motor in my upstairs HVAC. Despite me calling him fairly late in the day (12:30 PM), he was at my house in less than two hours, inspecting the unit and checking on the availability of the new motor at the local warehouse. His quote to replace the motor was competitive, and he even included a tune up of my downstairs unit in the price. He had everything fixed and in good working order by 6:00 PM. One thing I especially appreciated (as someone with an engineering background) was how he explained what he was doing and answered all my questions clearly and transparently. I would do business with MJS again!

I first met Miguel when he did some repairs at my son’s home. I appreciated how efficient he was, and how honest and polite he was towards my son and to me. I kept his card because I was having a new home built and would need someone to take care of my AC.Ironically, only 18 months after I moved in, I sent Miguel a text on a Sunday and asked for his availability as my AC was not cooling. He came the next morning and replaced the capacitor in maybe 10-15 minutes. I am back enjoying my comfortable home again.It is a pleasure to provide a reference to anyone needing an honest, reasonable, professional HVAC technician.

These guys are great! When my condensor unit stopped working I had a guy come out before Miguel and he was trying to get me to install a new unit for a premium price. Luckily, I called Miguel first before I agreed to a new unit. Miguel was thorough in his diagnostic procedure and quickly realized it was just a breaker that had gone bad. He went above and beyond to look for the discontinued breaker. He found it and installed it the very same day for a very reasonable price. Hes definitely my new A/C Guy!

Fair, responsive and communicative. He informs you when he is headed your way and he is on time. He is knowledgeable and offers good recommendations. I mentioned how my room is warmer than the rest of my house. He suggested that I add a duct and vent to increase airflow. I notice a difference and I sleep better now. Miguel is the man. I got home at 5p to find my indoor thermostat at 81. I called and less than 2 hours later he showed up and was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem. Friendly service and great work, I definitely recommend.

Been waiting for 5 days(since Tuesday 4/13/19) to get a fanblade fixed by One Hour AC and felt like they were jerking me around. Later found out they have really bad communication between technicians and call center. Saturday came and I called Miguel. Right from the beginning he was very helpful.
