Excellent experience for a heater repair. Immediate response on a weekend call, Edwin was an experienced pro and identified the issue quickly. Required parts were ordered, and Jonathan did a thorough and diligent job at installation. There were unexpected problems and he diagnosed and solved them professionally. Got us back up and running, grateful for their experience and skill.

I really appreciate this company’s integrity. Jonathan Rodriguez came to check out one of my units that wasn’t cooling and gave me a few different options on the best way to fix it. I really appreciated how he took into account what i was capable of handling financially at the moment and the pros and cons of different repair/replacement options. There are a lot of AC companies in houston, but I’ve found a lot of them try to oversell or upsell what is needed. I appreciate that Jonathan and Master AC got my unit cooling and didn’t break the bank to do so.

Excellent company! My A/C was struggling and I called another company to come try and find the problem. After 2 unsuccessful visits, I called Master AC and Heat, and they found that I was missing 2 pounds of refrigerant. They fixed the problem quickly and did a full check for any leaks and now my A/C is blowing super cold. The technician was also knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely recommend!

Wow, what amazing service. Me as restaurant owner always struggle with contractors. They usually need several days to do estimates, than after several days to start doing the job and most of the time not finish on time (not to mention how they charge to rip you off) With this company they did estimate online and when they come they finished everything same day. Jonathan was my tech. He arrived about 3 hours after I called. I had a complicated situation and he worked through it in extreme temperatures until is was all fixed. Dang these guys work hard. Kept a smile on his face, respectful, walked me through a product set up when he didnt have to.

First, I love that yall give only an hour window instead of a 4 hour window to wait. That is super helpful when both people in household work. Jonathan came out right on time. He was wonderful at clearly explaining what was happening in our furnace & how to fix. Took time to answer all our questions and I never felt like I was being sold something I didnt need or that I didnt understand. The team at Master AC and Heat did a fabulous job at our house. They responded quickly to our AC outage, did a full evaluation of the system and isolated/fixed the issue quickly. The team onsite didnt have the part they needed in the truck because we have a unique system, so another Master AC team came to assist within the hour. Great team effort and both teams were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous to me and my wife.

Our heater hadnt been working since a cold blast came through, so I called them. The receptionist was extremely helpful and recommended I perform a few diagnostics prior to scheduling. Upon completing these, the system still wasnt work, so we had them schedule a visit for later that afternoon. Upon arriving, the heater began working by some miracle. The two AC Masters walked in and said, sounds and feels like its working. They offered to help look anyway and then went on their way free of charge. Will call again if/when we have system issues.

Sabrina and Johnathan were amazing! Sabrina made the process seamless, from pointing me in the right direction, scheduling and answering questions along the way. Jonathan came for a pro-bono pre-service walkthrough and then back again to perform service (HVAC deep clean + upgrading older three-zone system to smart thermostats). He was super thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. Left me feeling confident I hired the right company and was in good hand. Plus the pre and post-work photo reports were a nice touch!Highly recommend.

We noticed our house felt warm at 12:30 pm on a climbing-to-100-degree day, here in Houston. After a call to Master AC and Heat, Edwin showed up within 20 minutes, found a blown capacitor in the compressor section, replaced it with one he had in his truck, and we were back in business. Our house never got above 80 degrees. We are so thankful for the fast service. Edwin is a gem!

AC went out on a hot Texas Saturday night! Called Master AC and Heat very early on a Sunday morning (before 7am) because it was unbearably warm in the house. They promptly responded and scheduled a tech for that morning, and were upfront about estimated cost for the visit itself (pending additional costs of the issue) and ETA. Tech was polite, responsive, professional -- fixed the capacitor issue, communicated throughout, and let me know the invoice would come via email. So grateful for Master AC and Heat!
