Great service. Quick service. Technicians were efficient and left nothing to pick up.

My Whirlpool washing machine started giving a lid lock error message. I called this morning for service, was scheduled for Wednesday, some other customer cancelled so Giles came this afternoon, replaced the lid lock, charged a very reasonable fee & left with me feeling very satisfied. I had often bought repair parts for my appliances in the past but this was a first to call them for repairs. I will keep them first on the list for future cases. This review was March 2023. ---------I called Bubbas to have our central AC repaired. Jose diagnosed the problem as the fan on the outside unit. It was ordered using the warranty and when it arrived, Jose replaced the old fan and now we are cool again. Happy customer here!

I cant say enough great things about this very professional company. A couple weeks ago I had an issue with my AC where the outdoor unit wasnt coming on and it was just blowing hot inside my house. I had another company come out first who told me I needed a whole new AC UNIT. And he couldnt really tell me why I did. Long story short....I ended up getting another opinion the next day from Bubbas AC. And they had my issue fixed within 30 minutes. And told me I definitely did not need a new unit. It was the condesor fan. They were super affordable and just awesome. Then 2 days ago....I had a separate AC issue. And I called them out again and it ended up just being a burnt up compressor wire and they didnt even charge me. I cant believe there are still great companies out there like this one still. I will recommend them to everyone and anyone. Thank you Bubbas for being the best. And a shout out to Mark and Hose` who fixed my issue free of charge. Thanks again!

They installed my a/c units when we built this house 17yrs ago. I only have called them. They have been out a few times. Last call a wire burned out and was simple fast repair and not expensive. I have never had a problem. They have came within the 24hr mark of when Ive made the appointment and have always fixed the issue. I definitely recommend

I am the owner and operator of a rental business. I have been using Bubbas Air Conditioning for over 10 years. They provide exceptional service. The A/C technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Bubba (the owner) is directly involved in many of the service calls. They perform minor repairs all the way to full installations both in my older homes and new construction.

Was having issues with my heating system, so I called Bubba and he had Chase come over the very next day. My system is every bit of 20 years old, so of course I’m expecting that I’m fixing to spend big money. Chase was at my place for about a hour or two and had me back in business. Total cost was just a little over $100.00I have done business with Bubba for years and will continue to use him again when needed. What a great company and thanks to Chase as well.

Called them on Sunday morning and they were very prompt. Chase the technician was very knowledgeable and quick to correct the problem. I will recommend him to all my friends. He also was very courageous and thoughtful not to wake my 2 year old grandson who was sick and sleeping.

Honest service. We waited for a week to get part. He came twice to fix and fixed my freezer. But did not charge me 100 dollar service call because he missed a rusted part on my freezer door. . And it might not be worth fixing. He said only if he finds part then only he will bill me.Appreciate your honesty. .. Great work Erics.Will recommend to all.

I cant say enough about the professionalism and awesome customer service provided by Bubbas! Our A/C went out on the 4th of July! So I called first thing on the 5th and Bubbas office said it would probably be the 6th before they could get to us. With the heat we have been having this was expected! So tonight (the 5th) you can imagine my surprise when Bubba called at 6:45 pm to say he was working late and if we wanted him to come by tonight he could...ABSOLUTELY! Always the one to call for maintenance to your heating , cooling. appliances, etc. Let them do a summer/winter check to make sure youre always in good shape before any extreme weather hits.

First time going there, order the part for the dryer I needed,the part was in the next day, got it and installed it myself, the guy who waited on me was very helpful also for the job I was doing , thanks very much.
